Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it at all. I was playing bowling and was treated with such disrespect by a waiter, I've never experienced anything like it! The waiter was so rude; he asked me if I wanted another glass. I said, "No, you can take it if you like." He said, "Yes, give it to me." To which I replied, "Yes, as I said, you can take it if you like." The glass was about 2 meters away from me, with the waiter standing right in front of it. Then he asked me why I was laughing. Up until then, everything was fine, but then the situation escalated, and he asked me why I had no respect; I should give him the glass. Then I said, "Are you okay? I've had enough. I've been friendly to you, and I'll continue to be, but at some point, it's enough." Afterward, he told me that I apparently had poor manners and should have respect for him. Then, one of the people I was with said that I'd had enough and that he'd never experienced anything like that before. Such disrespectful behavior from a waiter. He then asked if he was a teacher and why he hadn't raised me properly. After that, we left the restaurant. There was no goodbye or anything else as we walked out. Finally, I got the impression that the waiter was very drunk and literally had no desire to do his job. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend this "restaurant/bar" at all!!!!!! I've never experienced anything like that before!!!

We were here for the first time today and the food was delicious. Everything was freshly prepared and highly recommended. The ambience is also very stylish, everything is lovingly and comfortably furnished. We will come back! :)

Rating of the delivery 1 burger menu, 1 pizza, 1 fries: The website did not indicate whether the order had been received - a phone call was necessary. The delivery took 1 hour 45 minutes instead of 40 minutes. The pizza was delivered incorrectly, the driver was sent back - the pizza could be exchanged. However, the other pizza was still delivered to the next person, which is not OK for hygiene reasons. The food was cold and tasteless. After eating, both people who ordered felt uneasy in their stomachs. Pros: The portion of fries was large and the burger menu was available for a small price.

I can't comment on the food since I didn't make it that far... The staff was definitely absolutely unfriendly. We had to steal a menu ourselves from the neighboring table. When the waitress came and we said we needed a moment, we got an annoyed look and a rude comment. We then waited 15 minutes without being asked again, even though the restaurant was half empty. After we saw the plates at the next table that weren't really visually appealing, we finally decided to leave and save the €11 (???) for a small cheeseburger. The atmosphere also didn't seem inviting, as you don't have the classic bar (like in almost every swimming pool) but just a collection of tables and a door next to it that apparently leads to the kitchen. This makes the whole thing seem very isolated and cold. Apart from that, I find the concept of table service in a swimming pool more of a hindrance than a good thing, as self-service simply saves a lot more time if I can think about it first and then get in line and don't have to wait until staff finally comes to me and I can do that get to my food quicker.

I ordered over the phone and expressed my desire for food, but unfortunately I didn't get what it was supposed to be I'm disappointed and will never order there again

5 stars We had a wonderful evening at Monos Baunatal! Even though the restaurant was busy and we didn't have a reservation, the team tried incredibly hard to accommodate us - which worked. The service was consistently attentive, friendly and quick. Our wishes were fulfilled without hesitation and the food was not only ready to serve, but also a real highlight in terms of taste. If you're looking for good food, friendly service and a harmonious atmosphere, this is the place for you. A clear recommendation – we would love to come back!

This evening, March 15, 2025, we ordered Pizza Rustcia and Spagetti Matriciana, which we always ordered and the pizza was always very tasty and the Spagetti Matriciana was always nice and spicy and also delicious. But tonight the pizza was simply bland and the spagetti matriciana was neither spicy nor with bacon stiffs and tomato sauce, that was the last time we ordered food at SISAROL.

Very unfriendly service!!! The food didn't taste good at all. No spices. The sauce was liquid like water. Tortellinis with ham and the sour cream sauce are not recommended at all.

We came here because we were passing through and didn't know where to eat. So going to Burger King was a spontaneous decision. The food: The burgers were terrible. 1. Were they cold 2. Really stingy evidence. I paid 60 cents more to have more lettuce, but in the end it was just a few fluffy leaves. Normally I could give a plus point for quick service, but not when it's old burgers that are added later and served cold. The staff was friendly, but the tables were really dirty. We wiped our table clean ourselves. The floor was also dirty. Actual plus point: the toilets were clean. But we won't get lost here again. If you're going to spend that much money, then please make it fresh.
