I can only judge the delivery service, but we simply love the pizza from the stone oven and my particular highlight is the Insalata Capriciosa

UNDERGROUND! We ordered for a few people and were MORE than PISSED. The pizzas were just OK, but the calamari and pasta dishes were very bad. The calamari were the worst in my entire life. The squid and the dough had combined into a sticky mass with no taste. The noodles don't make you happy even when you open the lid. A warmed cream slime combined with overcooked noodles. No thanks ! Once and CERTAINLY not again!!!

Dear Palermo Team! I just tried several times after your call to write a completely new review, but I failed. Just for general understanding...why am I calling you to place an order? Primarily because I'm in the mood for delicious food—or not! Your problem isn't the delicious food either, but the way you take your order, over and over again. Always fast, fast (I can even understand that), but with this bored, almost rude undertone, just because you might have to think about it for a moment. Shortly afterward, I decided that I don't want to put up with that anymore, either from a delivery service or in a restaurant. Hence the last-minute cancellation of my order. Surprisingly, I was contacted again shortly after by the "boss." But instead of perhaps a few conciliatory words, only accusations and a completely aggressive attitude. Again! We've been ordering our pizza from you for years—not only because it's always been delicious, but also because the service from the phone call to the delivery was super friendly. For weeks now, that's exactly what's been completely lost. With every order, I feel like I'm either terribly annoying you or that you're just so stressed out that you're no longer in the mood. And then the customer is personally attacked during the follow-up... I find that really awful and really hurtful. And I wouldn't want to be berated on a Sunday evening by the manager of the Palermo, asking me whether or why, when, or how I tasted a review.

Schnitzel was raw, fries were just cut potatoes and the food itself was modest. Everyone got a stomach ache from eating. I prefer to order from kings because the guys are super correct and at least they make an effort

It's a shame that I have to give this one star! Don't know their own pizzas and then become rude when you ask for the correct order. This was definitely my last order there and I can only recommend that everyone avoid this store and these incredible employees. It's better to treat yourself where people still appreciate it....

Best of all, no star at all. Deliver the wrong pizza and then you have to try to see if it really is the wrong ingredients!! And they immediately threaten that you will never be allowed to order again!

Even one star is still too many. The first time I ordered there over the phone I was told a price which I asked again so that my girlfriend could hear it too. On the day the pizza arrived, the delivery person suddenly said a completely different price that was suddenly €32 more expensive. Never again not recommended and there was also a fly in the pizza.

Unfriendly service. Ordered pizza rolls for pickup over the phone. I wasn't asked about the payment method. I wanted to pay by card when I picked it up, but suddenly I have to let them know in advance on the phone. Had to get extra cash. Service = 0. Patty reaction from the staff. Employees should receive training in hygiene and customer friendliness!

Best of all, 0 stars, the food tasted like nothing! .. was disgusting and muddy!!!.. and when you complained they were totally rude and unfriendly! Definitely NOT recommended once and NEVER AGAIN!

I specifically wrote in with majo derks store, I'll never buy anything here again! Calcone also completely burnt.

Had hair in the food, everything went in the trash. Hands off!

So far I've always had good, hot/warm food, including fast delivery and friendly staff. We are very satisfied, some delivery services could take a lesson from this. Pizza and pizza rolls are our favorites here.

Ordered expensive food and it wasn't what was ordered on the menu. Ordered chicken burger, there were chicken MC nuggets on the burger.

The pizza here is really, really tasty and I have a lot of comparisons! The prices have been raised, but still ok. The service is always very friendly in the store. The driver is very "strange" and taciturn when delivering, but you should tell him that it could be friendlier. Unfortunately, I also recently had a black hair on the pizza. They really should improve something, several customers complain about that. I can forgive it without deducting points, because the pizza is one of the tastiest in Bielefeld.

Definitely not recommended! I ordered there once and the bread from the burger was moldy! Then I thought to myself, give it another chance because a hair in the wrap is totally disgusting. Actually you should charge and report it to the health department. If I could I would give 0 stars!

Ich bin erstaunt wie lecker das essen da ist und das Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit gute Beratung und sehr leckeres essen 😋 ich bestelle jedes Wochenende essen die beste und leckerste pizza die ich bis jetzt gegessen hab Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. LG

Schnelle Lieferung und alles frisch sowie heiß

Immer sehr schnell geliefert, leckere Pizza und guter Service. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.

Das Essen von Palermo kann man nicht richtig genießen... wir haben Magenkrämpfe, Durfall , Übelkeit nach dem Essen bekommen und lebende Insekten krabelten auf den Speisen.

Hab da ein Schnitzel und einen Mozzarella Salat bestellt. Schnitzel war voll in Ordnung, aber der Salat hat alles andere als frisch geschmeckt.

Wie immer gutes Essen und höfliche Bedienung

Letztens bei der Abholung gesehen, dass der eine Lieferfahrer aus der Toilette gekommen ist und sich im Laden die Hose zugemacht hat. Ergo hat sich nicht die Hände gewaschen. Habe das Essen nicht mitgenommen und werde dort nie wieder etwas bestellen. Ekelhaft!

Schmeckt alles super, liefert immer sehr schnell. Fahrer sehr freundlich und man kann mit EC-KARTE bezahlen, nur vorher ansagen.
