Highly recommended. Fresh cuisine that you can taste. Preparation was quick and the plates were well filled. Service was friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back.

Am 1. Oktober waren wir abends im Restaurant Marathon in Neubrandenburg. Was zunächst gut begann endete leider negativ und unerfreulich. Bereits um 20:30 Uhr wurden wir unmissverständlich angesprochen die Rechnung zu bezahlen, da wir angeblich die letzten Gäste seien. Ein weiterer Tisch war da allerdings noch besetzt. Nach einem letzten Wunsch wurde nicht gefragt. Da die georderte Flache Wein noch halbvoll war fragten wir, ob es noch möglich sei wenigstens in Ruhe auszutrinken, was uns zugestanden wurde. Allerdings wurden wir nur 10 Minuten später, also um 20:40 Uhr äußerst unhöflich zum Verlassen des Restaurants aufgefordert. Die Öffnungszeiten, die im Netz stehen geben eine Schlusszeit 22 Uhr an, auch an der Eingangstür steht diese Zeit. Angeblich soll da aber ein Hinweis auf verkürzte Öffnung angebracht sein, den wir im Dunklen nicht wahrnehmen konnten. Griechische Gastfreundschaft und Höflichkeit haben wir so noch nie erlebt- und der gestrigen Vorgang erinnert sehr an die Zeiten vor 1990. Ein Tipp an alle, die trotzdem dieses Restaurant besuchen wollen und eine Flasche Wein bestellen: Vorher unbedingt fragen, bis wann diese ausgetrunken sein muss!

This café is centrally located at Friedländer Tor. So one of the 4 city gates around the historic center of Neubrandenburg city center. It is very comfortably furnished inside. The café also has a beer garden with comfortable seating. I ate a cheese curd cake and drank coffee with it. I enjoyed both very much. I will be happy to come back.

Food tastes good. I've been ordering for a while now. which doesn't work and that's why 1 star is deducted because you're supposed to be open until midnight but if you want to order at 11:15 p.m. or 11:30 p.m. the page says it's closed. What is that? Do they work the way they want? sad

Never again… were here for the first time today and were super disappointed. You can't call the service that because there was none. All food came to the table one at a time with a 20 minute gap between each meal. Some of these were cold and not freshly prepared. The glasses were dirty and the service was the worst I know from 10 years of my own restaurant experience... there was no apology, no accommodation, nor any understanding that today was a bad day. That's why never again...

We were there for lunch on October 31st with our children and grandchildren. We were given a warm welcome and great service. The food was excellent, cooked with love and plenty of it. Many thanks also to the kitchen. See you next time

Pork medallions with green pepper sauce were very tasty, as was the tagliatelle with black truffle in cream sauce. Quite a quiet atmosphere, food was pretty quick at the table, prices were normal

Very nice staff and top selection of food and drinks. On sunny days it's wonderful to sit outside. The ice cream specialties are very tasty and lovingly prepared. Parking spaces are right in front of the door. Gladly again

Overpriced, poor quality, unfriendly and polluter! At least there is food in a porcelain plate, but drinks in disposable cups. Unfortunately the food didn't taste good either.

Very busy restaurant, great menu, although not that cheap, but very tasty food, great service. We'll be back.
