Very delicious Vietnamese food. It's beautifully presented. There are lots of things to try; I really recommend trying something new. However, there are three criticisms. We've been there several times now; the service is sometimes very good and friendly, but on other days it seems rather disinterested and slow, which is a bit of a shame – especially since the food isn't cheap. The food is definitely worth the price, but the service should be commensurate. The tables are often a bit messy on such days. The next problem is the bathrooms. They were already a disaster under the previous occupant, but they desperately need to be cleaned more often.

Hier fühlt man sich als Gast noch wertgeschätzt. Der Service und das Essen waren sehr gut, alles in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Auch die Preise waren sehr angemessen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sorry, but that was nothing! 90 minutes delivery time for a burger. cold burger, limp fries... but luxury price! Well, it can happen that there aren't enough drivers, but then he has to drive more often. It can't be that he delivers food fully loaded to the roof and the last person in the group gets to enjoy his food ice cold! I live on Kaiserstrasse! And I really wonder if the driver drove through Ockstadt and Wöllstadt until he passed me on the way back. Given the price of this burger, I expect it to be delivered decently. I specifically specified a time on Lieferando, but the driver arrived early. Then the driver arrived much too late, and when I called to ask where my order was, all I got was, "You rejected the order." What wasn't true, so it was a complete rip-off.

Worse than bad! Unfriendly "staff" and not really fluent in German! But that's the smallest problem! The cheeseburger was lukewarm, was completely disgustingly dry and sat there for several hours or longer. Don't even want to know. The fries were just as old and almost cold, and the chicken nuggets were simply fried again because they were very dark, overly fatty and dry on the inside! I've never seen anything so disgusting at McDonalds! The store should be closed and everyone should file a complaint and report! Disgusting! Aren't you ashamed????
