Super delicious breakfast buffet

The asparagus meal in the restaurant is very good, except for the ready-made hollandaise, which you shouldn't eat. But you can order melted butter. In order to enjoy the delicious asparagus cream soup at home, I bought several jars from the farm shop. Unfortunately, as I found out today, it doesn't taste good at all, it's a waste of money, it was expensive too. But I will still come back for a late meal.

My partner and I like to try out restaurants together where neither of us have eaten before and spontaneously went to the Marktschänke and got a table for two people. We were warmly welcomed and given enough time to choose what to eat. Ambiance: rustic, especially the chairs, they made slight noises when you sat down 😅, but cute and cozy. Eat: There was a small salad as a starter. You could taste that the salad had fresh ingredients and not those from a few days ago. Simply simple but sufficient. Oil and vinegar dressing was on the salad, but matched perfectly. The main course arrived quickly, we didn't have to wait long for it, which made us very happy, it looked really good. Unfortunately, a point was deducted because the meat of both dishes lacked a bit of flavor or, for us, the seasoning. In terms of cooking time, there’s no need to put a strain on it. Really to the point. We asked for the menu again because we wanted to look for dessert again and we decided on the ice cream. > Extremely delicious, my partner had vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and I had raspberry sauce. It definitely didn't taste like the ice cream from the ice cream parlor, it just tasted better. > Significantly better. Service: We found this to be on point, we can't complain. Friendly, polite, attentive, and also took appropriate requests when placing orders. Conclusion: Overall, we were satisfied and want to try the pizza there again and are excited to see how we like it.

The typical “German” Greek. You get tons of meat and fatty rolls for your money. It's a shame that no Greek dares to simply offer authentic Greek cuisine, but here you get what you expect. You can do this once a year. Because it simply tastes good here. Very similar to the competitor in Levern. The prices are relatively high, but still okay. So far we have almost always only picked up food because we unfortunately don't like the look of the restaurant itself. The interior was already dated in the 90s and the condition itself... Well. Either way, the food is tasty, the staff is friendly. We'll be back.
