Unfortunately, the gyro was almost unseasoned and terribly dry. We tried the grill for the second time and were truly dissatisfied. The only positive thing was the tzatziki, which was really delicious.

I actually only ordered a gyro in a flatbread to go. Since it was Sunday at 6 p.m., I had to wait a bit, but that's understandable; the place was busy and many other customers had ordered by phone. However, the owner offered me a free ouzo, which was very kind. The gyro doner was incredibly delicious and generously tossed, the yogurt sauce had a wonderful flavor, and I have to say, the meat was really good and, unlike the doner meat, the quality wasn't bad either. Very, very good for €7.50, I'll probably stop by more often from now on!

The food is delicious and highly recommended for the price. Whenever we're out on our motorcycles and in the area, this is always a must-stop for food. I highly recommend it.

We also really enjoyed this Greek restaurant. The waiters were extremely friendly, the service was very child-friendly, and the gyros was truly excellent. I wish the restaurants in Uslar would revive the town—they definitely deserve full tables.

I went to Kreta Grill with a friend and we both had a pizza. I have rarely eaten such a delicious pizza (tonno with onions). The service was very friendly. The boss was also accommodating. It was very hot on August 13th 2025 and we were given a Coke with ice on the house to cool off. In other words: go there and eat your pizza there.

Surprisingly great food especially for the relatively modest prices - and ENORMOUS amounts of meat on our "grill teller". Didn't take credit cards - but the ATM were only 300m away.

In itself nice you can sit outside but the traffic is quite hectic service fast friendly nice food was okay what can you write in capital letters there is nothing to complain about full finished

We had dinner at Crete on Easter Monday with our hiking group (18 people). We had reserved and were greeted warmly. Service was quick and friendly. Food (as always) plentiful and very tasty. And, despite our group, we ALL had our food within 10 minutes. Price/performance simply TOP 👍🏻 We always like to come back.

The service was really good, nice and friendly. The food was delicious. A special request was also fulfilled, hats off, you don't find that often. Unfortunately there was some draft in the stem, it was still within limits due to the temperature, I could have said something if it had gotten too cold for me. But what's not possible is that no card payment is possible!!!!! No, there is no Giro card payment option either. However, we also had this experience at other restaurants in town. An absolute no-go these days. Stars have been deducted for this, but I would be happy to credit them back if card payment is possible.

The food at Kreta Grill in Uslar is always freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. I'm always thrilled. I'd love to come here. I also like to take the Gyrus flatbread home with me. I have to drive 50 minutes home because it's still lukewarm.

Fix, cheap, comprehensive. Price performance fits.

Mixture of fast food and winter garden ambience. A waitress who constantly calls you boss, which isn't possible if you don't know you. Basically inflexible in case of court changes. Vegetarian vegan when you ask the question you are immediately treated stupidly. Vegetarian here is fries, salad and rice. For me there's just never again. There was no information about which beer was served and which wheat beer. One of the owners or owners was happily smoking in the dining room.

Unfortunately the gyros with Metaxa sauce was swimming in a fatty soup. Metaxa sauce was apparently forgotten and only half of it was gratinated with cheese?!? Cheese empty? Unfortunately, the fries had no salt or anything similar and were therefore “tasteless”. All in all not recommended

While passing through, I spontaneously had dinner here on the winter garden terrace. I was happily welcomed as a motorcyclist. My special requests were understood and implemented immediately. I have to say, this was one of the best grilled plates (Balkan plate No. 31) that I have eaten in recent years. The gyros were tender, spicy and without any chunks of fat, the lamb chops were perfect, as was the souflaki medium grilled with lemon and the tzatziki original like in Greece. Even the Radler from Bergbräu Pils is an experience. A light refreshing beer and not cloyingly sweet. All in all, I would like to recommend the restaurant and the team.
