Order via Wolt failed, waited in vain for food. When ordering again by telephone with subsequent Pick up was totally unfriendly, not interested in customers, no apology or at least a drink included with a purchase of around €60. Pizzas prepared carelessly (raw tomatoes added afterwards, pieces sometimes only 3cm wide, the one next to it is over a quarter of pizza, pizza rolls look like they were slapped on). Change was €2 too little, so the calculator had to be used as proof. There was no apology. At least it tastes good. The comment that I would have been to a different pizzeria is not correct. I was with you on May 25, 2024. The employee should also know exactly what was going on. I tried to point out the problem to him in a friendly manner several times, but he hardly seemed to listen to me. Mistakes happen, but the question is how you deal with them. Labeling the customer as stupid by claiming the incident happened at another pizzeria speaks for itself.

Unfortunately not all of the food that was on the menu was available. And it's not very big anyway. There was no dessert on the menu at all. I found the fries to be too soft.

Nach dem wir die gute Bewertungen gelesen haben, hatten wir für heute einen Tisch reserviert. Der Laden war halb voll , es war aber eine Schlange und Café to Go zu bestellen . Komisch war, mehrere Tischen waren vor uns und warteten bedient zu werden. Nach dem wir 20 Minuten auf einen KellnerIn gewartet haben , war es so weit . Drei von vier Sachen die auf der Karten waren , waren leider aus . Mir war einfach zu doof, auch nicht nach alternativen gefragt , einfach nur ungeschickt und unbeholfen . Das Personal , das Ambiente , die Preise ( Mega hoch ! ) nicht gut . Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen . Ein paar Meter weiter haben wir sehr nett in einem netten Eiskaffee super Creps und Waffel gegessen die halb so teuer waren und uns sehr freundlich bedient haben . Der Tag war gerettet!

Bedingt durch den Corona Lockdown habe ich bisher nur den Online Versand nutzen können. Die bestellten Tees waren ALLE ganz wunderbar. Hier findet wohl jeder seinen Lieblingstee. Ich freue mich schon auf einen Besuch im Geschäft. Der Versand erfolgte schnell und zuverlässig. Jederzeit wieder.

I come here regularly to eat the Philedelphia baugette and falafel wrap. This time I had a dine in with Philedelphia Teller which was incredible! The portion was huge and the meat quality and rice were amazing. Definitely suggested!

We spontaneously went for dinner here without a reservation (3 people, Saturday evening). You sit outside in a courtyard, and there is still plenty of space inside. The food selection is excellent. I couldn't decide. Everything was fresh and prepared quickly. Also very nice that there are several beers on tap. The staff was friendly, courteous and quick. Gladly again, and an absolute recommendation.

I am always very satisfied. The food is great and damn tasty, especially the kebab gratinated, there is no better place. The guys are always very accommodating and damn friendly, you can tell that they see it as a calling and not a job. I feel extremely happy and satisfied both on site and home delivery. You can express criticism openly, which is completely normal, and you address it and find a solution. It's normal for something to go wrong, especially in times of stress when a lot of people are ordering, but the guys know how to make things right. And again, with lots of orders and stress, that also speaks for the company. Thank you very much, I can't understand the negative reviews, but opinions differ. And now... unfortunately I have to order something again...

One of the best kebabs in Aachen. The service is always top. And the food too, of course. Very good all in all👌

We went to this restaurant because of the good reviews.. Unfortunately there was nothing with rice and only one dish with chicken.. and homemade noodles.. these were praised in the reviews and looked good in the pictures.. the noodles didn't taste like anything, the meat was tough and fatty and the sauce was just spicy and extremely oily and greasy.. there were six of us and wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
