DISASTER! I ordered a chili cheeseburger and got chicken. I called and the employee said he would do it right next time. I meant I generally don't eat chicken. He hung up on my face. When I called back and asked him politely if he could bring me another burger or give me my money back, he left the phone behind and didn't talk anymore. I tried to call a few more times and was pushed away. I was also told at the beginning that it costs €19.50 and when the driver got there he wanted €20.50. It's not about the 1€. Mistakes happen to everyone but this reaction is simply outrageous and one should be ashamed.

The only drawback: it is partially barrier-free, but the sanitary facilities are also not ideal for older people without disabilities due to steep, narrow stairs and extremely space-saving design. The rating only applies to delivered food. The food is delicious, but the delivery service via Wolt is a disaster. We waited a long time for the food, then, according to the app, the driver from Wolt was 20 meters away from our apartment and then suddenly just drove off again and the order was canceled. When we called the restaurant they said it wasn't their problem and that we should contact Wolt. A recommendation from us: the restaurant decides which delivery service it works with. Therefore, they should also take on some of the responsibility or simply change the service provider. Unfortunately, they lose customers unnecessarily.

It was definitely fresh bread at some point. Complaints were accepted as were the sticks of hard bread. When it came to the bill they were charged in full. Well, maybe we were thinking about tourists and they won't come back. The rest of the food is also really better. We won't be coming back

I have never experienced such unfriendly staff. Especially the lady who served us! Unfortunately, ice cream was also spoiled! I wanted to be nice and let them know that there was something wrong with the ice cream so that no one gets a stomach bug! The lady made a fool of me in front of the customers! Simply outrageous! Small restaurant with a large outdoor eating area. This restaurant is located at a golf course. The food was excellent. We will definitely be returning.
