☆Delicious food. ☆Good delivery time. ☆Fair prices. I would generally give the restaurant a good 4☆star (4.0-4.3) rating, but since the rating is so bad you get a 5☆.

The store delivered well, to our surprise. The burger was so delicious and the best thing is you can put together the burger yourself. Perfect for children who don't want certain ingredients, such as tomatoes. We put together a double cheeseburger for our son without a lot of vegetables and he thought it was great. The fries were still very hot when they arrived as were the burgers. We will definitely order here again. Thank you very much for the delicious burgers. Update August 18, 2024 We have now ordered another 3 times from here. I have found my favorite, it is the Italian Burger with rocket and sun-dried tomatoes. Plus a fried egg, a dream! I can't thank you enough. Top.

Super nice, friendly staff. The food came quicker than stated and the burgers were super tasty, fresh and juicy. As it should be. Of the side dishes, we liked the sweet potato fries the best. Simply top and gladly again. 👍👌

We ordered food to pick up over the phone. It was said "half an hour". There was no one in the store when we arrived. A note with our order was on the counter and no one was there for 10 minutes. We drove again.

Ordered from Meerstrasse for the second time today. Both times to pick up because it's right on the way home. Or it takes less than 5 minutes on foot. Quality is top notch both times! The ground beef is amazing, I can't remember eating anything better when it comes to burgers. The first time I was contacted by phone as to whether it was correct to pick up, and then I was told the exact pick-up time. To the minute. Ordered today at 7:15 p.m., cheekily set the pickup time to 7:30 p.m. Was already there at 7:20 p.m. and the super friendly colleague asked for 5 minutes of patience. It was crazy how quickly it happened, I would have waited patiently if it had taken longer. And then he brings the order to my car. We are super satisfied and have already advertised to friends. For everyone who has had bad experiences, that's a shame, but I can't complain so far. Maybe you'll give the store another chance. My favorite Hells Kitchen Kitchen Double 🤤

Absolute rip-off via Lieferando. Received a call after ordering that the food on the menu was not available. So we ask you to cancel the order. The order was still recorded and collected via Paypal, so we paid without receiving anything in return. Not recommendable!

We ordered food tonight, everything went great, we were happy, the burger was good and the fries were good too.

Really a busy shop, I order at 12:41 a.m., call at 2:14 a.m., ask how long the food will take, and the answer I get is “still 45-50 minutes because of Christmas traffic”… It's December 27th, 2023 and there is Christmas traffic at 2 a.m. hahaha

2 große Salate bestellt, die mickriger nicht hätten sein können. Diese bekommt man in anderen Läden als so genannte Beilagensalate. Außerdem ziemlich lieblos gestaltet, sodass er hauptsächlich aus Eisberg Salat bestand.

Beide Cheeseburger waren sehr lecker. Fleisch und Sauce sehr lecker, der Salat frisch und knackig. Weiter so :)

Von sankt augustin nach siegburg kaldauen bestellt, cheese burger 🍔 war baba und die pommes waren auch sehr lecker und frisch! Leider die extra bestellte sauce vergessen, und die donuts waren auch nichts besonderes aber dafür bestellt man ja auch nicht beim burger laden. Also konnte man easy drüber hinwegsehen. Heute direkt nochmal bestellt, bin mal gespannt ob die qualität konstant ist

Waren übers Wochenende in sankt Augustin und sind sogar zweimal hier gewesen. Absolute Empfehlung, die Burger sind mit die Besten die wir je hatten. Die Auswahl ist auch sehr groß mit spannenden Kombinationen die wir so nicht kannten. Auch die Beilagen haben vollstens überzeugt (unbedingt den Yupi Dip zu den Pommes nehmen). Falls es mich/uns mal wieder nach sankt Augustin, verschlägt wird hier safe ein Burger verhaftet.

Burger können die, aber Salate sind nicht euer Ding. Korrekten Feittiergrad einhalten ist auch optional.(siehe Zwiebelringe) Knapp 40€ Bestellwert und maximal das Crispy Chicken und die Mozarella Sticks waren essbar. Der Salat war wabbelig und stellenweise Braun. Tomaten waren hingegen gut.
