Burgstr. 4, Sankt Augustin, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, 53757 , Nordrhein-Westfalen
Food top, service flop! At first we weren't served at all. Despite a reservation, we didn't get a card even after waiting 15 minutes at the table, and no one showed up to order a drink. Before ordering, which was then possible after 20 minutes, we were first asked whether we would pay in cash or by card. Why??? The wheat was then served visually stale without a foamy head. Probably because we wanted to pay by card...
Unfortunately, the entire service was characterized by a touch of arrogance coupled with awkwardness. You obviously don't order at Dionysos, but rather the innkeeper introduces, in the original tone of the owner, "sales pitch". Unfortunately no - from my point of view, a host should serve guests. Asking whether you want to eat the gyros from a plate may be a funny attempt, but it is inappropriate for guests who want to eat there for the first time. And no - I'm not a humorless person. After we ordered, a second waiter came and offered us the menu - thank you very much. The food was really good but considering the service that was it for us.
Unfortunately, the quality, quantity and taste of the pizza have deteriorated significantly. We enjoyed being regular guests, but we won't be ordering again in the future, such is our disappointment.
A small, inconspicuous restaurant with a view of Hangelar airfield. There is a nicely laid out playground in front of it.
The restaurant used to only be open to planes, but that is no longer the case.
The cuisine is simple and too expensive for my taste. However, the cake is highly recommended.
The staff is friendly and the sushi is fresh. They make new sushi every day and sushi that is a day old is unconditionally thrown away. I've seen them make their own sushi and I can trust it.
Do not buy the current voucher via Groupon! The store doesn't exist like that.
The shop was merged with the pizzeria next door. When we wanted to redeem our voucher for the fajitas, no one knew that this voucher existed. The boss came and said that there was a fajita for two, even though the voucher said otherwise and the value of the voucher was also stated accordingly. The chef did his best, but was obviously just the "Italian" chef and had no idea about fajitas. He was still very nice and hard-working. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that special and neither were the cocktails.
Impudence! Ordered online for 4 people at 6 pm and waited... after 30 minutes no confirmation received, so called to check whether the order had been received. Only the answering machine was running and a message was left asking for a call back. Of course we didn't dare leave the house to go to another restaurant...so we called again, same result. At around 8 p.m. I had the faxes and drove to Meerstrasse - the shop was closed!!! Google said the store was open, online ordering on the website with no indication that it was closed and no indication on the answering machine that you should call outside of opening hours. Thanks for nothing! Never again!
Was at Pizza Big Boy's store today, nice atmosphere, food, catastrophe, kebab, see photo, hard black pieces in it, burnt pizza and plus when I got home he took five euros more from me than I had to pay last time I was there, not recommended
