During the payment process, the employee said that he couldn't accept my Friends card because the "boss" wasn't there. 20 minutes later, with the next order, the "boss" was there and served me, but she didn't want to take the card either, because this time I ordered a promotional product, which was accepted for a whole year, including at the Promotional products. The employee from the first order also stood behind the "boss" for the second order and looked puzzled and started laughing because the "boss" was present. Just a cheek and the employees twist and turn everything to suit them. Very disappointing. Also, disappointingly, the kitchen looked very dirty and disorganized.

I visited this KFC. The place was clean and the food was good, nothing more. Nothing special to report, but it was a positive experience overall.

Food is generally delicious. We were there after 7pm on a Wednesday evening. Tables all dirty and sticky. Drinks only as zero variants. So no drink for me.

As in every KFC, the food in this restaurant is highly recommended. The vegetarian options on the main menu are also great. The employees are always very friendly, accommodating and especially nice to children, even though some customers behave like they are really misbehaving! The restaurant is not always spotlessly clean and sometimes the play tower for children is unfortunately dirty (the parents' fault, but of course they don't clean).

Unfortunately it became far too expensive and the Twister was unfortunately topped with the wrong mayo and was therefore bland.

I don't understand how it can be that chicken pieces are not ready and you are told that it will take about 10-15 minutes until they are ready. It's as if McD didn't have Big Mac and it had to be prepared first.
