Also wir waren jetzt schon einige Male dort. Das Essen war immer total lecker, frisch zubereitet und heiß. Die Bedienungen bzw. das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Das ein oder andere Mal hatten wir Wartezeit, die wir dann aber, mit einem gut gekühlten Getränk, überbrücken konnten. Mir ist das lieber als schnelle Küche. Wir fahren garantiert wieder dort hin und nehmen dafür auch gerne 30 Minuten Anfahrtsweg in Kauf. K. Flörke

Ich kenne keine Pizzeria, die das Ambiente und die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten toppen kann. Das Essen ist mega lecker. Ich habe nur einen kleinen Punkt, wo man vlt mal drüber nachdenken könnte. Das Bruchetta ist sehr wenig, vlt. die Pizzabrötchen dafür etwas größer backen.

Wir sind sehr gerne hier, wenn wir in der Region Urlaub machen. Leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service in einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal zum Essen ein gekehrt. Das Essen war ok und lecker. Zu bemängeln war wieder die weibliche Bedienung die wie beim letzten Mal auch schon sehr lustlos an den Tisch kam. Vielleicht sollte sie sich mal bei den zwei männlichen Service Kräften abschauen wie zuvorkommend und Freundlichkeit geht. Der Service ist ein Aushängeschild für jede Gastro Schade .....

Wir waren mit Besuch aus Kenia hier. Die Einstimmige Meinung: das Essen war lecker. Das Ambiente war gemütlich, Temperatur im Wintergarten war schön warm. In der Karte sind keine Preise angegeben. Tische sind ausreichend groß, könnten aber etwas größer sein. Preise pro Kopf waren regelrecht, aus meiner Sicht o.k..

War hier wegen dem Geburtstag einer Freundin. Beim Bowling gab es mehrere Probleme, wie z.b das einer der Pins die gesamte Zeit über nicht richtig hing und so immer ganz komisch stand. Desweiteren hat sich die Bahn an einem Punkt aufgehängt und musste erstmal korrigiert werden. Das Essen kam zwar relativ schnell an und schmeckte gut, war jedoch sehr fettig.

Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich sofort willkommen – das Team ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wie bei Freunden fühlt. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und gleichzeitig stilvoll – perfekt für einen entspannten Abend zu zweit oder mit der ganzen Familie. Das Essen ist absolut fantastisch! 🍝 Die Pasta schmeckt wie in Italien, frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die hausgemachten Pizzen – knuspriger Boden, aromatische Tomatensauce und hochwertige Zutaten. Auch die Desserts, vor allem das Tiramisu, sind ein Gedicht! 😍 Man merkt in jedem Detail, dass hier Leidenschaft und Qualität an erster Stelle stehen. Preis-Leistung ist top, Portionen sind großzügig, und das Preisniveau ist für die Qualität mehr als fair. Fazit: Wer authentische italienische Küche und herzliche Gastfreundschaft sucht, ist im Dolce Vita Uslar genau richtig. Wir kommen garantiert wieder – Grazie mille! 🇮🇹💫

Alles Ok bei euch im Restaurante aber bei der Pizza 3Euro zu nehmen beim Herbstzauber...ohne weiter Worte bei 2Euro letztes Jahr war Preis Leistung schon nicht mehr da.Diese Herbstzauberveranstaltung war am Anfang nur Mega Verkostung für 1Euro.Das Prinzip dieser Veranstaltung sollte sein das Gastronomen sich präsentieren können und fremde Gäste neu zu gewinnen und nicht ab zu ziehen.Ich war dieses Jahr gar nicht dabei habe heute nur den ganzen tag von bekannten gehört nie wieder 3euro für ein kleines stück Pizza das selbe dachte ich letztes jahr auch schon für 2Euro und dann nicht mal richtig heiß 2024.Mich persönlich zieht nix mehr zum Herbstzauber hin es sind keine Schnäppchen auch die 5Tortellinis für 2Euro 2024da war alles andere als ein Schnäppchen.Einer muß mal die Wahrheit schreiben was sich keiner Traut von meinen Bekannten die alle Echt enttäuscht sind über die Preise für fast nix.Preis Leistung beim Herbstzauber völlig Überteuert...2Sterne weil bei euch im Restaurante alles Ok ist und freundlich.Aber keiner komnt beim Herbstzauber von meinen Bekannten wieder zu euch.Alle entäucht weil 3euro viel zu teuer

Wir sind hier schon einige Male gewesen und war immer zufrieden . Nur bei diesem Mal war es eine Katastrophe . Der Wein und auch das Wasser wurde nur auf den Tisch gestellt und wir mussten uns selbst einschenken. Wir haben vier Vorspeisen und vier Hauptgerichte bestellt. Es fehlte eine Vorspeise und nur auf Nachfrage und ohne Entschuldigung wurde diese nachgeliefert mit einer Verzögerung von 20 Minuten! Der Hauptgang kam auch nichtzeitgleich für alle, so dass einer immer nichts zu essen hatte. Die Kellner und Kellnerinnen waren sehr unaufmerksam und wir mussten zu Ihnen hingehen , um Getränke nachzubestellen. In der Nacht dürfen wir uns als krönenden Abschluss das Essen noch mal durch den Kopf gehen lassen... das war unser letzten Mal in diesem Laden .

Wir waren zu 6. bezüglich eines Geburtstags im Dolce Vita essen. Zum Essen: Die Pizzen die bestellt wurden waren hervorragend. Ich hatte Schweinefilet vom Grill mit Pommes. Mein Fleisch wurde leider tot gebraten, wodurch es sehr trocken und zäh wurde. Die Pommes waren sehr gut. Zum Service: Wir hatten einen Ecktisch und der laden war sehr voll. Alle anderen Tische wurde gefühlt bedient, wenn wir etwas wollten, mussten wir quasi zur Theke gehen. Unschön. Das Ambiente: Das war super schön.

Wir sind hier häufig zu Gast, weil wir uns hier immer willkommen fühlen und das Essen einfach vorzüglich ist. Dazu ein stilvolles Ambiente mit einem sehr schönen Wintergarten.

The food is always delicious across the menu, and so far, it's been top-notch quality without exception. The prices are also absolutely fair, so you can easily eat here with the whole family more often. A clear recommendation for me – one of the top restaurants in Uslar! 🍝🍕🍷

Last-minute reservations for 40 people were easily possible. The food took a little longer, naturally. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Prices were fair. The team's organization could still be improved.

Besides pizza and pasta, there are also other very interesting dishes. I enjoyed a pizza here again after about two years and can still say: one of the best pizzas in the area. Since we knew the place was busy, we reserved a table in advance, which turned out to be a good decision. Professional and polite staff rounded off the evening.

We placed an order by phone for a primary school class and expected the prices on the website to be correct...unfortunately, they weren't. Apparently, the prices only apply when ordering through the website. The prices are significantly higher when ordering by phone, and unfortunately, even when we complained, they didn't show any understanding. The pizzas are okay, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this kind of rip-off!

Highly recommended restaurant. A bit unassuming from the outside, but the interior creates a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was friendly and prompt. Despite the full house, we didn't have to wait long for the food, and it was delicious. We definitely recommend it for a lovely evening.

A legend in Uslar. From the food to the service to the ambience, everything is at the highest level. We celebrated our wedding here on April 25th, 2025 and the staff, as well as the extremely friendly and accommodating owner of the shop, left nothing to be desired. The food and drink menus are also well-filled but not overloaded. And most importantly, EVERYTHING tastes good! Thank you for the great evening, the next celebration will definitely come!

Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated greatly. I was happy that they accepted my ideas and advice regarding the interior design. Unfortunately, the problem with the pickup orders is still not solved. But let's get to today's visit. Unfortunately the big waiter was very rude and not very helpful. The quality and value for money of the grill plate was not appropriate. The quantity was clearly not enough for the price. The 2 small slices of herb butter, which were probably not even homemade, were clearly not enough. The grilled meat was unseasoned and dry. You also had to wait longer for the mayonnaise. A suggestion for you would be a homemade cognac pepper sauce would be a definite improvement. Soft drinks should always be brought with ice cubes or at least requested. Basically, it would always be advisable to ask the guest 5 minutes after the food has been served whether everything is to the customer's satisfaction. This would in turn create a more pleasant atmosphere for the customer. Unfortunately the meat was only lukewarm. Let's move on to the toilets. Unfortunately the water wasn't warm. The interior wasn't really heated either, which unfortunately left us a little cold. If you want to offer a high standard, you should also be open to criticism. Nowadays, young customers also pay with their cell phones. Unfortunately this was not possible as there was no internet connection in the rooms. To make customers feel even more comfortable, waiters should recommend a daily menu or specific dishes and ask if they can have an aperitif beforehand. Unfortunately, all of that was missing. The last 3 times to pick up something always went wrong. And that at horrendous prices. The bad thing is that you don't even apologize. Once we got the wrong pizza, we called and then we were told that everything was correct and that we just ordered the wrong pizza. The other two times the order was not passed on and we were left waiting in the store for 25 minutes. Not even a bottle of Coke or something similar as compensation, let alone apologize at all. Enough with Dolce for now

Yes, what can I say, we had reserved a table for 24/25 a little away because of our dog. When we arrived we were surprised that there was so much going on. Well said and done in the store ambience nice but mass feeding like in the animal park. If you ask for a table, yes there could be a problem in the aisle. The dog is in the aisle. People sit practically right next to you. Then the waiter or whoever, yes, we only have the table. When I said that I would have ordered differently, it was not addressed. That's not how you treat guests and they left. You don't scare away future guests like that. They probably have enough to do, but other times will come. In any case, we won't be coming anymore. Your own fault. Hope the employees are doing well.😁 we won't be coming back to the store. We then called the Greek and were able to come straight away - that's how service works and no other way.

We were here for the Christmas holidays. The food was good. Fresh, tasty and attractively prepared. The staff was nice, courteous and attentive. The bowling alley was good too.

During a visit to the treehouse hotel, we wanted to grab something to eat in Uslar. Unfortunately, Uslar himself is somehow “apparently dead”. We were even more pleased when we found this restaurant. You have to say that you were put off at first because you drove towards a run-down industrial hall with the restaurant's logo emblazoned on it. But when you go around the corner, things look completely different. Very nicely designed outdoor area and also very cozy inside. Even though we were there half an hour before the store opened, we were already invited in. Very nice. The first colleague and another colleague from service were very nice and attentive. The colleague who served us last was always a bit unfriendly (maybe that was just how we felt) and misunderstood a lot of things and brought the wrong drinks. Not that bad, but it doesn't have to be. The food was consistently great! Very good pizza and a really delicious Saltim Bocca. However, we didn't understand the fries as a side dish and were looked at strangely when we wanted to have pasta with it. A matter of taste. The carpaccio was also good, but covered in too many mushrooms for my taste. So you hardly tasted/seen any of the meat. Basically, there are finally not just 30 different pizzas on the menu, but many real Italian dishes. This is really refreshing and - very tasty. If you are in the area, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

Ich war heute spontan vor Ort und habe Essen abgeholt. Der Laden saß voll, wer hier essen möchte sollte auf jeden Fall reseervieren. Tischreservierungen sind telefonisch möglich. Die Vorbestellung von Essen ist per App oder Website total einfach. Man bekommt schnell mitgeteilt, wie lange die Zubereitung dauern wird (Achtung: 2. E-Mail ist hier entscheidend). Das Personal hier ist außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Jeder Mitarbeiter, der an der Theke vorbeikam hat mich angsprochen, ob ich schon bedient werde. Das Essen ist hier stets hervorragend. Daher komme ich auch mehr oder weniger regelmäßig vorbei.

Meine Frau und ich waren an ihrem Geburtstag hier essen und es war ausgezeichnet! Ich hatte die beste Pizza die ich seit langem gegessen hatte, der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen, die Preise für die Qualität des Essens sehr angemessen. Als wir dort waren, war gerade "After-Work-Party", es war etwas voll, aber dennoch hat man sich immer freundlich um uns gekümmert. Empfehlenswert!

A really great Italian restaurant. Deliciously eaten from starter (antipasti mix), main course (pizza and pasta dishes), to dessert (tiramisu, panna cotta)... delicious cappuccino/espresso at the end. All-round feel-good program for us.

Wir haben die Konfirmation unseres Sohnes im Dolce Vita feiern dürfen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr, sehr kurzfristig für die Feier mit ca. 60 Personen angemeldet .Trotzdem nur wenig Zeit für die Planung war, war es ein wunderschönes Fest.Das Essen war lecker, die Dekoration war toll, ein DJ wurde organisiert, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Danke an das Team „Dolce Vita“, ihr seid unschlagbar flexibel. Gerne planen wir auch weitere Feste bei euch, es ist einfach ein tolles Ambiente und nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Three of us were here on a Thursday evening. Very nice atmosphere and attentive service. The pizza was crispy and well topped. The taste was okay, but it didn't send any of us into ecstasy. Unfortunately the bruschetta was sticky. Prices reasonable.

Always very tasty food, for us the best restaurant in Uslar. Unfortunately it is uncomfortably cold at some tables in the winter garden - if you are sensitive you should mention this when making your reservation. Unfortunately, the organization around the bowling alley is rather poor - our reservation was not honored (we had to wait over 2 hours) and some pins on both lanes were broken, and unfortunately the screen didn't work on one lane either. A general overhaul should be carried out here. We'll still be back!

BOWLING NOT RECOMMENDED THERE!! We had reserved a bowling alley for 7 people. The room where the bowling alley is was very dirty, there were shards of broken glasses in the corner and the tables were not clean. We rented the train for 2 hours. We had to ask twice for someone to come and set up the track for us, which alone took 20 minutes before we could even play. After 40 minutes, the staff came and asked us how long we would be able to play because there was a large group outside also want to play/so double booking! After we said that we would voluntarily stop early, the 25 people were simply put in the room in front of us (room with a glass pane) so that we had them on our backs and they watched us the whole time, which was very stupid Feeling, which is why we stopped earlier (but got the full hour). All in all, it was very outrageous to do that to your paying guests and we all felt very uncomfortable. WE CANNOT RECOMMEND PLAYING BOWLING THERE!!!!! However, the food afterwards was good and the ambience was nice too, even though it was very crowded.

Wir waren am 27.12.2023 abends dort, das essen war prima, sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Es war ziemlich voll, trotzdem war das bestellte zügig am Tisch. Preisleistung völlig okay.. da es sehr voll den Abend war, war es sehr laut und zu warm im Lokal für mich. Trotzdem empfehlenswert... wie gesagt das Essen war Top!!
