The service was friendly and attentive, the shisha tasted really good, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The fruit plate was also really tasty – overall a really good evening. I'll definitely be back!

The restaurant doesn't look particularly nice from the outside. The family that hosts their guests here is really very friendly. The food arrived after 15/20 minutes and we can't complain about the lack of service. Everything was freshly cooked and the mango shakes were also freshly prepared. Very tasty 😋

Pizza to pick up or have delivered. With that special something, I don't know whether it's the dough or the seasoning after the pizza is baked or the friendly owner, I've been coming for years and will stay as long as Firenze exists. Everything is becoming more expensive, including pizza from your favorite supplier. If you want to do something about it in the long term, call and order there directly, the ordering apps cost the customer a lot of money but the operator costs a lot of money... so call, order, pick up or have it delivered and provide support for the small local pizza shops, the classic way and without an app is always the best!

It took a little long, about an hour, for the food to arrive (Valentine's Day). The steak was very tasty. Service was also very friendly. Clear recommendation.

Man wird von einer tollen Atmosphäre in einem altertümlichen Gebäude begrüßt. Das allein ist schon sehr mitnehmend von mir empfunden worden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und geduldig mit uns und Humor hatte die Dame auch, trotz der aktuellen Belastungen durch das Maifest. Die bestellten Getränke wurden zügig an den Tisch gebracht und die Essensbestellung alsbald aufgenommen. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, aber völlig ausreichend, denke ich. Wir alle haben etwas gefunden, dass wir uns schmecken lassen wollten. Das Essen lag etwas lieblos angerichtet auf den Tellern, das mag dem Andrang geschuldet sein. Die Gerichte schmeckten, bis auf eines recht gut. Das Fleisch bei der Ofenkartoffel war teilweise zäh und auch nicht wirklich schmackhaft. Das Gericht empfehlen wir dann schon mal nicht. Insgesamt sage ich, hier kann man ruhig mal zum Essen hingehen.

The two of us came over for dinner on a whim and were more than thrilled. The selection of vegetarian dishes was large and we were more than satisfied with the food. Taste wise a 10/10! The service was warm and the prices were very reasonable. If I'm in Osnabrück again, I'll definitely come by again

The one star is only because I can't write anything else, we're just passing through, the recommendation came from Google Maps, unfortunately the restaurant is closed, then at least update your page.

One point deducted for the fact that starters on the menu were not available at all. And another (subjective) point deduction for the choice of drinks. It didn't suit my taste. The fact that the waitress was constantly on her cell phone and loudly watching her videos completely ruined the ambience. It was too hot inside and you had to deal with the waitress's loud cell phone outside. Tables and chairs were put together while we ate during opening hours. A no-go! Service couldn't be worse! The only thing that saves the last two stars is the halfway edible food. The icing on the cake was that there was neither an invoice nor card payment possible. No recommendation! Never again!
