I ordered the "buy 1 get 2" offer through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I only received a hamburger meal. When I called the restaurant, the person said it wasn't their problem but Uber Eats', and offered no solution. So, it was a scam, never again!

Very friendly. We weren't hungry but wanted to kill some time. The young man serving us suggested we order too little and pay more, so we'd order a set menu. How nice!

I picked Atawich because it‘s a really lovely restaurant, the food is delicious! They offer smashed burgers and many side dishes. My favourite meal is the classic smash burger with sweet potatoe with spark,ing water - it‘s a must have! I also like the service, they are really nice people and they also gave me free drinks because I was so friendly. A menue costs 13.50€, but there are deals. You can post a story on Instagram and then you receive a 10€ coupon. I really like the deal. They also do takeaway and delivery. They have really nice music, I like tbe English rap and Hip Hop because it‘s trendy music. In my opinion it‘s a must, you gonna love it!

The smash burgers were really delicious and the fries were great. Personally, I don't find the place cozy, and the ventilation doesn't seem to be the best; even though I only picked up the food, it smelled really strong.

I ordered food via Uber. After waiting 1.5 hours, the order was canceled without explanation. I called the restaurant directly. Atawich's customer service (unlike Uber's) was very helpful and efficient. The food was delicious, and I would order again anytime (as long as the delivery isn't done via Uber).

We ordered delivery: a very bad experience! The burgers and fries were almost cold and covered in grease. Two out of three drinks were missing :( The delivery driver didn't speak German and suggested in English that we contact Uber: what good would that do me? We needed the drinks with our meal. Very poor service! Never again...

Everything was delicious! 4 stars only because the salad and fries in the restaurant were also served in small cardboard bowls. It wasn't nice and difficult to eat because everything fell out while eating! And it was also unnecessary waste. I think they can use regular dishes in a restaurant. Otherwise, it was very nice and delicious!

I had the cheeseburger with a double patty. Unfortunately, it was too greasy and heavily drenched in sauce, so you could barely taste the meat... The patties could have been crispier with more roasted flavors, as you'd expect from smashed patties. Also, the vegetables lacked some freshness; there were only three pickle slices on top, which explains why they needed to make it so greasy and saucey. On the plus side, the sweet potato fries, the friendly service, and the pleasant atmosphere were great. Suggestion for improvement: Less sauce, some vegetables, and a more thoroughly cooked patty would make the burger much better. Overall, it's okay, but for the price, it could be improved.

The food was great and the service was excellent. The only drawback was the gentleman who spent a lot of time on the phone in the guest area.

The fries were very tasty and it's great that you don't have to pay for ketchup or mays and can serve yourself. The service was extremely friendly and personable and the atmosphere was also particularly nice with comfortable seating.

The fries are still world-class, both sweet potato and especially the regular ones. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. With the new menu came new prices. Before, the value for money was good, but now it's even significantly higher than the already ridiculous burger prices. Just under €17 for a simple Cheese Smash Burger (180g) with the meat menu. The burgers were never a hit, but they were good for the old price.

We went to the restaurant with our family today to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The burgers were truly delicious, but the highlight of the evening was the outstanding service: As a surprise, we received a small cake for our daughter. It was a very nice and unexpected gesture that made the day even more special. Thank you for your hospitality – we'll be back!

Atawich was recommended to me by five different people. I have to be honest, I didn't understand the recommendation. There were three of us there, and we weren't greeted upon entering. The service was adequate, but nothing exceptional. The burger was okay—neither good nor bad. The bill was excessively high for what you get. I wouldn't recommend the place! Hornochse around the corner can do more for the same price. Sad to say, but I'd rather go to McDonald's.

Orders are consistently delivered incomplete or incorrectly assembled. But hey, after an hour of waiting, I at least get my money back via UberEats...

First and last time ordering there. The burger 🍔 was simply terrible. No toppings, except for two mini cucumber slices. No jalapenos. I ordered sweet potato fries and got Weston fries instead. I ordered a Coke Zero and got a regular Coke. All for the exorbitant price of €25. 🙄 Worst order ever.

The Smash Burger was a real highlight! Crispy on the outside, wonderfully juicy on the inside – just as a proper Smash Burger should be. The meat had a really good flavor; you can immediately taste the quality and craftsmanship that count here. The bun was soft, but not soggy, and held the whole thing together perfectly. I was also particularly impressed by the homemade sauce – spicy, slightly smoky, and simply delicious. The caramelized onions were the icing on the cake! It came with crispy fries, even with truffle parmesan on request – a real treat. The service was friendly and quick, the atmosphere relaxed and modern. Whether for a quick lunch or a cozy evening with friends – I'll definitely be back!

A lovely local shop! The food: I had a Smash Cheeseburger on the menu, and it was by far the best burger 🍔 I've ever eaten. 🤩 The taste of this burger deserves a solid A+! It's a shame. I really enjoyed eating and ordering from you. Today the fries arrived cold again, and there was hardly any sauce in the burger, so I had to put the sauce on myself at home. And what's that? Why do the fries taste old and look like that? Today was the last time. Above all, I paid €21 for this meal and got something like this. Everything used to be great! I even wrote in the note on Uber Eats, please send the food warm. But when it was cold, it was moldy and not tasty.

The burger was unfortunately a disappointment. The sauce completely dominated – far too much of it, so that you could barely detect any other flavors. The patty was barely smashed and lacked the typical roasted flavors or the desired crust that characterizes a good smash burger. Overall, it lacked balance and craftsmanship. There are definitely much better smash burgers in Cologne.
