Blackmail instead of improvement: That's not how customer service works! Shortly after placing my order via Lieferando, I received a call: I always gave poor ratings and even lied (“2 hour delivery time”). Therefore, I would still receive this order, but only if I give a better rating. The fact is: I never said that the delivery took 2 hours. To portray me as a liar is a bottomless impudence. What I actually complained about was that the food never arrived hot, only “lukewarm” to “not quite hot” at best. The instructive explanation on the phone that the 6 minutes of travel will cool you down a bit doesn't help much; Keeping warm or heating elements in the transport box (or simply rejecting the order) would be helpful. Some of my other points of criticism concerned... – Consistency: e.g. soft, sticky fries – Taste: e.g. barely perceptible cheese taste – Seasoning: e.g. uneven or far too salty – Topping: e.g. forget cheese or mushrooms instead of onions I gave it an average of 3.5 stars - perhaps strict, but in my opinion always justified (and justified in writing). After the food was delivered, I tried to clarify things over the phone. The employee mumbled that the previous call must have come from the boss - and hung up. Ohhh. I then complained to Lieferando. But even a week later I received no quarter for the lies I was accused of or any attempt at clarification. This makes it clear: Anyone who reacts to legitimate criticism in this way only wants the best reviews and no improvements.

Pizzas are good. Thin soil. The best way to order is via the pizzaria's own app. Parking options right in front of the door. Seating available in the pizzaria. A small pizzaria with friendly staff.

Von der Bedienung bis zum Essen einfach super gewesen. Gemütliche Lokalität mit Kamin und unfassbar nettes Personal - nicht aufgesetzt. Das Essen war hervorragend. Fleisch ist auf der Zunge zerfallen und die Soße und Beilagen auf den Punkt. Kein nachwürzen.

With a journey of 8 minutes, we still waited 2 hours for the food! Food arrived lukewarm to cold! Not recommended!

Four adults, three wanted to eat, one just wanted coffee. Service was refused, stating that coffee wouldn't cover the cost. We all left. The tone was lordly, impermissible, unacceptable, and rude. Our recommendation: Stay away from this restaurant.

1 star because you have to give one!!! Ordered 2nd time, disappointed 2nd time. Food came an hour later than stated. Ordered veal, paid for veal and received cold chicken. The salad smelled like rotten meat. 35 euros thrown straight into the trash can. We will never order there again, absolute shame. The sprite was fine though!

Have ordered a table for 6 people. Unfortunately, after ordering, the waiter came to us again and told us that only two people could order gyros because there probably wouldn't be enough left. These pieces ended up being as thick as a bratwurst. The waiter didn't want to hear about our feedback and told me that they cut the meat that way and it was just leftovers from the skewer.
