Mudder Schulten Stuben in Neubrandenburg

We were there for lunch on October 31st with our children and grandchildren. We were given a warm welcome and great service. The food was excellent, cooked with love and plenty of it. Many thanks also to the kitchen. See you next time

We were rejected very unfriendly, had a lot of stress at lunchtime, needed a break, had to prepare for the evening even though it was opening time. This way doesn't work at all

Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated extremely in the last few weeks and months and friendliness is no longer a priority. The food is still good. But you no longer feel welcome and more like a burden. Unfortunately, constructive criticism is only responded to with but but, unfortunately there is no insight. Very, very unfortunate.

The opening times are wrong, it's open but you don't get anything because the employees have a 1 hour break...

Was there with my wife. Very nice staff. My wife had roast venison and I had a steak with seasoned meat. Simply delicious and very cheap for the good food. Absolute recommendation!

Unfortunately not recommended, unfriendly reception, at 7:30 p.m. they said everything was reserved. Restaurant half empty. If you want to call it a day, I understand that. But it's simply not appropriate to dump yourself like that. They should work on their friendliness a bit. 😊

Thank you for the pleasant stay on Saturday, August 30, 24 I had booked 4 places in advance because it was the day of school enrollment. We were warmly welcomed by the waitress and shown to the table. The service was very nice, according to Mudder-Schulten, very nicely dressed. Shortly afterwards we received the menu. Everything was and is thought of. Vegetarian, fish, meat and so on. We were able to order our drinks quickly. Then our lunch. Everything was very well prepared, sufficient and tasty. My guests were more than satisfied. I would like to thank you again for the service. I can only recommend the restaurant. The price-performance ratio is okay. It certainly wasn't the last time we were there in the restaurant. Thank you H. Henning

We were the only customers on Saturday afternoon and despite the time we got something to eat. Our waitress, Steffi, was very nice and charming. We felt very comfortable and the food was really good! Everything you would want in a home-style restaurant! We were super satisfied and really full afterwards! The facility is a bit old, but clean and tidy. But we sat on the spacious terrace just behind the historic city wall. We'll definitely be back!

The food was OK but could have been seasoned a little better. The pepper sauce was quite thin and didn't really taste like pepper. The portions were rather small and not large as one would have expected. Personally, I think the prices are a bit too high for what you get. Still, it tasted good.

We were in this restaurant for the first time today, the atmosphere seemed rustic and inviting. The service was very friendly and tried hard, but now to the most important point: the food. The food was served cold, the portions were too small in our opinion, especially the amount of meat and the taste was really poor, the sauces were watery and had little taste, sticking The boiled potatoes (which were lightly salted) were not possible. Two of us would be served much later than groups of guests who arrived after us. The tables outside in the shade were supposedly reserved, even after we asked, but remained empty until after we paid. One of the two waitresses tried hard, but unfortunately couldn't make up for the completely emotionless and brisk treatment of her colleague. The food was just okay, even for Neubrandenburg standards, but unfortunately nothing more. In conclusion: poor treatment, long waits and only mediocre food. No recommendation!!!

We were there with 7 adults and a child (8 years old). Very friendly service. Since the weather was changeable, a reservation was made for us in the restaurant (we had to use it and moved from the beer garden to the inside). Ambiance, everything neat, but somehow already older... Food came quickly, really hot and in sufficient portions. We have nothing to complain about, there is a clear recommendation and we will appear again!

We will come back in any case. The restaurant has disabled-accessible toilets and is beautifully decorated. It's definitely worth a visit.

Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant in Neubrandenburg im Rahmen eines Konzertbesuchs in der Konzertkirche sind wir auf "Mudder Schulten" gestoßen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir konnten draußen sitzen in dem gemütlichen Restaurantgarten und haben ein sehr gutes Abendessen bekommen. Die Bedienung: sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, keine langen Wartezeiten und wie gesagt sehr schmackhafte Gerichte. Ein Blick in die Gaststätte hinein verriet, auch hier eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können dieses Restaurant, das auch schön zentral gelegen ist, nur bestens weiterempfehlen.

The three of us had dinner at Mudder Schulten and were initially greeted in a friendly manner and escorted to a very cramped table for three. However, the chairs were positioned so awkwardly that one's leg was constantly hitting the table leg. When the neighboring table became free (table of 4), I asked the waitress if we could please move, and she replied in the affirmative. When we sat at the other table, the waitresses were talking a bit loudly to each other, but it was really stupid that we had changed our ways. For food we ordered the fattened ox steak twice, which tasted very good, and the coachman's plate once. The coachman's plate consists of 3 different types of meat and we noticed that the beef, which was tried at the end, had an unpleasant smell and a "rotten", bad taste. The piece of meat was then left on the plate and then noted by the waitress. After checking in the kitchen, they quickly apologized, the price of the dish was halved and there were two “shots” on the house. We tried to manage this well, but when we noticed that the table next door had also sent some food back to the kitchen, we asked ourselves whether something unfortunately went wrong for you yesterday?! Sorry, but the quality of the food should be good, we're not talking about €15 per dish. Unfortunately we won't be coming back

Today the Mudder-Schulten-Stuben restaurant has been on our list for quite some time and we finally visited it. The dining room is charmingly designed and invites you to linger, and the waitress was extremely friendly. We arrived quite late, around 2pm. Our order included a Hamburger Schnitzel with salad, fried egg, cauliflower and fried potatoes. The food didn't take long to arrive either, about 10-15 minutes. I have to say it was really delicious! The salad was fresh, the cauliflower was perfectly cooked, the schnitzel was tender and juicy, and the fried potatoes were wonderfully seasoned. The fried potatoes were served separately in a bowl as the plate was already well filled with the rest. The portion size was more than adequate for the price of 20 euros. I would definitely go there again.

sind seit sehr07.02.2024 in der Brandenburg umgebung( kommen aus dem Münsterland)....waren beim Chinesen....beim Italiener ....und diversen anderen Lokalitaeten....alles unterer Durchschnitt....durch Zufall trieb uns der Hunger ins Restaurant----Mudder-Schulten-Stuben-----Sehr zu Empfehlen war mein Kleiner Rippenbraten!!!!!! Mein Mann hatte ein Zigeunersteak!!!!! Beides hervorragend... Vielen Dank dem Personal die mich und meinem Mann in einer Prikaeren Situation geholfen haben..... Möchte mich auch bei einer Dame( die uns Hilfreich zur Seite stand) von Herzen Danken....Sie selbst war auch zu Gast....Hatte leider nicht nach Ihrem Namen gefragt.....

Das Ambiente hat "nur" 4 Sterne, weil in der Räumlichkeit, in der wir zu Abend gegessen haben, ein Geburtstagsessen stattfand und der Lärmpegel entsprechend hoch war. Ansonsten alles wieder bestens

Nachdem ich vor knapp 20 Jahren sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Essen machen musste, war dieses Restaurant für mich Tabu... nun habe ich es versucht.... was soll ich sagen, das Essen war sehr gut, der Service war sehr gut. MUDDER SCHULTEN STUW ist eine Empfehlung.

Echtes Essen mit regionalen Touch. Man sitzt gemütlich. Die Gaststätte befindet sich in einer "Platte" was eine ganz eigene Atmosphäre schafft. Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 6 Personen mit 6 verschiedenen Gerichten und Vorspeisen sehr satt und äußerst zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr flink und freundlich.

Sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis super. Service ganz toll. Wenig Wartezeit. Nur zu empfehlen. Kompliment an den Koch und Service.

Sehr schönes uriges, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommenes Restaurant direkt an der historischen Stadtmauer von Neubrandenburg. Das Essen ist wirklich mega lecker und auch reichlich und die netten Kellnerinnen machen einen super Job. Wir kommen immer wieder gern vorbei.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male mit Freunden hier Essen. Beim Essen wurden wir nie enttäuscht. Erst kam Niemand um die Bestellung aufzunehmen für 30 Minuten, dann wurde eine Bestellung vergessen und die Abrechnung war bei einigen durcheinander. Aber das wir vor Ende der Öffnungszeiten gedrängt werden uns zu beeilen, während das Personal schon umgezogen abräumt, und am Tresen trampelt, war neu. Und die Aussage, "Einige sind an den Bus angewiesen", ist glaube ich in Neubrandenburg eher unfreundlich als zielführend zum Thema Gastfreundlichkeit.

Gemütlich, uriges Restaurant. Auch ohne Reservierung bekommt man für 2 Personen einen Platz. Am Abend und Wochenende reserviert man trotzdem besser vorher. Wir kommen sicher öfter.

Wir waren am 29.10.2023 (Ute Freudenberg Konzert) von Hamburg nach Neubrandenburg gefahren. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Veranstaltungshalle gab es kein Lokal. Freundliche Passanten gaben uns einen Tipp und der war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Lokal war ausgebucht und trotz alledem fand das hilfsbereite und höfliche Personal einen Tisch führte uns. 👍👌👍Super gemacht...... Teller waren sehr schön angerichtet. Die Speisen fanden wir persönlich lecker und haben sehr gut geschmeckt 😋. Preise sind fair und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig ok. Guter Service und nette, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Wir waren gerne hier und noch einmal vielen Dank ❤️🍀❤️.

Wir waren im September auf Besuch in Neubrandenburg. Die Stadt hat mit seinem Toren Wiedererkennungswert - mit der Mudder Schulten Stuben ein Aushängeschild! Sehr leckereres Essen, ein wunderbar unaufdringlicher und aufmerksamer Service rundeten den schönen Abend in einer sehenswerten Stadt ab. Essen und Ambiente an der Stadtmauer sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder!!

Hier werden tolle wohlschmeckende Gerichte angeboten. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist eine vorherige Reservierung.

Den Koch möchte man am liebsten adoptieren und mit nach Hause nehmen. Hier habe ich Kloppschinken lieben gelernt! Wenn wir in der Gegend sind, gehört ein Abstecher zu Mudder Schulten dazu! Dazu Lübzer vom Fass und zum Abrunden noch ein Tollensekräuter. Für einen spontanen Besuch am besten abseits der Stoßzeiten gehen. So ein Kloppschinken schmeckt am Nachmittag genau so hervorragend!

Das Essen war hervorragend 😋 sauber und frisch zubereitet.. Die Bedienung war freundlich und auf Zack. Zu empfehlen.

Wir haben hier zu Abend gegessen. Man sitzt sehr gut und vor allem gemütlich, denn die Stadtmauer mit den eingebauten Häusern ist wunderschön anzusehen. Wir hatten Steinbeißer und Aal, es hat beides sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch das wir einen Hund dabei hatten war kein Problem- alles in allem: Daumen hoch

Gut bürgerliche Küche, serviert vom sehr netten Personal. Portionen mögen für den einen oder anderen klein wirken für uns waren sie jedoch genau richtig. Weniger ist eben manchmal mehr. Empfehlenswert ist auch das Bier ( Grimbergen), denn das gibts leider selten.

Wie bei Muddern. Deftige Gerichte, gute Portionsgrösse- sehr gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis. Die Bedienungen sind sowas von fix und wirklich aufmerksam, super freundlich. Obwohl ich in der Gegend nun schon wirklich lange lebe,war ich das erste Mal hier, aber definitiv nicht das letzte Mal. Es schmeckt einfach fantastisch

Wir hatten uns auf leckeres Essen gefreut, vor allem auf die Bratkartoffeln. Deshalb bestellte ich ein Bauernfrühstück. Leider waren die Bratkartoffeln derart fettig und verbrannt, dass ich nur wenige essen konnte . Speck und Zwiebeln schwarz Das Omlett war sehr salzig und mit einem undefinierbaren grünen Gemüse durchsetzt. Nach einem Hinterfragen wurde mir gesagt, dass es Petersilie ist. In der Karte stand aber nichts von einem Petersilienomlett.
