Very friendly service and the food is simply 10 out of 10 👍🏻 I will definitely eat there more often when I am in Neubrandenburg.

A lot of chatter and nothing behind it. First, they talk at you about how great the food is, and then when you sit down, they just don't take care of you. The kids' and pasta dishes aren't tasty, especially since the portions are far too small for the high prices. In conclusion, you're unfortunately too easily fooled by false friendliness here.

Hello everyone, My wife and I have now eaten at Ciao Bella in Neubrandenburg for the second time. So far, we've enjoyed the appetizer platter with bruschetta. Everything was fresh, and there was plenty on the plate. The manager was really nice and served us well, as did the other colleagues. Next time we visit, we'll try the pizza/pasta. Unfortunately, not every week, as we're traveling from Berlin. But Neubrandenburg is worth every visit. See you soon, bye. M + HJ

The pizza is truly unique. I haven't had such good pizza in a long time. The owner is very accommodating and friendly, and entertains guests with his great sense of humor. Always worth a visit!

My sister and I recently visited the Ciao Bella restaurant in the Marktplatz-Center Neubrandenburg and were absolutely thrilled. They really do have the tastiest pizzas in the world - the dough is crispy, the toppings are fresh and rich. We have rarely eaten such authentic Italian pizza outside of Italy. The service was also excellent. The innkeeper is a very nice person and welcomed us with a warmth that you rarely experience anymore. We immediately felt welcome and at home. This is exactly how I imagine a perfect visit to a restaurant! We'll definitely be back soon. Kind regards from the two sisters
