I've gotten pizza and pasta there several times. That tastes quite good. However, today I saw a chef or kitchen employee smoking in front of the door on the main road wearing rubber gloves. I find that pretty disgusting because he probably continues to cut salad or touch other food with the same gloves. Not nice.

Top address in Heinsberg. Service on point like in Kölle, no one has to die of thirst and super delicious food.

During the week there is a 1a lunch menu here with 2 dishes per day including soup of the day and a small dessert... the portions are adapted to the predominantly older guests: a little smaller but with a starter and dessert it goes wonderfully... but that's what it's for Price is also small at currently 12.50 euros. If you wish, you can have a freshly tapped Bitburger Pils as a beer. The dishes are very tasty and cooked in a down-to-earth way... good home cooking in a positive sense, which is unfortunately rarely found these days... luckily the ambience still has the old pub charm... so it fits perfectly into the overall picture... The owners are trying hard and have discovered a small gap in the market...please keep it up...👍

I am correcting my rating again due to the circumstances. I stupidly allowed myself to be invited without knowing who the food was coming from. Big mistake. Last time the flavor enhancer was tasteable, this time it was basically the main ingredient. I managed 3 bites of this stuff until my tongue started to tingle. It's unbelievable that there is no control here. This borders on physical harm

Eating here for the first time today based on a recommendation, there's not much to say, just perfect. The boss came to the table and asked if everything was okay. Keep it up, highly recommended. Today April 6th, 2025 there again with Vader 94 walker and small dog. No problem at all, very nice reception and again very good and tasty food.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it. What was ordered was not delivered. A 50 minute delivery time became 100 minutes. Despite calling, it took even longer. The pizza rolls we ordered were charged €4.00 despite the order being >€45. Pizza is rather mediocre (if you deduct the loss in delivery quality). We ordered there because my son-in-law is a fan of this pizzeria, but he was also very disappointed. A failure for all of us, so I give it a thumbs down👎

Service was attentive and polite. The ambiance was dated. Simple, not particularly comfortable chairs. The food was good, and the salad was fresh.

Shortly before reaching the table, our waitress dropped the cutlery on the floor, picked it up and then served it anyway - we were at a loss for words. We had to wait two and a half hours for the main course and just over an hour for a bottle of wine. The food was generally okay and well prepared, provided you don't mind over-salted sauces. All in all, expectations were unfortunately not met, but as the service proved, the hygiene standards here seem to be so high that you can literally eat off the floor (and probably do).
