Everything was great. The food was really nice. I think they've renovated. There's an order kiosk if you don't feel like talking to the friendly staff. The playlist wasn't really my thing, but overall, I'd recommend it!

After the renovation, Mr. Kumpir in Ehrenfeld shines in a whole new light – super pleasant and modern! If you love potatoes, this is the place for you. The portions are large, fresh, and absolutely delicious. My personal favorite: the Kumpir Chicken – flavorful, juicy, and simply perfectly balanced. Highly recommended!

I visit this shop more often now, as my wife and little one really love the kumpirs there. The portions are very filling, and you can see at the counter that everything is very fresh. The potatoes are taken straight from the oven and prepared fresh on-site. These days, when you often get pre-prepared food when eating out, it's a real plus that they value freshness here. The staff are always very friendly! Thank you!

I have a classic approach to food and eat fairly simple meals. Potatoes with cheese and butter, sometimes I jazz it up with a salad and something spicy. I get full, it tastes good, and the service is very pleasant and friendly. Price-wise, what more could I want?

I've been going there for 10 years, and I still recommend it. However, the sauce portions have gotten considerably smaller. If everything has been so beautifully decorated, why aren't they using proper plates, which still creates so much waste? Less washing up? Both are a shame.

We've eaten Kumpir in many places, which is why we have expertise, and it's been good so far. I think the place still needs to get a bit more up to speed. Unfortunately, the meat was cold and the toppings weren't as good as the photos. We'll be back soon to try it again and give it a new rating. Actually three stars, but four because it's friendly.

The Kumpir was delicious and well-filled. The price is a bit high. Unfortunately, the atmosphere isn't that inviting. The tables were dirty. It's self-service. Unfortunately, we both had stomach problems after the visit.

Finally, a decent Kumpir shop in Cologne. Delicious Kumpir with a wide selection. A very nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. There's a parking garage directly across the street. If you know Kumpir or want to try it, you have to stop by. Thanks to the shop owner and his team.

Very warm, clean, and the food was just as good as in Turkey. I got jalapenos, spring onions, black olives, corn, iceberg lettuce, and chicken with black sauce and tzatziki. It only cost ~€12. Very good service and halal meat.

I've known the shop for many years, as I live in Ehrenfeld, and I always enjoy coming back. I used to know the owners personally and really enjoyed the pleasant conversations. When I heard they were renovating, my initial thought was, "Oh no, everything will definitely be different now." But thankfully not. The renovation simply gave the shop a cozier and more contemporary look; the ingredients and quality are still the same. Thank you for this major investment. I'd love to come back.

Super delicious. Huge selection of vegetarian options. Great side dishes, delicious sauces. As a meat eater, I simply didn't miss anything. Tip: buy the falafel plate. They're really good. With coriander or lemon zest or something like that. Very, very good. 👍🏻 And the price is really reasonable, too. For two people with four sides and drinks, it's under €40 and you're completely stuffed. So, the place is really worth it. We also received really great advice. The only downside is that the tables are really small.

We eat here regularly with the family. There's a games wall for the kids so they don't get bored. The food tastes excellent, is filling, and you can really taste the quality and freshness of the individual ingredients. The shop was redesigned about a year ago, and the owners, or rather the family, are still the same. Friendly staff and a wide selection of different soft drinks round out the overall experience. Of course, they also serve delicious matcha. 5 stars deserved.
