In my opinion, a great kebab. A classic, just like it was back in the day. The price is right, the quality is right, and the service is great. You can't go wrong. Top-notch!

Awesome place, inside and out. Highly recommended, I'll be back. And for all those who love spicy food, I recommend the chili cheese doner kebab—very, very tasty.

We took 4 kebabs 🥙 with us, they were delicious.

The restaurant has changed management since the turn of the year, but it's no longer worth a visit for me. The menu was taken over by the previous owner, and even the sauces have remained the same. Even after nine months, the doormat with the previous owner's face remains on the floor. The kebab isn't the same as it was last year and has shrunk considerably. I weighed it at home, and it came to just under 300 grams, including the packaging.

The previous owner was great; we were regular customers, and the food was delicious! But now, under the new owner, you get spicy kebabs even though they said they'd use non-spicy (powder). And the yogurt sauce isn't real yogurt sauce, but rather made with mayonnaise, which tastes disgusting! And the phone number on the flyer isn't correct.

The food is excellent. The owners are friendly, and it's a very hygienic place. You can always choose this place with a clear conscience. 5 stars, 10 out of 10. Correction August 2. Shame on those who give this place only one star and speak negatively about it. Perhaps you've never eaten here and are saying that to diminish the restaurant's efforts. Whoever gave you that idea should sue you, because unlike you, I eat there all the time. The food is delicious and the people are so nice and friendly. If you're looking for the old owner, go there; nothing will stop you. You also said the phone number is incorrect, so that's a blatant lie.

I've never experienced anything like this before. I've ordered from there for the second time. The first time, my order was delivered elsewhere, and today I ordered and received partially incorrect items, and the sauce was also forgotten. When I called again and wanted my ordered food, they told me they were supposed to take the wrong one. This resulted in a huge argument on the phone and during delivery. He insists he's right, even though it's written there in black and white. I can't understand this kind of thing. Why should you pay for food you didn't order and then make such a fuss? Thanks. Last time I ordered from there, they claimed I threatened them. Don't make fools of yourselves. It was their mistake and they didn't read it properly. Now they want to lie and explain something. They didn't send anything for free. They took the old, incorrect kebab plate and delivered me a new one. I paid for my order. The only one who was aggressive and threatening was them when they argued on the phone and didn't want to admit their mistake. CUSTOMER IS KING. THIS IS A PRIORITY. And then they come and argue and discuss. At the door, stick to the truth and don't invent stories that are playing in your head. Let's wait and see when something like this happens to someone again and they rate it. Then we'll see who can't socialize. The previous owner was a kind and polite person. His food was great. That's the only reason we ordered from there. We didn't know that there had been a change of owner and that the service would be so bad and the food inedible.

We order regularly from Alanya Döner, at least once a week. Everything has been good so far, but unfortunately, today it wasn't as usual. We ordered through Lieferando, and the delivery time stated was 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the food wasn't delivered for two hours. That wouldn't be a problem if we'd at least received a brief response saying it would take longer. Since that didn't happen, however, we've already devoured an entire pack of Raffaello. The wrapper on the kebab had already melted into the kebab, and the chicken nuggets were extremely oversalted, making them unfortunately inedible. And I can handle a lot of salt from my regular consumption of fast food. It's a real shame. The driver, though, is always very friendly and courteous.

Fair prices, fast service, friendly staff, and delicious food. That's a rare combination.

Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly. The meat was cold and dry, and the sauce tasted of nothing. I wouldn't recommend it.

Absolutely delicious, we'll definitely order again! The portions were great for the price, not as small as at some other places (despite price increases). A dollop more sauce on the lahmacun would have been the icing on the cake, otherwise everything was great! The driver was also really nice. All in all, highly recommended!

I ordered from Alanya via Lieferando, and I have to say it was the worst and most disgusting food I've ever eaten in my entire life. I would recommend you don't even enter the store.

We've been coming there an average of 2-3 times a month for about 3-4 years to pick up food for the whole family. During this time, the previous owner moderately raised the prices by about 50 cents about once a year. However, in May 2025, the new owner raised the prices by up to 30%. This is a bit excessive, and we won't be picking up our food there as regularly or at all anymore. What a shame!

Bought two delicious Dürüm (doughnuts). Service and food were impeccable, just like the last few times! The portions are rather more generous than under the previous owner. Food arrives cold and takes forever. According to the order, the köfte should come without salad and individually, but unfortunately it came in the Dürüm with onions, to which I reacted angrily. So I was able to throw away my food and I'll never order from that juice shop again.

Unfortunately not recommended after the change of ownership. Ordered a kebab plate and only got meat. No sauce, no fries, just meat. Dürum also without sauce, completely dry. There was a dab of sauce in the top half but the sauce was tasteless and watery. The only thing that tasted good was the burger but nothing special. 30€ wasted. We enjoyed being there with the previous owner, but that was definitely our last time. It's a shame because it WAS a very good kebab shop

We ate at Alanya for the first time today and I am thrilled. Everyone here is super friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing. I can recommend the Dürüm Freestyle with nachos and chili cheese sauce. I never thought the combination would fit so well. All in all, I think the store is great. We will come again!

I saw his video on tiktok that the employee was looking for and couldn't find anyone. Since I have years of experience in the kebab business, I wanted to apply directly. I called the store today, October 2nd, 2024 and wanted to speak to the boss. A disrespectful, cheeky lady gave me outrageous answers when I asked about the boss and what his name was because he wasn't there until 8 p.m. If you already talk to customers or people on the phone, you shouldn't be surprised if no one wants to work there. Disrespectful, outrageous and the very last drawer. That's why only 1 star, which is too much for the store.

I often order a kebab or the Boss kebab here. I can only recommend it 100% if you want to eat a good kebab.

Went there to eat with the family today and definitely come there from Frankfurt often because it's worth the trip.
