I've been here several times but the services leave something to be desired every time. I was charged for cleaning even though it is a hotel so I assume cleaning is included. It's not my job to take care of it. When I booked, I assumed that cleaning would be done as a matter of course. After all, it is a hotel.

The girl who is there at the checkout is very unprofessional, if she doesn't feel like doing her job she should leave it alone, but don't throw any printouts on the plate and assume that you don't know the language....never Reported directly to the health department again!

We went there for a buffet meal yesterday and were very disappointed. The restaurant was more full than the buffet. The best thing was the soup, unfortunately everything else wasn't even mediocre. Vegetables were almost non-existent and the various dishes all tasted the same. When the bill came, I was really shocked, 21.90 was really awesome. That's almost outrageous. Very tasty there with large kebabs. That's why I always come back to Uslar from Hamburg. Ok, because of the family too. 😉

Very nice Italian restaurant with great classic Italian dishes, but also very tasty schnitzels and fantastic ice cream. Friendly and attentive staff. Very fair prices. Unreservedly recommended. Definitely go and try it out.
