Absolutely intolerable today. The restaurant seemed very dirty. - Tray carts were overflowing, trays were already on tables. - Restrooms weren't checked for up to 7 hours according to schedule; soap, toilet paper, and towels were empty. - Receipt rolls at terminals were empty. - Tables on the terrace were dirty. There were also tomatoes on the burger, even though we had specifically ordered them without.

I waited a full 40 minutes for my order, while the employees chatted with each other rather than work. I didn't even receive an apology for my polite complaint. Very disappointing—I don't expect this from McDonald's.

I was at the restaurant on June 22, 2025, at around 3:30 p.m. The tables were completely greasy, with food and paper on the floor, and the trolleys full of tablets. It was just disgusting. There were about seven or more employees there, and no one even wiped down the tables; they just stood there forlornly in the corner. We've been going to the restaurant since it opened, but today's situation is unacceptable. It's no wonder customers stopped coming. Actually, I wouldn't give it a star.

After opening the package of the Chicken Big Mac I ordered, I couldn't believe my eyes. The burger had already been taken, and it must have happened in the kitchen. I had no problem getting a new burger, but it seemed to me that no one cared about what had happened.

We were at the drive-thru, and it was a complete disaster. Two cars were in front of us, and we waited for half an hour. And then the employee didn't understand anything.

I don't recommend this McDonald's. You constantly get either the wrong burger or the special requests you can specify in the order panel are ignored. My "highlight," however, was that I ordered Planted Nuggets and got Chicken Nuggets. Complaint 1: It's just the wrong package, they're Planted. Then, when I bit into them, oh surprise: Chicken Nuggets. Complaint 2: Can't be, it was in the Planted drawer. The difference between the Planted and the white, stringy meat is clearly visible, though. In package 3, Planted and Chicken Nuggets were mixed together. Complaint 3: The employees are new Yeah, there's always that excuse. New employees... I declined the offer: "We'll make new ones" for reasons. Not everyone can afford such completely unmotivated staff.

Can only be recommended. Great employees. Very clean.

After waiting 30 minutes, I approached an employee. Only then was our order prepared. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. The young man was very nice. The women could have their shoes resoled while serving them. I haven't seen such a lack of motivation in a long time. It's a shame.

The waiting time is far too long, many things are already cold before they go into the bag, some things are forgotten, the staff are completely overwhelmed, there is no flow, they run around like a frightened bunch of chickens.

The food took over 30 minutes to arrive. The staff all seemed dissatisfied and stressed. One burger was completely cold. As compensation, the kids got a free ice cream, one of which had plastic wrappers inside... absolutely disgusting, and we won't be returning.

Classic McDonald's. The ice cream tasted just as good as usual. However, this branch (at least today) is rather dirty. This applies equally to the restrooms, tables, dish carts, and benches.

It's absolutely terrible here. The staff forget to pack way too much food. Honestly, I'm just like, no, what's the point? And when the food is ready (after 30 minutes, by the way), it's cold! Everything here is terrible. I'm very disappointed.

Very long wait times. Wait times are very long, even when the store isn't that busy. However, when the store is half full, you wait at least 20 minutes for your food. The drive-thru is a bit faster, but the wait times are still quite long. Employees are friendly, and it's not always clean, but still acceptable. Otherwise, it's a typical McDonald's experience.

Placed an order, received no fries. No problem, complained briefly, and then the fries arrived as usual with a napkin on top... the one removed was only half full of the fries box. We went back to the cashier and complained, and got another huge portion. The young man was very kind to us, the other employees rolled their eyes. Sorry, we paid for the fries...! To finish off, some delicious ice cream... Oreo cookies and chocolate sauce. The ice cream was a tiny amount in the McFlurry, the Oreo cookies were OK, but you had to hunt for the chocolate sauce in all three ice creams. There was really only a tablespoon of chocolate sauce in each of the three McFlurrys. After our experience with the fries and the McFlurrys, we have the feeling that it's apparently the norm here to simply give customers less than they intended. Very sad. We won't be coming back a third time after our second attempt.

A lot of things didn't go quite according to plan and then I got stomach cramps.

We were on the way home from vacation and stopped at this McDonald's to order two McSundaes and an apple turnover. Unfortunately, the portion of sundaes was extremely small - hardly any ice and almost no sauce. Our direct feedback on this was only responded to with a shrug of the shoulders, no accommodation or apology whatsoever. That's probably the case. In the car we noticed, unfortunately too late, that the apple turnover was completely cold; it was probably a bit old. We expect more customer service and consistent quality, especially from a large franchise like McDonald’s. Very disappointing - will avoid this location in the future.

The food is what you can expect for the price. Very good service, nice worker (the one with pink hair) and clean.

Bought something to take away today. Unfortunately half of it was missing plus a long waiting time and super unfriendly branch management. Staff totally overwhelmed. Never experienced anything as bad as today.

A McDonald's to get rid of! The store was empty, but it still took the guests 20 minutes to get two Happy Meals and two burgers. In the end, the toys and sauces weren't delivered to the table, so they had to wait in line.

On March 22nd at 11:18 a.m., I visited the McDonald's branch in Posthausen. As soon as I entered, I was greeted warmly—a notable exception that is no longer found at many McDonald's branches these days. An employee offered to let me order at the cash register if I didn't want to use the terminal ordering system. Initially, I was interested, but then the manager approached us and offered to show us how to order at the terminal. We gladly accepted this suggestion, as the cash register is often too crowded and we prefer to order at the terminal. Up until that point, we had never ordered at the terminal, as it was never demonstrated to us, so we were very pleased when the manager showed us how. After placing our orders, we sat down and waited only 2-3 minutes until our order, worth €31.67, was quickly brought to our table. During our visit, the manager walked around and asked everyone around us, including us, if they enjoyed their food and if everything was okay. We've never had such a positive experience at McDonald's before. In the future, we will definitely prefer this branch in Posthausen, as we previously regularly visited the one in Achim, where there are often long lines and orders are often incorrect. The quality of the food there also often left much to be desired.

I asked for the name today... Ms. Niesemann is the most motivated McDonald's employee I have ever seen. In general everyone is very friendly and the food is delicious and fresh. That's what matters! Thanks and keep it up!

I used to be really dissatisfied with this branch because something was often forgotten and the waiting times were unreasonably long. But I've been going there regularly for about a year now, about two to three times a month, and I can only report positive things. The food is hot and delicious, and the experiences I've had there have been consistently good.

In the last four to five months I have had nothing but positive experiences in this branch. The other branches in the area could really take this location as an example. Previously we often went to Achim and Verden, but the employees there were often unfriendly and in most cases you had to wait a long time. Just when you thought it was unpleasant, mistakes often happened when ordering. However, I have not come across such an incident in the Posthausen branch.

Employees are super friendly, but the air conditioning is constantly broken. We often go there to eat, but it is always very cold there because the climate is constantly running. That's not possible and nothing is being done, it's probably been like this for a year. Of course, this is more noticeable when it's cold.

Receive hot and freshly prepared products. We will definitely recommend this branch 🙂

My wife and I visited this McDonald's for the first time 2 weeks ago as we recently moved here. Since then we have been there 5 more times and each time we have been absolutely happy. Super fast service, lovely fresh food and the staff are so friendly! And that despite the fact that it was obviously always good to do something. The employees hardly noticed the stress. You really don't see this in every McDonald's restaurant. So a big compliment and thank you from us, this McDonald's has definitely gained 2 regular guests!!

Worst service ever. You have to wait forever for your food. Then the order is not complete and you have to run after the staff to get your missing food. The staff constantly looks listless and works very, very slowly. We have been to this McDonald's several times and always had this bad service. Catastrophic!!!

Was here with my wife 5 minutes ago and I have rarely, if not never, experienced such a clean and friendly McDonald's. Big praise to the service employee who brings the food to the tables (colored, around 18 years old, Tingeltangelbob hairstyle). Very on point, very committed, everything was spot on. I, and neither my wife, have ever been asked at McDonald's if everything was OK... Also big compliments to the manager (?) who did that on her rounds through the restaurant. Food was also very fresh and hot, great. All in all, this fast food restaurant is now one of my personal top stops when it comes to burgers. Thanks

Was there yesterday afternoon. Ordered, received our food after less than 3 minutes. The shop is beautifully clean and the food is freshly prepared, just the way you want it to be, great!

I can't understand all the negative news about long waiting times. For me today, for example, it worked really quickly. I didn't wait 2 minutes and my food was hot and everything was in there.

I honestly can't understand all the positive reviews here. I come here often and waiting times for food are beyond good and bad. Just waited 18 minutes for the food after paying via the app and without a large number of customers in the store. Incidentally, this waiting time is not uncommon.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's branch and I must say the service was simply outstanding! The store manager really did a great job ensuring every customer was served in a friendly and efficient manner. The team was very attentive and took care of all concerns. Orders were prepared quickly and correctly, and the cleanliness of the store was impressive. It's obvious that the store manager cares deeply about customer satisfaction and motivates his team to always do their best. I can only recommend this branch and will definitely come back. Too long waiting times in the drive

I think it's really great here. Not only is the service really good here, I also really like the restaurant. Plus points for the motorcycle parking spaces in front of the door. Top keep it up

Waited 45 minutes for food in McDrive. Then a common McDonald's mistake: the wrong sauce. So back again. Brought sauce. After that, another sauce was missing! The food was accordingly ice cold.

Apart from the now completely exorbitant prices and the fact that only three vouchers can be redeemed, which is stupid for families with children, you don't get what you order. HappyMeal was missing the book and pays for the reusable cup at McFlurry and gets cardboard mega performance.

Okay, ich war nach 5 Monaten mal wieder bei Mc Donalds in Posthausen. Und, was soll ich sagen, es hat sich nichts geändert. Kein hallo oder moin, dass essen wird künstlich lächelnd überreicht. Wahnsinn, ich habe noch nie so ein schlechten Mc Donalds erlebt.

If you want the app to be used then you should also support the customers if the cash register system does not accept codes from the app! After frustrating what felt like 100 tries and stupid comments from the employees, I ordered something else! Customer-friendly is different!!!!

Mc Drive: Food was only lukewarm and not a single napkin was included with the food. That didn't work at all.

The citizens are simply not grilled to save time. I'm assuming. I think it's terrible, the individual citizen isn't exactly cheap and then you have to put up with such nonsense. I'm very disappointed 😞

I recently went to McDonald’s and was completely satisfied! The restaurant was clean, modernly furnished and the staff was very friendly. Ordering was quick and uncomplicated - hardly any waiting time, even though it was quite busy.

It was pretty cold in the Restaurant. Didn't receive any game pieces with my menu.

Too expensive, 25 minutes waiting time in the drive way too much. I don't know why I buy here either. Probably because my son is forcing me.

So actually we should give 0 stars. It's an absolute disgrace what's going on there. Not only did you have to wait 35 minutes for 4 chicken and 2 cheeseburgers, but the burgers were also cold. Something so disorganized has never happened to us and we travel a lot.

Never waited so long for my food! 20 minutes! Friday evening 8:30 p.m. Food a bit cold. 20 people were waiting for their takeaway food! A family even 50 minutes! The board didn't work and the boys called out the numbers so quietly. The floor was also so dirty and there was garbage and food lying around. The boys preferred to traipse over it. Never had such a bad experience at McDonalds! Never again! I almost wanted to complain because I wanted to go home at some point after work.

Standard MacDonald's. Was pretty empty today. Unfortunately there were savings on the BBQ sauce for the McRib...but I was too hungry to complain on site🤷

The coffee I ordered was handed to me through the window in Mc.Drive with the lid loose. Since there were other cars behind me, I immediately ran out with the coffee in my hand and everything spilled out, see picture...

Posthausen is probably by far the worst McDonald's in Lower Saxony! For years, the staff has seemed to be insufficiently trained and mostly overwhelmed! In the drive something is constantly forgotten or you get something wrong. Just ordered 5 items today and it didn't work out again. Instead of Big Rösti there was Big Tasty Bacon, instead of normal nuggets there were Spicy Nuggets……just underground and embarrassing! The worst thing about it is that it's always been like this...I've known this place for ages and it's always been very bad... I won't be going to Posthausen again for the time being... I've had enough of this incredibly underexposed staff.

Anything but "fast" food... I've never waited so long for my food. Price/performance therefore poor. For the prices and the service you can spend a few euros more to eat properly. That's probably why there are sockets, you can easily charge your cell phone in that time :-)😀

Average branch. Food was very good and prepared quickly, table service worked well. Unfortunately, the general cleanliness left a lot to be desired during our visit. The floor was sticky and many tables and benches were very dirty. It wasn't clear to us why, it was hardly full. Definitely recommended for a stopover while traveling on the A1.
