We ate at Alanya for the first time today and I am thrilled. Everyone here is super friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing. I can recommend the Dürüm Freestyle with nachos and chili cheese sauce. I never thought the combination would fit so well. All in all, I think the store is great. We will come again!

I called the store today, October 2nd, 2024 and wanted to speak to the boss. A disrespectful, cheeky lady gave me outrageous answers when I asked about the boss and what his name was because he wasn't there until 8 p.m. If you already talk to customers or people on the phone, you shouldn't be surprised if no one wants to work there. Disrespectful, outrageous and the very last drawer. That's why only 1 star, which is too much for the store.

I often order a kebab or the Boss kebab here. I can only recommend it 100% if you want to eat a good kebab.

I came to this restaurant after driving 4 hours to work from 350km away. I could only work with the people inside for 3 hours. Like primitive people, kindness, respect and tolerance are zero. Their manner of speaking was only imperative and derogatory. Even though you know I come from so far away, would you drink tea during a job interview? Have you eaten? Unfortunately our visit to Alayna Nidderau was a big disappointment. After finding out about the shop via social media, my friend and I decided to make the 40-minute drive to try the kebab. When we arrived, the owner of the store, who we recognized from the videos, was listless and unmotivated. His enthusiasm, which seems so contagious in social media posts, was completely absent in reality. It was obvious that he was just showing his usual charming demeanor in front of the camera. As soon as the camera was off, the friendliness disappeared. The food itself was also disappointing. The kebab did not in any way meet the high expectations raised by the videos. The meat was dry and cold, the sauce was tasteless and the bread was very average and falling apart. All in all, the visit was a bitter disappointment. I had hoped for much more due to the operator's social media presence. It would be nice if the service and quality of the food were as convincing away from the cameras as they are in the videos.

Unfortunately not worth the journey… Very salty and not hot meat. The meat/salad ratio wasn't right and just too ordinary. If you live around the corner, it's convenient to eat here, but it makes no sense to drive to be addressed as “my libba”.

Hi, I was at Alanya Döner in Nidderau for the first time today, after I saw the great Chilicheese Döner videos, I wanted to see it live and test it, so I drove 60 km there and back with my wife from Bad Nauheim and it It was worth it, it tasted very, very tasty with the sauce and all the ingredients that went well together. Parking wasn't a problem, prices were fair, service was friendly, the boss was a star anyway, nothing to complain about, highly recommended and would happily come back.

I became aware of it through Instagram and looked at the reviews. Just wanted to say the one who expressed criticism about the little meat and so on, to which they replied that there was action that day. It's nice when you do promotions, but I think the criticism was more related to the fact that some of the meat was still raw because the employee basically had to turn on the skewer and everything again because it was already late. I think you are a good person who puts your heart into it, but everyone makes mistakes sometimes and as the owner you should be able to deal with criticism if it is justified in this case due to the partly raw meat. A kebab can also cost 1 cent, it's about health and you should just pay attention to it in the evening or just say that it's the end of the day for today. It's very easy. If the health department or any tester or sensitive person comes and they do something like that, they are doing themselves a disservice.

In my opinion, standard kebab meat is too salty. I would guess that the skewer is not homemade but from ice cream. Bread, well everyone has their own preferences, it wasn't mine. I really just found the bread boring. And what I found worst of all was the slot machines in there, get a maximum win if it doesn't work out with the kebab then let me pay out 40% from the machine, I don't know, something like that just doesn't fit in with a nice shop.

I actually wanted to eat a kebab with meat. When I opened it at home, it seemed to be a vegetarian kebab as the meat content was extremely low. Mini kebabs with little meat, but high price. We were there on Saturday March 9th around 9:00 p.m. Shop counter etc everything clean, staff friendly. We ordered two normal kebabs. Unfortunately, some of the meat was still raw because the grill had to be turned up again and the employee waited in front of the grill until the meat was ready (sometimes it just has to be done quickly because I disturbed the employee during his dinner). But that is still the lesser evil. The ratio between meat and salad was 20/80. As you can see from the pictures it was more of a vegetarian kebab than a normal kebab. Very disappointed-
