Went there for the first time for a steak dinner with friends on Thursday. Service excellent, food steak with braised onions and fries and side salad, portion more than sufficient. Wishes are gladly implemented. Price-performance ratio normal. Suitable for the disabled (wheelchair), disabled parking space and disabled toilet available.

Für mich der Beste Dönerladen im Umkreis. Frisch gebackens Brot für jeden Döner, frisch gegrilltes Fleisch. Hier wird nichts aufgewärmt. Der Besitzer ist super nett und immer zu Späßchen zu haben. Kinderfreundlich. Ich hoffe dass nicht zu viele diese Rezension lesen und der Laden dann zu überlaufen wird. Bleibt so wie ihr seid. Danke

Unfortunately, the owner(s) are not using the potential of this wonderful location. A thriving restaurant business could emerge here. However, trained professional staff, a better menu and different opening times would be necessary. When it opens, the staff are not briefed on what is available to guests and have to constantly ask what, how and whether there is anything. The potato salad, for example, doesn't taste like it's homemade, but like it comes from a bucket from a discount store. You really can't offer that. Overall, it's such a shame that this poor management cannot be compensated for by the beauty of the wonderful view and you then forego the next visit.

The operator has changed since the turn of the year, but it's no longer worth a visit for me. Doner kebab is no longer as good as last year and has become very small. I weighed it at home and when packed it came to just under 300 grams. So it's no longer a goal for me.

We used to like this one better. I often order there for delivery, but the orders are often wrong. Unfortunately, the place has really deteriorated when it comes to food quality. Service remained okay.

The level of disappointment at Cinecitta has been reached, the owner Dino repeatedly apologized and asked us to give him another chance, which we did again and again out of sympathy for him. "Our unforgettable moments" One evening at Cinecitta we were served an unpleasant smelling rump steak, didn't touch the meat and let it go back. A few days later, Dino came up to me in front of the front door of the Brückner bakery, apologized heartily for the incident and, to make up for it, invited us to a nice evening in his restaurant at the house's expense, a nice touch. The evening was great. Afterwards we were regular guests at Cinecitta again, there were small incidents every now and then, such as long waiting times when ordering and serving the food/drinks, correctly ordered but served incorrectly, the motivation and enthusiasm of the service staff was already quite low felt every now and then. However, the owner's head waiter shot the bird at a lunch in January 2020, when Dino was not present and my business partner and I were guests at Cinecitta. The truffle tagliatelle we ordered was served to us drowned in truffle butter, unfortunately inedible. When we complained about the two dishes, the head waiter reprimanded us and literally said that we had to know our place as guests, and the situation escalated. Message from Dino on January 16, 2020 about the incident "Signor Marco good evening I consider myself a very polite person and respectful towards others and especially towards my clientele, I have thought a lot about what happened even though I was not present for health reasons and I can tell you that Agostino also finds the situation not very pleasant. The only thing I can do for you is a €100.00 meal voucher to finally close the issue. Greetings Dino" During the lockdowns, we continued to support the restaurant with orders. At the beginning of May this year I had a craving for grilled sea bream and asked Dino over the phone whether the fish would arrive warm and crispy when it was delivered. Dino jokingly replied that if there were no traffic jams (4.9 km from the restaurant) the quality of the Dorado would be just as good as in his restaurant. That's how it was, it tasted very tasty. On May 24th I ordered grilled sea bream again, this time via Lieferando, as I didn't have enough cash at home. The delivery came 36 minutes after the FoodTracker reported that the food had already arrived. This time, however, the fish was ice cold and limp. I then called the restaurant, had Dino on the phone, briefly explained to him that the sea bream had unfortunately arrived cold this time and he replied that he didn't have a helicopter and could do without guests who were constantly complaining. So EUR 20.50 paid via PayPal, cold sea bream was delivered, instead of an apology and delivery in the promised quality as compensation or reimbursement of the amount paid, an ungrateful, disrespectful appearance by the boss on the phone. During the lockdown, I did not claim the meal voucher from January 16, 2020 (EUR 100) promised by Dino when ordering, but intended to redeem it when Cinecitta was doing better financially again. However, after the incident with the cold sea bream that was delivered cold, I asked Dino about paying out the EUR 100 from the misery with his head waiter from January 2020, instead of the meal voucher. Dino answered that I didn't get anything from him and he didn't have the time or desire to talk to guests like me on the phone and ended the phone call It will always be an unforgettable moment for us🤌

We were there on December 26th. with 4 people there. There wasn't too much going on at the time. The younger employees were friendly and sometimes smiled. The boss and boss were unfriendly (long faces, annoyed). We had to wait longer until someone took care of us. They were also inattentive when ordering drinks. Now about the food: 1st person: Schnitzel was great 2nd person: rump steak; Medium rare instead of medium 3rd person: filled noodles, was ok. 4th person: schnitzel; 1.x wrong sauce (can happen), 2.x the schnitzels are very dark, totally dry, not edible. (As an "apology" there was a small piece of tiramisu from the buffet). The ambience was virtually non-existent, everything seemed a bit rocky. Conclusion: My parents thought it was good (he goes there often), for my husband and I it was the first and last time.
