So, where do I even begin? :D? Definitely not suitable for neurodivergent people – extremely loud, crowded, and stressful. So, during the buffet, I simply ordered breakfast to my table, waited an hour for it, AND instead of the oat milk cappuccino I ordered, I got one with cow's milk – but no chance to return it because the waitress only came every 30 minutes. Yeah, and then the screen for the football game went down right above my head :D I've rarely found anything so crap. Thanks for nothing, haha
I was always really excited about the store, but now I'm not any more!
Today I ordered another kebab plate, I open it and the meat is still raw!? After waiting 1 hour I don't expect raw meat! My dog then got the meat, which is a shame.
First time ordered and definitely not the last time. My food was delivered very quickly, fresh and very warm. It was very tasty. One small thing, the fries maybe not seasoning as much, was too much for me personally. Otherwise tip top.

Unfortunately, as a long-time regular customer, I have to say that the quality has deteriorated when I ordered, the mayonnaise was missing again and again, the lasagna was so full of fat that you could go down 5 tablespoons of fat without any problems, then the pizza roll was only one complete through all the others of the 7 pieces that they prepared were all still sticky on the inside and you were chewing on raw dough. The sauce that they gave me unfortunately only tasted like fat. I have to say I'm done with the restaurant If you don't want to believe me, you can just order the lasagna, it's just disgusting and you really paid way too much for it

We ordered for a few people and were MORE than PISSED.
The pizzas were just OK, but the calamari and pasta dishes were very bad.
The calamari were the worst in my entire life.
The squid and the dough had combined into a sticky mass with no taste.
The noodles don't make you happy even when you open the lid.
A warmed cream slime combined with overcooked noodles. No thanks !

Today I was at the train station and stopped by Subway. Currently no sale due to total renovation, i.e. the entire furnishings have been torn out of the row of shops. There is no information online about the temporary (or permanent?) closure.
Ganz ehrlich mein Eindruck: hier wird Stammkundschaft bevorzugt bedient. Unsere erste Bestellung von Getränken und Essen ging relativ zügig, danach ward die Bedienung kaum noch gesehen, rauschte an uns vorbei und wir wurden nicht einmal gefragt, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten. Wir saßen bei einigermaßen gutem Wetter drinnen, weil draußen auch alles besetzt war, aber das war okay. Die Bedienung war aber im Prinzip nur draußen unterwegs und man hatte den Eindruck, man kannte sich. Das Essen war okay, aber nicht berauschend. Wir bekamen noch ein paar Vorspeisen, aber die schienen da schon büffetmäßig zu stehen, d. h. sie waren nicht frisch gemacht und leider auch etwas fettig. Die Rechnung bestellen dauerte dann auch wieder recht lange, weil wir ja, wie beschrieben, nicht so wirklich beachtet wurden. Wir hatten dann auch das bereits genannte Problem mit dem City4Two, wobei man sagen muss, es ist so, dass man schon bei der Bestellung bescheid sagen sollte und nicht erst beim Bezahlen.

I have been a loyal customer of Touch of India for many years. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly recently. Last time I had to cancel my order after waiting over 2 hours because nothing arrived. Today I wanted to give the restaurant another chance and ordered again - same problem again. When I called there to ask about my food, they simply hung up in the middle of the conversation. This is not how you treat long-term customers. Very disappointing.
