A very good McDonald's that is very reliable. The shift manager was super nice and very friendly to me, I thought it was great!

I ate a kebab today at 1 p.m. The bread wasn't toasted, the meat wasn't freshly cut. It had been lying in the fat in a warming container for an eternity. It also tasted tough, greasy and simply disgusting. And I don't say that lightly. The sauces don't do anything. You can also notice a blatant “I don’t care” attitude at the store itself. The dining room is dirty, the tables stick, wallpaper is rolling and coming off the walls. And now the worst: the toilet. So really! Piss splatters on the walls, the door frames have black spots from thousands of greasy fingers that have attacked them. The purest disease breeding. Seriously, the health department in your town needs to be looked into urgently or fired. Also applies to the owner. Last but not least, it's now 11:54 p.m. and I'm still feeling the disgusting fat. I really want to know how long the meat was left to rot. Under no circumstances should you eat there. Unless you feel like spraying shit

I was there today around 3 p.m., nothing was going on, I was the only one at the counter and asked for 3 small Pizza Margherita, cold, and a small Pizza Salami, packaged separately. The sweet and nice woman behind the counter only understood me after a while. At least that's what I thought. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed that she had only packed 1 small Margherita. Stupid for me and my family. Please learn the language before you go on sale. Very annoying for me. I'll try again tomorrow and see exactly what I'm packed with.

When the roof garden restaurant was still owned by Dodenhof, the selection and quality of the food really appealed to us. Especially the Chinese and fish counter. The cake department has also been run down a lot. After the restaurant transitioned to XXX Lutz, we are no longer so satisfied. It's like mass production. The price is no longer cheap and the quality of the food has definitely declined. The XXXLutz restaurant in Garbsen does the whole thing better quality and offers the same selection. Too bad.
