Dear Speuken team, we were at the "premiere" of "Dinner for One" yesterday in 2025. What a spectacle! Very entertaining, we had a lot of fun, and the food was delicious. However, the only thing you could get from the fish at Magro in Wagenfeld would be a herringbone-patterned coat. 😉 Thank you so much, we had a wonderful evening! 😘

We were there yesterday (July 12, 2025) for my 75th birthday with 12 friends and family, and as always, we had excellent food and drinks. Kudos to the kitchen and the attentive staff. It's really no wonder why it's always fully booked. It's a true joy these days, when it's getting harder to find good dining. The value for money is absolutely excellent, with large portions and simply delicious. Keep it up! Today (October 23, 2025) again: absolutely thrilled with the taste and freshness. We had a fried hammer steak and an Italian burger, simply fantastic. Ice-cold espresso.

Hello, we ate at Speuken again on Sunday and were thrilled again. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and Ceddy served us excellently. He answered our questions perfectly and accommodated our special requests. Unfortunately, we live a bit farther away, 40 km away, otherwise we would be there much more often. But the trip is always worth it. 100% recommendation

The ambiance is something different. But my wife and I personally found it too dark. The food, the Catweazle schnitzel, was good. But for the price, a small salad would have been perfectly fine. As it is, the quantity is too expensive. The gourmet potato pan was okay. Unfortunately, they weren't strips, but chunks. They weren't fried potatoes, but boiled ones. Here we had the small dish for €2.00 less. We were disappointed here too. Because you can offer a similar size for less money. Looking at the reviews, people like it. Unfortunately, we don't.

We have known the Speukenkieker for several years now. And we always come here from Osnabrück and Gütersloh. The food is great, the staff are very nice and attentive. The ambience is incomparable, you can make yourself comfortable in grandma's room or dine in prison, almost anything is possible here 😊

Interesting shop but really busy, especially on Saturdays. We definitely recommend making a reservation! The food was great and the cocktails were also very tasty (price wise I would say top) The prices are also completely okay and you'll definitely get full. The service was also super nice. Personally, the environment was a bit too loud for me, especially late in the evening.

Speukenkieker is simply cult. The atmosphere can hardly be compared with any other restaurant. The way it was implemented was brilliant. The staff is also one of a kind, unmistakably human and always with a good saying for every occasion. The “Dinner For One” is now a must every year. We are always happy to be your guests. And I can only recommend everyone to have been there once. Splendid

Mega - been here for the first time. Really rustic and very strong. The tables, the decorations and the sudden fog where the witch came flying. A highlight for children! Food was great too. Very quick and tasty. Prices are also completely okay, not excessive. Drinks also great, large selection of home-brewed beer, wine, soda etc... A great experience here - I think you should make a reservation here on Sundays or public holidays :-)

Wunderschönes Ambiente sowohl drin, als auch draußen. Sehr nette Bedienungen. Die Getränke waren super ( egal ob die Limo, oder der Cocktail), das Essen war sehr schön angerichtet. Super tolle Vegi-Auswahl, aber leider überwiegend Fertigprodukte und nichts besonderes. Es war einfach nur ok🥴. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut nicht gegeben!!! Das Salat-Buffet war sehr mickrig. Eisberg Salat, Feldsalat, Tomaten, Gurken und ein Karotte/Rettichsalat. Der Nachtisch war auch ganz ok (Schokoküchlein), die Apfelringe waren super). Und leider mussten wir wirklich sehr, sehr lange auf unser Essen warten. (1,5 Stunden). Als der Nachtisch bei zwei von uns nach 30 Minuten immernoch nicht kam, fragten wir nach und es da gab es wohl ein Problem und dann wurde er nach 15 Minuten gebracht( hätte man ja sagen können). Alles in allem war es ok, aber außer dem dem Ambiente nichts besonderes. Auf ein Getränk werden wir wieder hingehen.

As usual, the best restaurant/bar in the district! Atmosphere is awesome, was beautifully embellished and changed during the lockdown. There is now a library that is really very cozy and has been decorated with a lot of heart down to the smallest detail!! An unusual restaurant. So make a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance. The dishes are all delicious, but you could save on the hollondaise sauce for many dishes. It fills you up and enhances the taste. The setvice is very good.
