We ate there twice and it was wonderful. Whether fish, meat or just a starter, the food was fresh and very tasty. The service was also very friendly. An absolute recommendation for Graal-Müritz holidaymakers!

Food was great, ice cream sundae selection limited, there are Italian ice cream shops… Would come back for dinner, prices compared the rest very humane.😀

I had zander again and it was delicious again. Unfortunately the prices are rising like everywhere else, but it was also a decent portion. A senior portion would have been enough for me.

There were four of us today and we bought some ice cream from this place and wanted to enjoy it on their terrace and order something to drink afterwards. Unfortunately, we were immediately asked by the staff to leave their terrace and eat the ice cream in front of the terrace on the street. Afterwards we are welcome to come back and have a drink there. The people next to us with the ice cream sundaes were allowed to eat their ice cream, we only had ice cream in the cone and had to leave, even though our ice cream was also theirs. The terrace was empty. We didn't go there anymore and had something to drink and eat in the restaurant opposite. A display with a note would be appropriate! We can NOT recommend this restaurant! Friendliness is zero!!!

We ate there twice during our vacation and were very satisfied both times! The mashed potatoes were a bit salty, otherwise nothing to complain about 😉 Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere on the terrace!

For us by far the best restaurant in Graal Müritz, you can't beat it in terms of friendliness and effort. A super nice and well-coordinated team, without a long waiting time and the food tasted very good every time we ate there. Price performance 5 stars ⭐️. Today we were there with our dog and because a storm was approaching, our table was quickly carried under the canopy so that we could continue eating in peace and dry. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed into the restaurant, but that wasn't a bad thing... We say thank you and look forward to your next visit

Very quick delivery of the food order in the evening, but also a very high level of convenience in the dishes. Accordingly, the dishes, such as the fried potatoes, tasted more like “standard” without any individual touch. However, the service was friendly, courteous and attentive.

The cappuccino could have been hot, but the ice cream was very tasty.

My wife and I ate here in the afternoon. The food was a poem, it was plentiful and very, very tasty, and I am very picky about the food. The service was friendly. We also drank a cappuccino and ate ice cream here and found both very tasty. Price performance ratio I can't complain. So recommended 👍

When it comes to scoop ice cream, the price is definitely right. However, doping with colorful sprinkles costs a disproportionate 50 cents. We were very happy with everything in the restaurant!

Very fast and friendly service, food tasty. It is highly advisable to book a table in advance, it is always fully booked and that says it all.

What a dream the ice cream sundae is. The strawberries taste like they are fresh from the field and sun-ripened. The ice cream is so creamy and an explosion of taste buds in the mouth, outstanding...

First of all, the restaurant is near the beach, in a small hotspot. The food there is really very good and tasty and, above all, looks very attractive. So here the eye really comes into play. From my experience, I can say that the staff was very lacking in friendliness. Unfortunately, the lady didn't have a smile on her face, didn't change her expression and was very brief when ordering. I ordered a fish soup that also had shrimp in it. Unfortunately, when the soup was brought there was no shrimp or prawns to be seen. When I asked the waitress, they simply said that there was something in the soup that was taken out with a soup ladle and served. It would be much nicer for the guests if such questions and suggestions were responded to in a more positive way, such as offering the guest soup with shrimp. Unfortunately we were missing that here.

Extremely unfriendly staff: There is a small flickering tea light on every table. How could our daughter have the nerve to take this into her hands?! (btw. our daughters are usually neither loud nor do they break anything) An employee came to us angrily (yes, angrily) and said that enough was enough! The service didn't seem particularly motivated either: when choosing the ice cream flavors we were always told "we don't have it". When we asked what flavors of ice cream she had, she angrily listed a few flavors of ice cream, always pausing for 3-4 seconds in between. The menu says “ice cream flavors of your choice”. If the employees don't know this or can't find qualified staff, you shouldn't write it down there. It's a shame, but who's surprised, because the owner doesn't seem to be able to handle criticism and twists a lot of things here!

Good, tasty food, but unfortunately unfriendly service. We were served by three waitresses, all of whom were generally unfriendly. Our comments were taken into account, but with a sniff. Children are completely ignored or looked at askance when they ask a question.

Location is of course great. We were able to eat outside, it's self-service here. It's relatively expensive, but well, you pay for the location. Food was good. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the staff and apparently caught the unfriendly lady. It's a shame, you don't get regular guests for a four-week stay.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food because we didn't get anything. You could perhaps note somewhere online that hot lunch is only available from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. I didn't read this on maps, on the website or on the menu online. “It’s outside,” yes, fine. When I can see the menu online, I don't read every sign that's out front.

I had dinner there one day and it was very tasty and filling. Unfortunately I didn't quite make it. On another day I was there for coffee and enjoyed a very delicious cake with coffee there. The staff were mostly very friendly and nice (except for one lady who unfortunately came across as a bit annoyed). All in all, it is recommended to stop here and let yourself be pampered with the taste.

Great location, medium sized map. Not too expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. Ice cream sundae great... Simply furnished, could be a little more comfortable.

Noisy, unfriendly conditions... not again

A very clean restaurant with really tasty food, praise to the kitchen. The waitresses should have a smile on their faces and also mention the daily specials that are on the board outside. Not a single word came. I also ordered a mulled wine, but there was no question as to whether I had a white mulled wine—-> this was also advertised on the table outside. We felt a bit uncomfortable. The service staff is also the flagship of the restaurant and is largely responsible for sales and the well-being of the guests. Unfortunately that wasn't the case today!! The food was good though!!

We were there for the pier festival, we've been there every year for years. The black-haired and the blonde, thin ones have been there for years, top service. But the one with orange hair who speaks broken German and was totally unfriendly had misunderstood everything. I work in service myself and customers are kings

Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich empfangen und bedient. Uns hat das Eis sehr gut geschmeckt und unsere Kugeln waren kaum zu tragen :) Wir kommen wieder! Einige Menschen scheinen leider ihre schlechte Laune in verschenkte Lebenszeit zu investieren und sollten einmal drüber nachdenken bevor sie so vernichtende Anekdoten im Internet hinterlassen! Ich ziehe immer wieder den Hut vor den freundlichen Angestellten die den Launen frustrierter Kunden ausgesetzt sind. ❤

Dass Behinderte Menschen hier nicht willkommen sind, kann ich so nicht bestätigen. Als ich Gast war, habe ich einen sehr herzlichen Umgang beobachten können. Die Kellnerin ist höflich, selbst wenn man ihr auf arrogante und dreiste Weise entgegen tritt. Davon ab, war das Essen sehr lecker. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt! Das Eis ist das Beste in ganz Graal-Müritz!

Essen und Service super, im Außenbereich Licht kaputt, paar Kerzen aufstellen wahrscheinlich zu viel Arbeit...

Wir waren zum Eis essen vor Ort. 1.50€ pro Kugel ist fair und unüblich. Allerdings schmeckte uns das Eis nicht. Geschmacklich war es ziemlich flach. Ebenso schmolz es extrem schnell und wirkte nicht richtig durchgefroren.

Schnitzel mit Pommes und Pilzrahmsoße, Schnitzel Geschmack Fritteuse, Pommes ok kann man nicht viel falsch machen, Pilzsoße Pudding Konsistenz und nicht heiß, Preis 18,50 Euro, Schnelle Bedienung, Essen fix fertig, 2x Schnitzel, 2x Cappuccino, 1x Radler, 1x Wasser klein für ca 53,-Euro 😄 Grüße

Sehr schnelle Bedienung, sehr freundlich

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit tollem Speisenangebot und sehr freundlichem Personal. Heute haben wir uns zum Eisessen auf die Außenterrasse gesetzt. Wir wurden sehr schnell bedient und mussten auch nicht lange auf die leckeren Eisbecher warten. Wir kommen wieder!

3 Tage arbeitete ich in Sichtweise des Restaurants und konnte die unmotivierte Belegschaft sehen, kein Lächeln, nur Leidensminen. Einmal hat der Hunger gesiegt und ich bekam auf sehr unfreundliche Weise eine halbvolle Tasse Suppe für 6,50€ serviert. Schade, vielleicht hätte das Essen den "Service" retten können.

Waren heute dort Essen, Bratkartoffeln gleiche Temperatur wie der Salat, Bedienung drauf hingewiesen ohne Kommentar, geschmacklich okay Bedienung ging gar nicht habe mir nach der zweiten Zigarette einen Aschenbecher geholt und Wasser für den Hund auch . Portion war für den Preis grenzwertig. Wir gehen nicht mehr hin

Neben dem Champignonrahmschnitzel ein kleines Friteusenkörbchen auf dem Teller mit einer sehr übersichtlichen Anzahl Pommes. Das war ärgerlich. Haben wir auch vor Ort kommuniziert. Geschmacklich erinnerte das Rahmschnitzel an Kantinenessen. Kein besonderer Ausblick, der das hätte ausgleichen können.

Sehr schlechte, unfreundliche Bedienung. Unmotiviert. Es macht kein Spaß hier zu essen.

Das Restaurant hat durch die Strandnähe eine tolle Umgebung. Das Essen war super lecker. Der Service einer einzigen Dame war katastrophal! Extrem unfreundlich, kein lächeln auf den Lippen. Wir warteten 20 min bis wir überhaupt eine Karte bekamen, obwohl wir uns mehrmals bemerkbar machten und sogar im Restaurant bescheid gegeben hatten. Nach weiteren 25 Minuten völliger Ignoranz der Bedienung ( schlank, dunkelblond/orangene Haare ) haben wir uns im Restaurant umgesetzt um nicht mehr in ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich zu sein. Anschließend ging alles seinen gewohnten Gang. Die neue Bedienung (lange Blonde Haare, Brille ) war super freundlich, keine Wartezeiten. Sie hat uns wirklich den Abend gerettet. Durch sie hätte der Service eigentlich 5 Sterne verdient!!!!

Nachdem wir in einem anderen Restaurant hier in Graal-Müritz so arrogant „abserviert“ wurden, sind wir zum Glück hier im Achterdeck gelandet. Hier fühlten wir uns gleich willkommen, ein super freundlicher Empfang, eine perfekte freundliche und witzige Bedienung und natürlich nicht zuletzt das leckere Essen haben uns davon überzeugt unser Urlaubs-Stamm-Restaurant zu wechseln. Danke euch. Der erwähnte Preis pro Portion resultiert daraus, dass wir das teuerste Gericht gewählt haben.

Es ist dort sehr schön. Die Bedienung war super freundlich. Wir saßen draußen auf der Terrasse. Das Essen kamm wirklich sehr schnell und es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Würde da immer wieder essen gehen.

Wir waren zum Seebrückenfest Eisessen auf der Außenterrasse. Da gerade eine Veranstaltung auf der Bühne nebenan stattfand, war es unheimlich voll. Wir haben trotzdem ein freies Plätzchen gefunden und wurden schnell bedient. Leider wurde mein Eisbecher vergessen, wurde dann aber auf Nachfrage blitzschnell nachgeliefert. Ein paar Tage später waren wir noch einmal zum Abendessen dort, da hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Fischgerichte waren lecker, sind für unser Empfinden aber etwas zu klein ausgefallen.

Einmal waren wir Eisbecher schlemmen. Kind war glücklich mit dem Schokobecher. Ich hatte den Krokantbecher. Beide geschmacklich sehr gut, nur für uns war die Sahne etwas reichlich (das ist unser empfinden). Getränke waren auch in Ordnung. Personal war freundlich. Allerdings: Wir lieben den Straßenverkauf: eine Vielzahl an Eissorten vorhanden. Die, welche wir probiert haben, alle geschmacklich schön ausgewogen und unser Gaumen wurde verwöhnt. Sehr empfehlenswert! Große Kugeln und Preis je 1,50€.

...aber die beste Lachs Suppe entlang der Ostseeküste gibt es hier PUNKT Das solltet ihr euch nicht entgehen lassen. Bei jedem Wetter kann man hier die selbstgemachte leckerste Lachs Suppe, ach was, des Universums genießen. Dazu ein wohltemperiertes Glas Bier oder Wein und der Tag wird schön. Wer das nicht macht ist selbst dran schuld. Das alles auch noch zu einem moderatem Preis. Es gab schon Tage, da bin ich extra hingefahren und habe sie mit nach hause genommen. Heute leider kein Foto, aber fahrt hin und schaut sie euch selbst an. Guten Appetit.
