Small but nice !!! Quaint little restaurant, with delicious fish dishes, at fair prices. Service and kitchen top. Definitely recommended. But reserve beforehand!

I will first rate the facilities and then the service. About the equipment: Positive: Location, breakfast was good, sauna area clean and tidy, upon arrival a small coloring book with crayons for the little guests as well as information about things to do in the area with children, rooms were clean, comfortable beds Negative: the rooms are functionally designed but very careless overall, the living room area with kitchen is dark, some of the lamps are broken or have light bulbs that are far too dark, a terrible couch that is neither suitable for sitting nor sleeping, extras such as fish or coffee specialties Breakfast only on request, room service half-hearted (no new dishwashing tabs, no fresh tea towel), hotel complex unsuitable for small children, for example a small play area while eating would have been nice, on some days chart music at breakfast or no music at all and you could do that Hearing smacking from the people sitting next to you - subtle background music would have been pleasant, employees or their acquaintances smoking in front of the hotel next to the breakfast room, it would have been more discreet behind the house Service: We travel a lot, but something like this has never happened to me: When I checked out, I was told that I still had to pay an amount of XY. So far ok with underground parking, tourist tax and bathrobes. However, the final total did not match the calculation on the invoice. When I asked, neither of the two women at reception could or wanted to give me an explanation for the difference. One of the two was the boss herself, but she only identified herself as the boss in the course of the conversation and only when asked. I spent half an hour asking for clarification and was told off that I had to do it myself via Expedia and that unfortunately the hotel couldn't do anything. However, my stay had already been fully billed via Expedia and it was obvious that there was an error in the hotel bill. So without any clarification, I left the hotel and got into my car. The boss followed me, I was already sitting in the car with the window open, she pulled me by the sleeve and explained to me that unfortunately she couldn't do anything. 15 minutes later the boss called and said that there was probably an error in the processing because of the VAT. Hotel/Expedia was available and the amount XY should be transferred back to me. At home I calmly noticed that completely different account/credit card details were listed on the bill and not my details. Apparently there was a mix-up. I asked for an explanation via email. This came soon and supposedly these were virtual credit cards from Expedia and not the data of other customers (? This is not on customer invoices, but is internal to the hotel). Overall, there was no insight from the boss, mistakes can happen - it wouldn't have been a shame to admit it. But then inventing white lies and trying to make the customer look like a fool that everyone else is to blame except the hotel itself, I find it unprofessional and customer-unfriendly. Following and touching is also a no-go. An apology and an offer of compensation would have been correct! Never again

Small, rustic but very nice! The cuisine is unbeatable, the quality of the restaurants in the area is now generally pretty good, but in my opinion the buoy is in a class of its own. Plus point: card payments are now also possible. Unreserved recommendation!

We were there on motorbikes and wanted to eat/drink. The weather was so warm and we wanted to sit outside, which wasn't a problem at all (even though the patio had already been prepared for fall). Great service and super friendly staff. Food and coffee was also delicious, very large portions. We'll be back.

We were here for dinner and can highly recommend the restaurant. The service and food were first class. Large portions, lovingly prepared. First of all there was a delicious greeting from the kitchen. We would like to highlight the warm service!

The restaurant certainly can't complain about the lack of guests. However, this is the case with almost all restaurants in the holiday resorts on the coast. The highlight, however, are the prices, which are really far from good and bad. You order everything separately and end up paying 35 euros for the fried plaice with fried potatoes and a small side salad. You don't actually want to have the leading question answered as to whether it tasted good. Then stop here: There's no other way to say that the plaice was well cooked, but unfortunately it was on the wrong side of the skin, namely the white side up, and remained completely natural. The fried potatoes were cut from so-called cooked potatoes and were only moderately colored, let alone crispy - and all for 6.30 euros a portion. The rocket was the winner in my small mixed side salad, a little torn Lollo Rosso and a few cubes of yellow and red pepper were at the bottom of the bowl. At least the price is almost the same with the fried potatoes together, 6.50 euros. Since you probably can't expect taste for the price, there was at least a salt and pepper mill at the table. I don't know where this might end? But, as I said, it's not bad, there are still plenty of Göste.

Avoid the Fischhus. The entire process in the kitchen is chaotic. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food, which was cold. You eat and drink something and have to pay again when you go to the toilet. There are plenty of other options in the immediate vicinity to get something to eat. You won't see us here again.

Very nice restaurant for a campsite, we were there for dinner and had to wait 15 minutes for the staff to take our order [it wasn't busy yet] drinks came after about 10 minutes, our schnitzel with spiced meat went quickly, unfortunately that was it Schnitzel was unseasoned and beaten to death, the seasoned meat was overcooked and the fries would have needed at least 5 minutes, mayonnaise on the table was empty, Worcester sauce wasn't even served, sorry you can expect more for almost 23 euros

Ordered something to eat here last night via Lieferando. The food was delivered before the stated delivery time. The request was taken into account not to ring the bell and to call when the driver is there - thank you very much for that! The food wasn't a feast for the palate, but it was completely okay for the prices. So value for money was definitely there. Here too, all special requests were met (e.g. lots of onions, little cabbage). After reading the bad reviews we were really skeptical, but everything was really fine. We would order something to eat here again.

I would have preferred not to give a star. The recommendations on Google were great, so we took a walk here. Unfortunately, we only found a closed ice cream parlor called Inkognito. No sign of the Pizzeria Massimo. According to Google it should be open. We are very disappointed.
