I visited this KFC. The place was clean and the food was good, nothing more. Nothing special to report, but it was a positive experience overall.

Food is generally delicious. We were there after 7pm on a Wednesday evening. Tables all dirty and sticky. Drinks only as zero variants. So no drink for me.

Unfortunately it became far too expensive and the Twister was unfortunately topped with the wrong mayo and was therefore bland.

As in every KFC, the food in this restaurant is highly recommended. The vegetarian options on the main menu are also great. The employees are always very friendly, accommodating and especially nice to children, even though some customers behave like they are really misbehaving! The restaurant is not always spotlessly clean and sometimes the play tower for children is unfortunately dirty (the parents' fault, but of course they don't clean).

I don't understand how it can be that chicken pieces are not ready and you are told that it will take about 10-15 minutes until they are ready. It's as if McD didn't have Big Mac and it had to be prepared first.

Fries and burgers were lukewarm...a shame

I love Kentucky Fried Chicken. Unfortunately the prices are very spicy. With this money, if you really want to feast on something delicious, I could definitely go out to eat in a good restaurant for the amount of money. However, I would like to take into account that, in contrast to its larger competitors, KFC offers pure chicken and not meat preparations such as the composite products "nuggets" and "chicken patties". If I compare the competitors' prices with those of KFC, KFC is still consistent with its price and its products. A big negative point for me is that I can't pay with PayPal.

Lemon and orange lemonade are only available with a sugar substitute. This stuff tastes sick. Management should try it themselves. These substitutes are not supposed to be healthy either! Menus and drinks at KFC are now dead for me.

My 3rd visit there within 2 years, I think it was my last there. Stomach pain at night, feeling full and flatulent the following day, something is wrong here! Bad branch of KFC. Ordered online, still waited over half an hour in the store. Not accommodating at all, instead of paying for two portions of fries I wanted a salad that would have only cost half as much. Food tastes very good like at any other KFC, only in terms of the meat. The fries were only half good, but they were still good to eat with meat. Complete disaster. Ordered via the app, money was deducted from the credit card and the order never arrived in the system (on the monitor) and could not be found in the app. Had to order a second time to get the order, which strangely enough was the same order number. like the first one had, then finally came into the system. What kind of IT is this? Explaining this to the non-German speaking employee was wonderful. The same number with double payment for the milkshake. I had to go to the counter and explain the matter while my friends were already eating diligently. Tables stuck together, area around the drip tray of the drinks machine completely spattered and dirty. To top it all off, the guests wearing sweatpants. No, that was really a horrible visit and my last time in this branch and also my last time at KFC for now.

It's a KFC, the food tastes the way it should taste, service is also okay, it really depends on the individual. But the shop is dirty, it was there at 3 p.m. and every table was dirty, sticky and some were wet. I don't even want to start from the floor, okay maybe rush hour was just over but I was still disgusted. But it was already ordered. At least the one drinks machine is something positive. There were just no more lids for the cups, so they were all lying on the floor. I was very happy with today's visit. It was busy but very clean and the food was ready quickly. It was very tasty and fresh. What should be highlighted is the large burger selection. I've already tried it out and every single one is really worth the money. Nice atmosphere, very friendly service and extremely competent and not to forget super tasty fresh products. A firm favorite in the catering industry and way better than its two neighbors (Burger König and upside down W).

The best KFC in the Cologne area I've been to so far! It's just normal fast food, there's little to say about it, but it was hot and tasted good. (unfortunately I've had a completely different experience) The atmosphere was neat and the tables were clean. The sanitary facilities were also impeccable. Genau so wie seine beiden Konkurrenten Zur goldenen Möwe und der Stullen Kaiser, ist KFC einfach brutal teuer geworden. Das Essen ist halt Fast Food. Hier geht keiner hin, weil es so lecker ist, sondern weil man spät Abends während einer Runde Warzone merkt, dass man heute nur Chips und Kinderschokolade gegessen hat und es nun eh keine Rolle mehr spielt, was man seinem Körper zur Verwertung gibt. Aber sie haben auch endlich die tollen Terminals, auf denen man sich mit dem Zeigefinger direkt alles mögliche an Erregern einfängt, weil ca. 95% der Kundschaft die Körperhygiene eines toten Pferdes haben. Aber so muss ich wenigstens nicht mit Menschen reden, wenn ich was bestelle. TL;DR: Fast Food halt. Man zahlt viel, kriegt wenig dafür und man bereut es am Ende. Quasi wie die Ehe

05.02.2023 ca. 07.30 Uhr: Tische schmuddelig und nicht abgetäumt. Pommes riechen nach altem Öl. 3,75 Euro für 125 gr. Krautsalat, der Becher war zur Hälfte mit Flüssigkeit statt Kraut gefüllt. Die Krönung war die große Pommes. Eine kleine Pommes in der Tüte wurde in die große Pappschale gelegt. Bei Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt, das wäre die "neue" Verpackung. Ernsthaft?

Sie bieten eine kleine Menge Essen zu einem hohen Preis an

Ich bin nicht wirklich zufrieden gewesen bei meinem letzten Besuch bzw. meinem 2 Besuch in 5 Jahren. Beim eintreten wurde am Automaten das Essen bestellt. Wartezeit war knappe 17min. Vom bestellen bis zum Laden verlassen. Das Restaurant bietet viele Sitz Möglichkeiten, was für einen Verzehr vor Ort super ist. Ebenso ist es sehr schön, dass die Parkplatze Kostenfrei und in einer ausreichenden Menge vorhanden sind. Leider war der Besuch auf der Herren Toilette nicht sehr angenehm, alle 3 Urinale waren verstopft und bis obenhin voller Urin. Es hat sehr widerlich gestunken. Das Essen ist natürlich wie man es von KFC kennt, daher kann ich hier keine Angaben zu machen, da jeder einen anderen Geschmack hat. Das Personal war freundlich. Aber ich denke, ich werde in naher Zukunft nicht wiederkommen.

KFC wie man es kennt; wir haben über den Self-service bestellt und mussten zum Glück nicht lange warten. Das Hähnchen sowie Pommes hat leider sehr fad geschmeckt, nur nach Fleisch und Panade. Die Pommes waren fast kaum gesalzen. Haben uns nach langer Zeit uns gefreut ein KFC zu besuchen, aber waren leider etwas enttäuscht, da auch zu der Bestellung 1 Pommes gefehlt hat. Alles in einem können Fehler mal passieren, so hoffen wir das wir beim nächsten mal eine bessere Rezession schreiben können.

Das Essen dort ist eigentlich voll geil, aber musste dort 40 Minuten auf mein essen warten, Mitarbeiter liefen nur Rum und machten nichts.

Das war mir schon sooo oft vorgekommen das wenn ich 18 stk chicken wings bestelle fehlt immer 2 stück!!!! Und ich esse die ja normallerweise so gerne ! Heute war wieder mal mein Man bei euch mit 18 stk. bestellt bei drive in! Und habe alles gezählt zu Hause bevor ich gegessen. Wieder nur 16 stk. !!!! Das finde ich schon unverschämt das die verkäufer oder verkäuferin noch nicht mal genau zählen kann!!! Jedesmal wenn wir bei euch chicken wings für 18 stk. bestellen und kaufen, fehlt immer 2 stk. drin !!! Natürlich bei drive in!!! In zukunft das kann mann nicht mehr weiter bei anderen empfehlen !!!! Weil das war schon sooo oft passiert das die nicht achten und noch nicht mal zählen können! Heute war mir wieder klar deswegen hatte mein Man letzte nacht schon gewarnt das bevor Er weg fahren, Er soll erst zählen! Aber dafür hat mann doch keine zeit um das so machen ! Eigentlich wir vertrauen das ganze personal bei euch das die alles richtig machen! Aber nein !!!! Traurig sowas !!!! Und Schade !
