Very good food and lovingly prepared

I actually like eating at China Point, but unfortunately I have to say that the last time I got fried noodles that didn't taste like anything. I was really disappointed this time. And there wasn't even anything going on, the dish could be prepared in peace.

Dealing with customers is an absolute disaster!! We were delivered wrong and raw food. This was inedible. When we call and point this out, the whole thing ends in a discussion. Employees stop speaking and don't listen properly. So I don't understand what it's about. They are snarky and act snarky because they take the legitimate criticism personally and unprofessionally. They play you for a fool by making sarcastic statements and trying to make you believe over the phone that the food, the dough, cannot be raw. Despite several attempts at explanation, people continue to object instead of accepting the criticism and apologizing for it. I finally demand my money back. This is where the restaurant stands at a crossroads. You can only offer us new food. The last agreement we make/the last compromise is that the whole order is sent to us again and we give the previously ordered food to the driver. We wait for 2 hours, no one comes. We call, no one answers. So in the end we were left with inedible food and a bill of around €55. New food never arrived! To me this feels like cheating. Dealing with us was anything but professional and matter-of-fact. The customer is not the king here, but one of many who are happy to be ignored if they complain about raw food. We are extremely disappointed and will not be ordering anything from here again in the future. It should be said that we were customers for several years. But no value is attached to this either. Due to this behavior of the employees and the increasingly frequent errors in the preparation of the food, the restaurant is no longer recommended. There are much better providers of Italian cuisine.

That just can't be it! While my kebab was being prepared, a cockroach crawled over the salad in the display. And where there is one, there are hundreds more. Never again!

It was very tasty and the fries and the lahmacun tasted very good. The kebab was also very good. Thanks for the delicious kebab. ^^ The food is very well put together and the dough is also made in-house. Thank you very much for the great service!

Hier fühlt man sich als Gast noch wertgeschätzt. Der Service und das Essen waren sehr gut, alles in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Auch die Preise waren sehr angemessen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sorry, but that was nothing! 90 minutes delivery time for a burger. cold burger, limp fries... but luxury price! Well, it can happen that there aren't enough drivers, but then he has to drive more often. It can't be that he delivers food fully loaded to the roof and the last person in the group gets to enjoy his food ice cold! I live on Kaiserstrasse! And I really wonder if the driver drove through Ockstadt and Wöllstadt until he passed me on the way back. Given the price of this burger, I expect it to be delivered decently. So now it's time to renew the post: The whole thing has now absolutely changed for the better. The food on offer is worlds better than my old review. You now get what you are used to from other buffet restaurants. The quality is okay. Of course, you shouldn't expect high-class food. I particularly like the freshly prepared things on the grill. I, on the other hand, cannot understand the positive reviews. I was there yesterday for the first and definitely the last time. The selection at the buffet of ready-made dishes consisted of 95% spicy. If you don't like that, you're out of luck. I eat it, but many others don't. Chicken and duck were okay, but not the sauces with them. Sweet/sour = I know the taste to be completely different, the Peking sauce tastes like a cheap ready-made sauce with a little Chinese spice. Spring rolls, autumn rolls and wontons taste absolutely subterranean and crunchy. Soup selection also great = 2 x spicy. I was totally disappointed with the selection of fresh meat/fish for the grill and especially with the quality. Beef as tough as a shoe sole, absolutely inedible. Dan Chin Thai degenerates into a fast food joint that must have seriously deteriorated in the quality of the food. A friend confirmed this to me today.

Fries still seasoned Doner was delivered incorrectly and parts of the order were missing

We recently ordered a large pizza for a group of friends from this pizzeria and everyone absolutely loved it! The pizza was perfectly baked, with a crispy base and plenty of fresh toppings. Every bite was a delight. The service was also excellent and delivery came quicker than expected. We can recommend this pizzeria without hesitation. We will definitely order here again!

I ordered delivery there and was very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.
