Restaurant Heimatliebe in Zülpich

First of all, the service is super professional and friendly. The ambience invites you to linger, very well furnished and decorated with love. The food is served very well. Unfortunately the taste is very flat. Unfortunately, my medallions were very dry and not or hardly seasoned. Unfortunately the schnitzels too. Maybe we just didn't have a good day, which can happen.

I find the menu too small, not much choice. The service was nice and very accommodating. The food was good and the meat was cooked to perfection.

First of all, the restaurant makes a good impression. I really like the redesign of Hotel Europa for the love of home! We had dinner on Sunday evening. We were served very quickly! The food was ready after a few minutes. There is a relatively small map. 2 starters, 2 soups, 5 meat dishes, 1 vegetarian dish, 1 fish dish and 2 salads, as well as 2 desserts. We decided on the local schnitzel with Eifel mushrooms. Fried potatoes and small side salad. The 2 small schnitzels were dripping with fat. You had to look for the mushrooms and you couldn't tell or taste which mushrooms they were. The mushrooms were hidden in some sauce. The fried potatoes were barely fried and also very fatty. They weren't crispy/crunchy. Overall, the food tasted almost exclusively of fat/oil. Overall too expensive for the quality and taste! With the few dishes I expect a completely different quality and preparation of the food! Too bad! This was our last visit to Heimatliebe!!!

A cozy and beautiful restaurant in an “industrial country style” with very friendly and attentive service. The breakfast was delicious and rich in choice. There was orange juice, coffee, rolls, bread and all sorts of cold cuts. I'm just passing through, but the restaurant is definitely worth a visit in the evening too!

We were there for the first time today. The food tasted good, but the portions for this price are not at all 😡 that is completely out of proportion. Once and never again.

Very disabled friendly, elevators on the stairs. Service very friendly. The menu is very appealing, and there are also dishes with long braising or cooking times on the menu. I had boiled beef with creamed savoy cabbage. Delicious! We will be back!

Yesterday we were at the Heimatliebe restaurant in Zülpich and it was simply fantastic! Starter, main menu and dessert - everything not only looked great, but also tasted excellent. Since the new owners/operators moved in, the restaurant has once again been my first address for good food in Zülpich. The interior renovation created a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The food selection is extensive and the service staff is attentive and very friendly. I have always felt very comfortable so far. We recommend. Table reservation recommended.

Five of us ate there yesterday. Super delicious food. Very nice, attentive staff. After our grandson (4 years old) had finished his plate, there was a surprise ice cream. We can only highly recommend Heimatliebe!

The ambience is really very nice. We were hosted by Massimo. Always attentive and friendly, he fulfilled our wishes. The waiting time for the food was okay despite two closed parties. The menu is just the right size and there is something for everyone. There was also a seasonal menu. The food was excellent, from starter to dessert, both in terms of taste and appearance. There are dishes here that you don't cook often or at all at home. For such good quality as we received in the Heimatliebe, we feel that the price/performance ratio is quite reasonable. We are happy about the new restaurant in Zülpich and also think the name was very well chosen. There is a stair lift at the entrance and at the toilets. Parking is available opposite. It is strongly recommended to reserve in advance. We can fully recommend the restaurant to people who appreciate good quality and want to go out for a “special” meal (not to be compared with a Turkish snack bar). Update 03/2024 In the meantime, Heimatliebe has become “our” restaurant! If my husband and I want to have a nice meal, this is it! The ambience, the excellent and beautifully prepared food, the courteous staff and the delicious hazelnut liqueur at the end... everything is just right here!!!!

I was here for the first time last night The whole thing was very mixed. At the beginning there was bread that was a bit too dry. Nothing. When asked, olive oil and salt were brought. As a starter we had vitello and beef carpaccio. As good as the vitello was, the carpaccio was so bad. A meat porridge drowned in sauce. For the price you would expect something completely different. For the main course I had Tagliata di Manzo. Whether the fries would go well with truffle mayonnaise remains to be seen. The meat was really tender and tasty. I happily skipped the truffle mayonnaise. Instead, they put a few sachets of ready-made mayonnaise on my table. Nothing against ready-made mayonnaise, but please in a small bowl. My companion had Viennese with asparagus. The asparagus was badly overcooked. When asked, the waiter said the asparagus season was over. I haven't heard that before either. If you can't cook asparagus at the end of the season, why am I still selling it? Anyone who competes with fine cuisine and charges such prices has to deliver more than just satisfactory. There is clearly room for improvement

Die für den Feiertag (Weihnachtsfest) extra gestaltete Speisekarte war sehr gut abgestimmt. Gute Qualität der Speisen. Hervorragend das Dessert " Chili Souffle mit Vanille Eis ". 5 Sterne. Freundliches Personal. Einzig die etwas enge Bestuhlung im hinteren Restaurantbereich störte.

Ich persönlich fande es vor der Renovierung viel angenehmer dort. Wo sind die alten Mitarbeiter? Die waren auch freundlicher. Schade! Essen war gut, aber die Portion kleiner als damals..... Ob wir noch mal wiederkommen, eher nicht..

Wir haben meinen Geburtstag mit 12 Personen hier gefeiert. Das Restaurant war ausgebucht und wir konnten, wie vorher abgesprochen, à la carte bestellen. Kompliment an die Küche: Alles wurde gleichzeitig serviert und hat, wie schon bei vorherigen Besuchen, wirklich ausgezeichnet bei hoher Qualität geschmeckt. Auch für Vegetarier gab es verschiedene leckere Gerichte zur Auswahl. Der Abend war perfekt. Von der Vorspeise bis zur Nachspeise. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Nun freue ich mich auf meine Gesellschaft mit 25 Personen und bin mir sicher, dass dies auch ein gelungener Abend wird! Vielen Dank!

Gutes Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Leider fehlt mir ein wenig die Gemütlichkeit. Das Interieur könnte etwas besser sein. Aber in Zülpich auf jeden Fall das Top Restaurant.

Schickes und gleichzeitig gemütliches Restaurant mit sehr gutem Service. Eingang leider nicht barrierefrei mit vielen Stufen. Der Treppenlift hilft Senioren und Rollstuhlfahrern mit Begleitung, leider aber keinen Eltern mit Kinderwagen. Essen von gehobenem Niveau bei guter Portionsgröße und angemessenen Preisen. Die meisten Gerichte sind leider gänzlich ohne Salat/Gemüse vorgesehen (ein Beilagensalat kann optional hinzubestellt werden), bei den anderen stand nur Wirsing und Rotkohl zur Auswahl. Insbesondere für die Kinder hätten wir uns hier etwas Flexibilität gewünscht. Fazit: Für Erwachsene ein top Restaurant mit gutem und persönlichem Service. Mit Kindern würden wir hier eher nicht mehr hinkommen.

Neues Outfit , Super , sehr aufmerksames Personal , super kurze Wartezeit beim Essen ..und schöne Überraschungen ..Ketchup , Curry & Mayo gibt's im Gläschen ..haben uns kaputt gelacht ..aber schöne Aktion..

Wir waren an einem Samstag dort. Das Lokal war gut besucht, daher war das Personal sehr gestresst. Wir hatten einen Lebensmittelallergiker in unserer Gruppe. Man konnte schon keine Allergiker Karte bekommen. Alles musste in der Küche nachgefragt werden. Das Essen war noch nicht mal durchschnittlich. Das Allergiker Essen war eine Frechheit. Lieblos angerichtet und völlig überteuert. Wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder.

Ich muss schon sagen, dieses Restaurant hat die Lust auf andere Lokalitäten pulverisiert und das meine ich im positiven Sinne. Die Bedienung super freundlich, Vor- und Hauptspeise ein absoluter Traum, die Räumlichkeiten fantastisch, so fantastisch das wir für unsere Hochzeit nächstes Jahr direkt gebucht haben.
