Für mich gibt es hier den besten Smashed Burger in Köln! Die Patties sind perfekt gesmasht, saftig und voller Geschmack, die Buns passen hervorragend dazu und alles wird frisch zubereitet. Das Team ist freundlich und der Service schnell. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir kamen zum Mittagessen, haben das Burgermenü genommen und waren sehr zufrieden! 🍔⭐ Das Rindfleischpatty, als auch das vegetarische Patty waren beide super gewürzt, top angebraten, die Burgerbrötchen waren knusprig und die Pommes ebenso top. Die Bedienung war schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :))

Leider wurde uns nur 1 Burger bei einen 2 für 1 Deal geliefert der beworben wurde, auf telefonische Nachfrage sagte man uns wir hätten falsch bestellt, obwohl wir es mehrfach so bestellt haben. Nachtrag: wir hatten mehrfach versucht das telefonisch zu klären, man hat uns einfach unterstellt falsch bestellt zu haben und jetzt möchten wir bei atawich nicht mehr bestellen, da wir befürchten das unsere Burger manipuliert werden. Aus dem Grunde hab ich gesagt wir bestellen nie wieder dort.

Trotz offiziell längerer Öffnungszeiten wurde bereits deutlich früher geschlossen. Statt einer kundenorientierten Erklärung oder zumindest einer Entschuldigung wurde lediglich auf angebliche rechtliche Probleme verwiesen. So ein Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und respektlos gegenüber zahlenden Gästen, die sich auf die angegebenen Öffnungszeiten verlassen. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass keinerlei Einsicht oder Bemühen erkennbar war, die Situation vernünftig zu klären. Für Service und Kundenorientierung leider eine komplette Enttäuschung.

Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die Burger waren extrem trocken und überhaupt nicht genießbar – nur Hähnchen, Brot und etwas Salat, fast ohne Soße und ohne jegliche Zartheit. Die Pommes waren mittelmäßig und nichts Besonderes. Der Rindfleischburger war viel zu süß, so süß, dass es einem den Magen umdrehte. Zudem fand ich ein hartes Plastikteil an meinem Essen, was absolut ekelhaft und inakzeptabel ist. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

Burger war lecker, aber beide Pommes- Sorten komplett kalt geliefert! Es gibt nicht mal eine Möglichkeit, das Problem Online zu klären. Grauenhaft! 30€ in die Tonne und die Pommes ungenießbar, ungewürzt, verklebt und eiskalt. Mega schade! Habe eigentlich nur Gutes gehört.

Angenehmer Service zum abholen. Die beiden Herren im Service waren freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Süßkartoffel-Pommes sind ein Highlight. Und die Atmosphäre lädt zum Bleiben ein. Gerne wieder.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Ich war dort und muss sagen Service war katastrophal. Eine sehr junge Dame war mit langen offenen Haaren dort und natürlich ist ihr Haar in meinem Essen gelandet. Ich bin zu ihr gegangen und sie war der Meinung es ist nicht ihr Haar. Also meins kanns schlecht gewesen sein. Sie war außerdem die einzige weibliche Person dort. Anstatt dass sie mir alles frisch macht ohne Haar, hat sie den burger einfach nur auf ein anderes Teller getan. Der Laden ist auch immer leer was mich nicht gewundert hat

Bis jetzt immer nur hier bestellt aber es ist immer megaaa frisch und lecker 😍 Auch die Pommes sind immer knusprig!! Müssen mal vor Ort essen gehen 🤩

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter jedes Mal, wenn wir da sind. Meistens holen wir was zum Mitnehmen. Aber das Restaurant selbst wirkt auch gemütlich für einen Burgerladen. Das Essen schmeckt super, auch die Burgerbuns und die Pommes. Über Uber gibt es meistens interessante Angebote

Person freundlich jedoch war das Patty maximal dünn und wir hatten alle direkt nach dem Essen Magen-Darm-Verstimmung… irgendwas wird wohl nicht mehr gut gewesen sein daher werden wir nicht wieder kommen…

Super freundlicher Empfang, toller Service. Die Burger wurden zügig serviert. Alles hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Als Highlight beim Burger Menü bekommt man Bier ohne Ende 😁.

Sehr geehrtes Atawich-Team, ich wende mich heute an Sie, weil wir nach dem Verzehr Ihrer Burger leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht haben. Meine gesamte Familie hat nach dem Essen unter starker Übelkeit gelitten, und es kam auch zu Erbrechen. Die Beschwerden traten kurze Zeit nach dem Verzehr auf, sodass für uns ein Zusammenhang mit den bei Ihnen gekauften Speisen sehr naheliegt. Für uns war das sehr belastend und hat den Tag komplett verdorben. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, da wir uns auf das Essen gefreut hatten und so etwas natürlich nicht erwarten. Uns ist bewusst, dass Fehler passieren können – dennoch handelt es sich hierbei um eine erhebliche Beeinträchtigung, die wir nicht einfach hinnehmen können. Wir bitten Sie daher um eine Stellungnahme zu diesem Vorfall und möchten wissen, wie Sie mit solchen Situationen umgehen. Außerdem erwarten wir eine angemessene Lösung. Gute Burger Leider ist der Laden immer sehr leer.

Hab bei Uber Eats bestellt. Die Zwiebeln waren komplett schwarz verbrannt. Ungenießbar. Ein Anruf und die Bitte um eine erneute Lieferung wurde abgelehnt. Abgewimmelt. Ich sollte mich an Uber Eats wenden. Ende vom Lied, das Geld für das Essen habe ich zurückbekommen von Uber Eats, die 7€ Gebühren allerdings nicht. Danke an den Mitarbeiter. Wir waren oft auch vor Ort essen, weil wir die Qualität der Burger sehr gut finden, aber das wird nicht mehr passieren!

Sehr leckere coolgeschnittene Pommes

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht vom Service. Nach meiner Bestellung habe ich mehrfach versucht, telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen. Einmal wurde der Anruf angenommen und sofort wieder aufgelegt, bei allen weiteren Versuchen ging niemand mehr ans Telefon. So ein Umgang mit Kund:innen ist absolut nicht akzeptabel und vermittelt einen sehr schlechten Serviceeindruck. Gerade nach einer Bestellung erwarte ich Erreichbarkeit oder zumindest eine Rückmeldung. Hier besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf.

Habe bei Uber Eats bestellt, eine komplett falsche Bestellung ist angekommen, der Fahrer sagt daraufhin dass es nicht sein Problem ist und blockiert mich danach, Atawich geht nicht dran wenn ich probiere die anzurufen und ich habe am Ende über 30€ verschwendet. Sollte ich keine Rückerstattung bekommen folgt die nächste Bewertung.

Ich habe das Angebot "kaufe 1 und erhalte 2" über Uber eats bestellt. Leider habe ich nur ein Hamburger Menü bekommen. Als ich mit dem Restaurant telefoniert habe, meinte die Person, es sei nicht ihr Problem sondern von uber eats, und hat mir keine Lösung gegeben.... Also Betrug, nie wieder!

Very friendly. We weren't hungry but wanted to kill some time. The young man serving us suggested we order too little and pay more, so we'd order a set menu. How nice!

I picked Atawich because it‘s a really lovely restaurant, the food is delicious! They offer smashed burgers and many side dishes. My favourite meal is the classic smash burger with sweet potatoe with spark,ing water - it‘s a must have! I also like the service, they are really nice people and they also gave me free drinks because I was so friendly. A menue costs 13.50€, but there are deals. You can post a story on Instagram and then you receive a 10€ coupon. I really like the deal. They also do takeaway and delivery. They have really nice music, I like tbe English rap and Hip Hop because it‘s trendy music. In my opinion it‘s a must, you gonna love it!

The smash burgers were really delicious and the fries were great. Personally, I don't find the place cozy, and the ventilation doesn't seem to be the best; even though I only picked up the food, it smelled really strong.

I ordered food via Uber. After waiting 1.5 hours, the order was canceled without explanation. I called the restaurant directly. Atawich's customer service (unlike Uber's) was very helpful and efficient. The food was delicious, and I would order again anytime (as long as the delivery isn't done via Uber).

We ordered delivery: a very bad experience! The burgers and fries were almost cold and covered in grease. Two out of three drinks were missing :( The delivery driver didn't speak German and suggested in English that we contact Uber: what good would that do me? We needed the drinks with our meal. Very poor service! Never again...

Everything was delicious! 4 stars only because the salad and fries in the restaurant were also served in small cardboard bowls. It wasn't nice and difficult to eat because everything fell out while eating! And it was also unnecessary waste. I think they can use regular dishes in a restaurant. I had the cheeseburger with a double patty. Unfortunately, it was too greasy and heavily drenched in sauce, so you could barely taste the meat... The patties could have been crispier with more roasted flavors, as you'd expect from smashed patties. Also, the vegetables lacked some freshness; there were only three pickle slices on top, which explains why they needed to make it so greasy and saucey. On the plus side, the sweet potato fries, the friendly service, and the pleasant atmosphere were great. Suggestion for improvement: Less sauce, some vegetables, and a more thoroughly cooked patty would make the burger much better. Overall, it's okay, but for the price, it could be improved.

The food was great and the service was excellent. The only drawback was the gentleman who spent a lot of time on the phone in the guest area.

The fries are still world-class, both sweet potato and especially the regular ones. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. With the new menu came new prices. Before, the value for money was good, but now it's even significantly higher than the already ridiculous burger prices. Just under €17 for a simple Cheese Smash Burger (180g) with the meat menu. The burgers were never a hit, but they were good for the old price.

We went to the restaurant with our family today to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The burgers were truly delicious, but the highlight of the evening was the outstanding service: As a surprise, we received a small cake for our daughter. It was a very nice and unexpected gesture that made the day even more special. Thank you for your hospitality – we'll be back!

Atawich was recommended to me by five different people. I have to be honest, I didn't understand the recommendation. There were three of us there, and we weren't greeted upon entering. The service was adequate, but nothing exceptional. The burger was okay—neither good nor bad. The bill was excessively high for what you get. I wouldn't recommend the place! Hornochse around the corner can do more for the same price. Sad to say, but I'd rather go to McDonald's.

Orders are consistently delivered incomplete or incorrectly assembled. But hey, after an hour of waiting, I at least get my money back via UberEats...

Not very busy but good food always see it empty what a pity hope it can survive whish you all the best.

First and last time ordering there. The burger 🍔 was simply terrible. No toppings, except for two mini cucumber slices. No jalapenos. I ordered sweet potato fries and got Weston fries instead. I ordered a Coke Zero and got a regular Coke. All for the exorbitant price of €25. 🙄 Worst order ever.

The Smash Burger was a real highlight! Crispy on the outside, wonderfully juicy on the inside – just as a proper Smash Burger should be. The meat had a really good flavor; you can immediately taste the quality and craftsmanship that count here. The bun was soft, but not soggy, and held the whole thing together perfectly. I was also particularly impressed by the homemade sauce – spicy, slightly smoky, and simply delicious. The caramelized onions were the icing on the cake! It came with crispy fries, even with truffle parmesan on request – a real treat. The service was friendly and quick, the atmosphere relaxed and modern. Whether for a quick lunch or a cozy evening with friends – I'll definitely be back!

It's a shame. I really enjoyed eating and ordering from you. Today the fries arrived cold again, and there was hardly any sauce in the burger, so I had to put the sauce on myself at home. And what's that? Why do the fries taste old and look like that? Today was the last time. Above all, I paid €21 for this meal and got something like this. Everything used to be great! I even wrote in the note on Uber Eats, please send the food warm. But when it was cold, it was moldy and not tasty.

The burger was unfortunately a disappointment. The sauce completely dominated – far too much of it, so that you could barely detect any other flavors. The patty was barely smashed and lacked the typical roasted flavors or the desired crust that characterizes a good smash burger. Overall, it lacked balance and craftsmanship. There are definitely much better smash burgers in Cologne.
