McDonald's in Ottersberg

So actually we should give 0 stars. It's an absolute disgrace what's going on there. Not only did you have to wait 35 minutes for 4 chicken and 2 cheeseburgers, but the burgers were also cold. Something so disorganized has never happened to us and we travel a lot.

One of the best McDonald's branches great service.

Never waited so long for my food! 20 minutes! Friday evening 8:30 p.m. Food a bit cold. 20 people were waiting for their takeaway food! A family even 50 minutes! The board didn't work and the boys called out the numbers so quietly. The floor was also so dirty and there was garbage and food lying around. The boys preferred to traipse over it. Never had such a bad experience at McDonalds! Never again! I almost wanted to complain because I wanted to go home at some point after work.

Standard MacDonald's. Was pretty empty today. Unfortunately there were savings on the BBQ sauce for the McRib...but I was too hungry to complain on site🤷

The coffee I ordered was handed to me through the window in Mc.Drive with the lid loose. Since there were other cars behind me, I immediately ran out with the coffee in my hand and everything spilled out, see picture...

Posthausen is probably by far the worst McDonald's in Lower Saxony! For years, the staff has seemed to be insufficiently trained and mostly overwhelmed! In the drive something is constantly forgotten or you get something wrong. Just ordered 5 items today and it didn't work out again. Instead of Big Rösti there was Big Tasty Bacon, instead of normal nuggets there were Spicy Nuggets……just underground and embarrassing! The worst thing about it is that it's always been like this...I've known this store for ages and it's always been very bad... I won't be going to Posthausen again for the time being... I've had enough of this incredibly underexposed staff.

Anything but "fast" food... I've never waited so long for my food. Price/performance therefore poor. For the prices and the service you can spend a few euros more to eat properly. That's probably why there are sockets, you can easily charge your cell phone in that time :-)😀

I think this is an above average McDonald's branch. The service is always friendly and quick, especially at lunchtime. The food often tastes fresher than I know from other branches. However, I have had less good experiences with the service here in the evenings. Overall, the staff seems significantly younger, which is unfortunately reflected in the quality of service and food.

Average branch. Food was very good and prepared quickly, table service worked well. Unfortunately, the general cleanliness left a lot to be desired during our visit. The floor was sticky and many tables and benches were very dirty. It wasn't clear to us why, it was hardly full. Definitely recommended for a stopover while traveling on the A1.

The food is usually warm and ready relatively quickly. Floor and overall actually clean. Ambience is not the best.

I haven't seen service as dull as it was there. Given the time, it could have been that the potatoes had to be harvested first and had to travel a distance of 300 km. Conclusion: Only go if you have nothing planned and like cold food.

I was traveling through Posthausen and badly hungry, somehow I found the McD Posthausen in Dodenhof.The staff was too helping and the food was too fresh and tasty

I don't know what everyone has, this is absolutely my favorite McDonald's. The food is brought to the table as expected. Also very nice workers. Because it is often overcrowded, they have everything under control. And the food is brought. ♥️♥️♥️

I've never seen a McDonald's run so poorly. 1 hour wait for 2 burgers, a drink and a fries. After an hour and repeated requests, the food arrived... I really don't know what the store manager is doing wrong - but he definitely doesn't have his store under control. First and last visit to the store. For a FAST FOOD restaurant, this was the biggest embarrassment. I would have gotten my food faster in any "normal" restaurant. The employees also seemed very annoyed and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I'm really not being petty, but that was the biggest joke of all time. Thanks for nothing :-)

Unfortunately that was nothing. Waited 25 minutes for the food. The burger wasn't warm. The staff completely overwhelmed and unfriendly. That's not how service works at all.

Manager was eating from the fries.. we waited 17 min. For 2 appfletsche, when we wanted to cancel she yelled at us, and didnt want to bother at all.. damn that was mad! This place is mad.

Quite disappointing, you arrive at “breakfast time” and order normally via the app only to be told in the drive that there are no breakfast products at all today…. And then you order something else and the food is completely cold! Extremely disappointed with McDonald's.

Since you have to order the food yourself and then pick up your order when you call, although there are also restaurants where you have your order brought to your table, the service there is, as usual, very low key! What can I say, the prices are rising and the burgers are somehow getting smaller and smaller! As with all other companies, it is not the turnover that counts, only the amount of turnover! Those were the days when people were still served personally. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of this impersonal system and because of the prices and the bill you pay for your menu (price/performance ratio), I'm increasingly thinking about not eating there anymore! You can now get better for your money!

There were two people in front of me. I got warm fries and nuggets. It's sad when it's not even remotely hot. I will never buy anything there again.

The shop was empty and you wait almost 20 minutes for a menu. Fries were cold and dripping in fat. The motivation of the employees also leaves a lot to be desired. Cashier yawns at a customer and is too incompetent to give correct change. Instead of making dinner, we discuss how long you can go out smoking. Once and never again 🙏🏽

We were there around 7:30 a.m. The items we ordered (wraps) were freshly prepared, so it took a moment, but I think that was still within reason. We enjoyed the food and the coffee very much.

Actually, this McDonald's branch used to be really good. There were motivated staff and the food was well prepared. Unfortunately things are different now. The fries were limp and looked old, the wrap was roughly thrown together, a burger only had a blob of sauce and the cola was missing carbon dioxide. The employees seemed overwhelmed and demotivated. Although it is constantly being cleaned, it is done by a young man who left a trail of sweat behind him. It was also very warm, the air conditioning was apparently turned off, not very customer-friendly when the outside temperature was 30°C. We won't be coming back for a while.

But since there isn't much going on in the store, the manager - I think by the clothes that the lady is in charge - shows her employees how to write positive fake reviews for the branch. Of course, at 3.5 🌟 out of 5 you should act, but please not by writing positive fake reviews yourself.

Totally unfriendly staff. Forms of politeness are probably out of fashion. If you don't understand something straight away because people are mumbling or the employees who take the order don't speak and understand German properly, you will be insulted. Bad day or stress back and forth, that's not possible.

You really have to say this branch is shabby.

Really every time the order is not complete. Sure it can happen sometimes, but every time? If you know the problem, you can train the employees. The point here is that we are all just human... true, but they can also learn and improve. Cleanliness is unfortunately not ok either, tables are not clean, unfortunately not recommended. If possible, give this branch a wide berth!

Ordered burger without onions for reasons. Burger with onions in a daze. It can happen sometimes. I wanted to make a complaint, but I was told that wasn't possible because there are always leftover onions on the grill. This isn't the case in any other McDonald's, but...

Super bad. Curly Fries 2x pack only half full. Waited forever in the Drive Inn...I've never waited that long in the Drive Inn in my life 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ In front of us, a lady who was sent to the waiting area got out of her car and knocked on the counter window and asked how long it would take...she's been waiting for half an hour 🤷🏻‍♀️ They simply forgot about it.

This McDonald's in Posthausen doesn't even deserve one star. First: You wait forever for your order. Secondly: It is brought too late and cold by a very over-motivated employee. Thirdly: Even if the waiting time is far too long, something is still missing. If you then ask the employee about it, you hardly get a reaction. Fourth: When you go to the counter to get your missing food because they apparently forgot to deliver it, you get it (even the wrong one!!) simply slammed onto the counter without comment! Conclusion: Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! With probably the worst employees there is! NEVER AGAIN AND STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!

I ordered a small and a medium coffee in the drive-thru this afternoon (on the drive through). It is generally understood to be black, i.e. without milk. When I asked if I wanted milk or sugar with it, my answer was clear: "No, black." Unfortunately, I didn't check this immediately. It wasn't until I was on the highway that I realized both were lattes. :-( May sound like Mimimi, but I have 1. didn't get what I ordered. 2. How important someone has to be about the job/customer. The toilets were incredibly dirty!! For women and men. Rarely seen anything like this... You lose your appetite after eating! According to the protocol, it was “cleaned” 10 minutes before we got there. The food was good and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

As we often do, we were back at your place after work and we are warmly welcomed every time, the food comes quickly and it is super tasty, but above all we really care about the staff. Claudia is one of the warmest and most wonderful women we have ever met, does a great job, is totally open and friendly and even though we would never doubt that we would visit you again anyway, the appropriate words here would be “we would be happy to come back “ Mc's dodenhof honestly preserves our best conversations, once we were lucky enough to be there when the new milkshake recipe was being tested and the boss made us very happy to try it with a small gesture.

As usual at McDonalds, the food is relatively normal and sometimes mixed with hot and cold. Every now and then the staff is overwhelmed and you have to check your order to make sure everything is there. Otherwise the staff is polite, but the toilets could be better maintained. It's definitely enough for a short trip from Dodenhof to McDonalds. Especially since both of them are less than 5 minutes apart.

We occasionally visit McDonald's in Posthausen, near Dodenhof, on Sundays on the way back from Bremen. The restaurant is often not that full. The service is good and the employees are very friendly.

I greet everyone who likes to eat here. Unfortunately you have to wait half an hour for your food and of course the others get something first. Even though you were there first. I have often experienced that the employees simply do not say please. In my opinion not suitable for this job. Sometimes you can see a woman (employee) outside arguing with the trash can.

We went there today to quickly grab something. The employee didn't say hello, even though we proactively greeted her and when I said goodbye to her I wished her a happy Easter, nothing came back. Really a recommended McDonald's! The employees were very nice and even immediately offered to exchange the toy from the HappyMeal if it didn't fit. Order for 3 people came to the table very quickly and completely. The children's play area is a little to the side and therefore quieter for the rest of the restaurant visitors. A thoroughly positive experience!

I drove through the mcdrive with my wife and we weren't greeted at the pillar, but we could live with that. But now comes the kicker when we wanted to pick up our order, first it took 20 minutes until we got the order, then when the order came our Coke was given without a holder when we asked for a holder they also gave us one but very impolite. When we asked him if he could put them in there for us, he just said no and the Coke caps came off and all the Coke spilled into the car. When we arrived home and were already in a bad mood, we at least wanted to eat. Where was the food taken from the trash or rather from the floor? The fries were cold and disgusting, the burgers looked like they had been played football with.

Unlike many branches, this McDonald's is very clean. You can already see this in the parking lot. The interior is also very clean and the employees are very friendly. You will be served quickly, but of course there will be waiting times if there is a lot going on. But there is still service here, like in the 90s. The employees are still keen to work here.

Almost all of the free tables were dirty and we had to clean them with disinfectant and napkins. The salad had brown spots, one menu was served quickly without saying a word, the second menu was on the counter for at least 2 minutes, was not served and then when an employee went to serve it, she ran through the entire restaurant with it and served without a word.

Age ordered 2 things and waited over half an hour. But standing in a pile with 3 people and doing nothing. Mega!
