The boss and the waiters are very very very friendly and nice. The food is delicious too!!

We decided on pizza for lunch and came across Ciao Bella. The service is courteous and attentive and the pizza was simply a dream. We'd love to come back.

My sister and I recently visited the Ciao Bella restaurant in the Marktplatz-Center Neubrandenburg and were absolutely thrilled. They really do have the tastiest pizzas in the world - the dough is crispy, the toppings are fresh and rich. We have rarely eaten such authentic Italian pizza outside of Italy. The service was also excellent. The innkeeper is a very nice person and welcomed us with a warmth that you rarely experience anymore. We immediately felt welcome and at home. This is exactly how I imagine a perfect visit to a restaurant! We'll definitely be back soon. Kind regards from the two sisters

Super fresh, delicious Italian dishes, pasta & crispy pizza like from Italy, baked wafer-thin and still huge, well topped as well. Despite the crowds, the atmosphere is an oasis of enjoyment and the service is very accommodating and incredibly polite :) Whenever I'm in Neubrandenburg, I eat there 🥰

The only Italian in Neubrandenburg with great value for money and personal excellence:) :) :) Our first port of call for us as a family!!! Keep it up...

I chose a pizza with homemade pesto. It was an absolute taste experience. The base of the pizza was mega, only in Italy have I ever eaten such delicious pizza dough. Everything very fresh. Mehmet and his team are very, very friendly and accommodating. Keep it up!

We were very surprised at the very good quality of the food at a bargain price. Some vegan dishes are on the menu. I can only recommend the anti-pasti plate. And great service on top of it!

Actually always very tasty. Today we ordered for pickup via orderdirect. Salami pizza for only €7.90. When we picked it up we were told that we wouldn't get any pizza because they hadn't accepted orders via this portal for ages. We would like to pre-order via Lieferando, where a salami pizza costs a whopping €14.90 (but only €12.90 on site). Then this old program should be deleted before more people order through it. When this was brought up they said they didn't care as the orders weren't getting to them anyway. This is definitely not good customer service.

It tastes so good, just juicy. It's really the best ciao Bella I've ever eaten.

We received very friendly service and advice, small talk was also included 😂✨️ The noodles were really tasty, filled you up and you could tell that it was freshly prepared. (Everything is freshly prepared there, both the pasta and the vegetables/side dishes were excellent) Compared to the other restaurants (McDonalds, DunkinDonuts etc.) it's affordable and it's worth it! English arts, for the visiting accompaniment, were also available and people treated each other pleasantly 💗 The restaurant and especially the noodle box can only be recommended! (We are already looking forward to our next visit 😇)

We ordered Bolognese and got tomato sauce. The pasta was still very al dente and we waited over 20 minutes for our pasta to go.

Sehr gutes Essen, vor allem der Burger der neu im Angebot ist, ist sehr gut. Die Gnochie mit Spinat und Gorgonzola sind super zumal eine leichte Schärfe mit drin ist aber nicht dominiert.

Pizza war sehr gut gemacht schmeckte hervorragend schnell und frisch zubereitet.gerne wieder TOP

Essen war ok würde ich aber nicht weiter empfehlen die Tomaten waren kalt (außer Kühlschrank) nicht genießbar die Preise sind naja ok vom trinken ganzen abgesehen 0.5 Flasche 2,90€ ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen..!
