We went there with my husband, my aunt, and my 3-year-old son. It was delicious, a real 11/10. The burgers are very juicy and the fries are crispy and delicious. Everything came really quickly, which made us very happy, as we were very hungry. They are very child-friendly; everyone is really sweet, kind, and attentive. It was our first time there, but it certainly won't be the last.

Atawich in Nippes clearly delivers the best smashed burger in Cologne – despite strong competition from the likes of Goldies, Grabz, and Montys. We walked in, received a friendly welcome, and were immediately offered a table. Our order was taken quickly, and within 7-8 minutes, both burgers and drinks were on our table. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere made us want to stay longer. The bacon was a bit soft at times for me, but tastes vary.

We've known Atawich for a while and we always enjoy ordering there. The meat is always really fresh and well-seasoned, which is important to us. You can find the best hamburgers in Cologne there! Buffalo wings - always great! The staff in the store are friendly, which is important to customers.

Nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Service was excellent and the food was also delicious. The only negative point was that the menu offered coleslaw, which they unfortunately didn't have. So I ordered a mixed salad with Caesar dressing, but the Caesar dressing wasn't available here either, even though a Caesar salad was also offered on the menu. Unfortunately, my cappuccino didn't come with a biscuit.

Addendum: It's Friday, 11:45 PM. People are yelling, shouting, and bragging about how incredibly cool they are. We residents would love to sleep. If you own a restaurant, you should know the quiet hours, and the residents shouldn't have to point them out all the time, only to have them turn a deaf ear. That's not what good neighbors look like to me. It's a shame that since the burger joint opened here in our Weidenpesch residential park, you can't ventilate, let alone sit on the balcony. Everything stinks of grease. It's especially bad in the hallway... you can see the film of grease on the walls and floor. The employees throw their cigarette butts either on the ground or in our neighbor's raised bed. I've raised the issue several times and asked them to keep the windows and especially the kitchen door closed. After all, a poor or insufficient filtration system isn't the problem of the owners and tenants who live there, but of the operator. I also raised the cigarette butt problem several times. I received a rude response each time. Everyone in the residential park had hoped that a friendly successor to the pizzeria (there was also a problem with odor nuisance here for a long time, but not to the brutal extent we have now) would come and improve the residential park, or at least not make it worse. We are all very sad about this situation.

The food is extremely poor value for money. The cheesy smashed burger is quite good. But everything is very expensive and very small. There are much better burgers, and also better value for money. 15 euros for a burger, fries, and a drink. A menu costs 12 euros, and the burger alone costs 8 euros. I always feel ripped off. It's all about maximum profit, and it shows. The quality of the meat is good, but the burger is nothing special and not worth the money.

My husband and I ordered the Smashed Burger and our son the classic Smashed Burger - everything was super tasty and of very good quality. The service was also friendly and attentive. We would definitely like to come back when we are in the area

Unfortunately disappointing - not recommended I ordered a burger with extra mayonnaise for the fries (at an additional cost), but they simply left it out. The burger was completely burnt, the taste was a disaster - I would prefer to give zero stars. The fries were soft and flaky, not even remotely crispy. I ordered there and even though the fries weren't quite as warm (they had been on a long journey) they were still very tasty and well seasoned and the burger was really juicy! One of the best burgers I have eaten in Cologne

I was there for the first time today. I was actually quite satisfied with the food when ordering, but the food was even better. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was fantastic, with young staff who were still polite and helpful. (It didn't seem like forced politeness in comparison.) My questions were answered considerately and calmly, and the food was ready relatively quickly. I will definitely try it again and hope for a continued positive experience and service there. 100% worth a visit.

I recently went there for dinner with my friends on a whim. The waitress was super friendly—I think her name was Amelie. You rarely experience such top-notch service. The food was also amazing. I definitely recommend it.

I really enjoy eating here because the burgers taste amazing! 🍔🔥 The ingredients are fresh, the meat is juicy, and the potatoes are still top-notch. But I feel like the portions have gotten smaller. The plates are smaller, and a burger that should have two patties looks like it's just one – maybe glued together or swapped? 🤔 The amount of potatoes has also decreased. Everything tastes great, but it's harder to fill you up. Maybe they can improve that? It would be a shame if regular customers eventually leave because of it. If you don't care, I don't care either.

Burger good, service OK. What's not possible: There's a stand outside with a special price for a burger (cheesy smash), fries and a drink of 13.50. Ordered inside without looking at the menu. When paying, I looked at the receipt in surprise: more than 13.50 paid. I asked the waitress about it: “New cards have already been printed with increased prices. Forgot to get the standee in.” Nobody can tell me. This is fraud and consumer deception. Won't go here anymore. There are plenty of other good burger places nearby.

We found the food very tasty. I really enjoyed the mushroom fries and the portion was quite enough for me. My husband also liked the Classic Burger in the menu. It was my first time at ATAWICH. The dark ambience alone didn't really appeal to me. But I don't want to live here, I want to eat 😉 Gladly again

Today we ate Cologne Niehl for the first time. The burgers were cold. The fries were hot and tasty, they were OK. There was still one table occupied with us, otherwise it was empty. The staff was busy making phone calls, going to the toilet and speaking to the public order office. I felt bad afterwards. Paid, no receipt received. Price ? Hazy. Way too expensive. Never again.

Already ordered several times and been there on site. Always super tasty, hot burgers. Favorite Cheesy Smashed plus bacon with Weston fries. The wings are good too.
