Amazing pizzeria! The food was incredibly delicious, the service was super friendly and respectful. And the best part: I even got two cookies! That alone deserves five stars – everything else was simply top-notch! 🍕🍪

We were stopped on our way to Gesche's bakery and asked if we were hungry. Our initial "yes" was complete surrender. We were then warmly welcomed at Ciao Bella and ate there. Spaghetti Bolognese with two helpings of Parmesan cheese, and a pizza split in two – green pesto with chicken strips and arugula was simply perfect. As a thank you for staying, they offered us a complimentary espresso. We will definitely be back, because it was charming and delicious.

An Italian feel in the heart of Neubrandenburg's city center. I ate at Ciao Bella for the second time today, and I'm once again very satisfied. The friendly and hospitable service is particularly noteworthy. The owner takes his time with his guests and simply provides them with a wonderful culinary experience. The food was prepared very quickly, the ingredients were very fresh, and everything tasted perfectly together. Thank you for bringing a piece of Italy to Neubrandenburg. I look forward to my next visit. 🤩

In October 2025, we enjoyed a delicious meal. Everything was fresh and extremely tasty. The food was served piping hot. The service was excellent, and the waitresses very friendly. The book "From Antalya to Mecklenburg," based on true events, by the restaurant's owner, Mr. Mehmet Rasit Canbulat, touched our hearts. Mr. Canbulat can be very proud of himself. We will be happy to eat there again and again.

The food, especially the pizza, was and still is delicious. What I particularly like is that you can also top the pizza half and half, thus enjoying two pizzas in one. The staff is delightful and always up for a pleasant chat.

We were in NB yesterday and wanted something quick to eat. Mehmet practically captivated us and we were extremely satisfied. The antipasti and bruschetta were superb. The friendliness was comforting. We also ended up picking up the book by the chef, who is also an author. I think we'll keep laughing and stop by again the next time we visit NB.
