I can't say the food was bad. However, there is still a lot going on here. The salad that is supposedly served with the meal simply wasn't there. I know that a special plate is prepared for this. Instead, a mini portion that fits 2 tablespoons was on the plate next to the actual dish. I ordered a large drink - according to the menu 0.4L. However, only a 0.3L glass was brought - this is commonly called cheating! Overall, clearly too expensive for what is offered. And perhaps the trade inspectorate is still interested in beverage fraud. The waitress didn't seem to be an expert and definitely had no gastronomy training and was very distracted.

Full marks for the friendly people in this bistro. The service, the selection, the quality of the food - a must have in Northeim and fully recommended.

Was there for the first time. Food and drink including staff impeccable. Light in the locally a bit dark.

I'm surprised at this nonsense assessment. You walk past the Hotel Restaurant Schere in Northeim, don't even enter it and are then asked to leave a review. That's total nonsense!!

Ordered kebab on fries to take away. The young (new?) staff was fooling around and so they forgot my fries. I didn't see when the fries were brought out. They were very dark. And the meat was lukewarm, even though I didn't have it far home. I'll have a pizza again next time, it's definitely hot.

After being there again for several years, the ambience reminded me of the 80s once again. Food was good average, drinks came quickly, Cola and Sprite 0.4 were overpriced at €4.80. Service friendly and nice.

OK for a quick burger, but not really inviting to linger. Staff are friendly, in some cases.
