ATAWICH in Köln

Atawich was recommended to me by five different people. I have to be honest, I didn't understand the recommendation. There were three of us there, and we weren't greeted upon entering. The service was adequate, but nothing exceptional. The burger was okay—neither good nor bad. The bill was excessively high for what you get. I wouldn't recommend the place! Hornochse around the corner can do more for the same price. Sad to say, but I'd rather go to McDonald's.

We went to the restaurant with our family today to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The burgers were truly delicious, but the highlight of the evening was the outstanding service: As a surprise, we received a small cake for our daughter. It was a very nice and unexpected gesture that made the day even more special. Thank you for your hospitality – we'll be back!

Orders are consistently delivered incomplete or incorrectly assembled. But hey, after an hour of waiting, I at least get my money back via UberEats...

Not very busy but good food always see it empty what a pity hope it can survive whish you all the best.

First and last time ordering there. The burger 🍔 was simply terrible. No toppings, except for two mini cucumber slices. No jalapenos. I ordered sweet potato fries and got Weston fries instead. I ordered a Coke Zero and got a regular Coke. All for the exorbitant price of €25. 🙄 Worst order ever.

The Smash Burger was a real highlight! Crispy on the outside, wonderfully juicy on the inside – just as a proper Smash Burger should be. The meat had a really good flavor; you can immediately taste the quality and craftsmanship that count here. The bun was soft, but not soggy, and held the whole thing together perfectly. I was also particularly impressed by the homemade sauce – spicy, slightly smoky, and simply delicious. The caramelized onions were the icing on the cake! It came with crispy fries, even with truffle parmesan on request – a real treat. The service was friendly and quick, the atmosphere relaxed and modern. Whether for a quick lunch or a cozy evening with friends – I'll definitely be back!

A lovely local shop! The food: I had a Smash Cheeseburger on the menu, and it was by far the best burger 🍔 I've ever eaten. 🤩 The taste of this burger deserves a solid A+! The fries were also incredibly delicious and crispy. The mozzarella sticks were nice and crispy and really good! Service: Young, super friendly, and relaxed... 👍 Simply recommended! I'm already looking forward to my next visit there 🤗

It's a shame. I really enjoyed eating and ordering from you. Today the fries arrived cold again, and there was hardly any sauce in the burger, so I had to put the sauce on myself at home. And what's that? Why do the fries taste old and look like that? Today was the last time. Above all, I paid €21 for this meal and got something like this. Everything used to be great! I even wrote in the note on Uber Eats, please send the food warm. But when it was cold, it was moldy and not tasty.

The burger was unfortunately a disappointment. The sauce completely dominated – far too much of it, so that you could barely detect any other flavors. The patty was barely smashed and lacked the typical roasted flavors or the desired crust that characterizes a good smash burger. Overall, it lacked balance and craftsmanship. There are definitely much better smash burgers in Cologne.

I had a truly great experience at Burgerhaus! The food was delicious, the burgers fresh and well-seasoned. I especially want to highlight the friendly service – the staff was very attentive and courteous, which made the visit even more enjoyable. We went there with my husband, my aunt, and my 3-year-old son. It was delicious, a real 11/10. The burgers are very juicy and the fries are crispy and delicious. Everything came really quickly, which made us very happy, as we were very hungry. They are very child-friendly; everyone is really sweet, kind, and attentive. It was our first time there, but it certainly won't be the last.
