High Noon - Burger Bar Lounge in Baunatal

I was at the restaurant with my friends this evening and some of the service staff were totally unsympathetic and unfriendly. Despite several eye contacts and hand signals, no staff came. In my opinion this is totally bad customer service and as a customer you just feel completely ignored. It's just not right, so you'll think about coming back next time.

Great food, nice service. It was a very nice atmosphere. Had something to eat and then went to the cinema. Always happy.

We spontaneously decided to end our mini-vacation here with a cozy evening. And what can I say, it ended up being one of the highlights of the vacation. We really liked the atmosphere, it was inviting and cozy. The waiter was courteous, helpful, funny and he made sure we didn't miss anything, just professionally. You'll be happy to come here again and can definitely recommend it to others. Thanks for the great evening.

Wanted to have a cocktail at 10:15 pm on a Friday evening. When we arrived, no one paid us any attention. Then a waitress came and sent us away because they close at 10:45 p.m. and depend on the cinema. Then why don't you adjust the opening times? Half an hour for a drink would have been quite possible... but then it would be better to go somewhere else

Simple, attractive decoration, nice and friendly staff with an overview, generous selection of food and drinks on a clear menu. The order came quickly, but was still freshly prepared and not convenience food. The side salad was generous, the baked potato was served twice on the plate and the chicken breast strips were super fresh and not fried dry. I was positively surprised by the Monos and can recommend it with a clear conscience based on today's experience.

The only thing that tastes good here is the lava cake and it's really great, but it's only thawed and placed on mango sauce; This isn't the work of witchcraft. The curry is tasteless and spicy, although the second time, no longer spicy but still tasteless. The vegetable pan was boring, so I had to spice it up with an extra dip and some salt and pepper. The César salad was ok, but nothing too special. And then for the prices of 13-15€, it's annoying. The cocktails are good so far, but they're the only reason to visit. Unfortunately, you can save money on food.

Great restaurant, super nice service from the Franconian region. We will come again. The dogs weren't a problem either.

Soup like water with no taste and not recommended at all. Steak tasty but very small and very expensive for this portion. Some of the dishes were missing the ingredients listed on the menu. Bruscetta was mostly just with red onion and 3 diced tomatoes and presenting cocktails as a happy hour isn't fair either. Large glass with very, very many ice cubes and hardly any of the actual drink, as if the customer didn't notice. Pros:The hot curry pan with shrimp was delicious. It's a shame we relied on the good recessions. If it continues like this, unfortunately you'll lose customers.

Great ambience, delicious food and very nice service staff! The restaurant has been redesigned to be much more airy compared to its predecessor. There is something for everyone when it comes to food - even vegan!

I was at Monos in Baunatal for the first time today and it was really very good. Super nice service, food was super good. I'd love to come back.

There was no soap in the toilets. Even after notification, the soap was only refilled after 30 minutes. Hygiene regulations were not adhered to by the staff either. The preparation of the drinks is so loud that you can't enjoy your own drinks/food because it is very disturbing. At least it won't be boring because you can easily hear all conversations across the entire room.

Anyone who likes the food here eats only Maggi and Knorr all day long. No taste. No salt, no pepper. Tastes like nothing. I took it home and then upgraded it in the pan at home because I don't throw food away. Afterwards it was tasty... because of such bad restaurants I prefer to eat at home... well

Table reserved for 6:30 p.m. Luckily there was one free in the back corner, so it wasn't actually reserved, despite confirmation. After almost 45 minutes of waiting, I had to get up and ask if we could get something to drink. 10 minutes after us, several guests arrived and were of course served before us. 20 minutes after ordering a water and a soda, we finally got our drinks. On top of that, another 30 minutes for our meal. My friend got her order twice and there were mistakes with the dips in both dishes. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste particularly good. I'm sure a lot of things are just being rehashed (Bags for example). You can guess 3 times who was allowed to wave attentively to pay after eating. Exactly, it took an incredibly long time until we were finally seen. No more monos. It cost a hefty €47 for two people (one meal and one drink each). This is not how you can spend your 5 year old with his partner.

Unfortunately a bit disappointing. The food was quite good, but we had to wait a very long time for it and also for the drinks. It was full, so we understood that. But what didn't work at all were the cocktails. Both were made with normal sugar instead of cane sugar, there were more ice cubes than drink in the glass, zero alcohol - it tasted like iced tea and for €8. We liked the old restaurants in Baunatal and in Fritzlar much better in terms of the menu, the prices, the service, the drinks and the food. Too bad😞

Sorry but nothing against the High Noon!...Really awesome (Monos) prices for what's on offer. Plus König Pilsener as a beer...where is the good local hut?...never again. The only positive thing was the nice service.

We were there with 8 people and unfortunately we were not at all satisfied with the service! Everyone was friendly, but overwhelmed. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and 90 minutes for our food!!! When ordering, we specifically pointed out that we wanted to eat STARTERS and that this should also be served as a starter. Response from the staff: It's actually all coming together, but ok, we'll manage it! Unfortunately, the starter and main course were served together… The food was ok, but nothing special! Conclusion: Once and never again!

I really can't understand the negative reviews. The food, the service…everything was to our complete satisfaction. At the end there was even an espresso on the house. The quality of the food is really very good. We always went home very satisfied and are already looking forward to the next time!

Food was tasty. Were there for about 1 1/2 hours. Nobody comes and asks for more drinks. Toilet paper wasn't replenished, but everyone knew they had to provide themselves. Word probably didn't get around to the staff.

Our food came quite quickly and it was good too. Unfortunately it was no longer possible to get a drink. We spoke to the service person twice and she passed on the information. After 45 minutes we ordered again from a gentleman with a beard and briefly described the situation. Unfortunately, this condition was now very humorous and offered us that we could pay. We gladly accepted that! Summary: Bring plenty of time and don't criticize! There was no interest in sales. Unfortunately, cleaning at 8 p.m. was more important ;-)

Great location, good food and best service, I can only recommend it.

Absolutely rude attitude of the staff towards the guests, I haven't seen anything like that in a long time. Very long waiting time with low utilization. The waiting staff leave one after the other and always leave the hall and no one is there. I will write a detailed complaint to the owner's email.

The food is clear, neatly prepared, visually appealing, tastes okay, somehow the spice and that certain touch was missing, but I still like the place quite a bit. The menu leaves little or nothing to be desired, the chairs are decent, but some areas have very tight seating! The service is a bit off the mark in places, a little more initiative would be welcome here. If you come with a small child, it would be nice if you asked the customer straight away whether you would like something for the child to paint. What doesn't work at all is the horrible entrance! Getting through small things with a wide stroller sucks. We were there when it opened and it still took ages for our order to be taken. So there's a lot of potential for improvement...

Sorry, but the burgers weren't really good, the composition etc. didn't fit together at all, and they were only lukewarm. The citizen roll is baked especially for High Noon, but you should work on it again. Even my children didn't like the chicken nuggets and the hamburger (which they usually love). Fat dripping breading. No recommendation for us as citizen lovers. A pity.

Very tasty food, I went in skeptical and came out super positively surprised! The only negative: the young waitress would be better off with a smile, but maybe she was having a bad day? The next visit will show 🙂

The store wasn't even half full and we had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be taken. Unfortunately the waiter wasn't friendly either - on the contrary

I went there for dinner with my girlfriend this evening and we were beyond disappointed. There was a hair in my friend's salad and when we pointed it out to the waitress, all she said was "why is she acting like that?!". The salad was brought again with the statement that it was new, which was not true. There was no apology or anything like that from them, instead we were treated condescendingly for it. She had to pay the full price even though she didn't even eat it and her change wasn't even given back correctly. Complete rip off! To the chick who did her dinner: if you don't feel like working, then don't do it and look for a new job instead of complaining about not wanting to eat YOUR hair!

Toller Laden. Essen wie immer sehr gut. Der Pullet turkey burger war super lecker, schön saftig. Die Cocktails sind auch super lecker. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall vor dem. Kino vorbei zu schauen.

Das Essen kann man auch mit den gängigen Fertigprodukten Zuhause nachzaubern. Salatdressing schmeckt sauer, das Burgerbrot war weder warm noch besonders, die Nudelsoße war mehr fest als hätte ich die Sahnsesoße aus der Packung zu lange kochen langen. Anrichteweise sah jedoch lecker aus. Kinderteller (Nuggets und Pommes) war lieblos auf einem Teller geschmissen. Der Kellner jedoch war sehr nett und hat seinen Job gut gemacht. Für ein schnelles Essen ausreichend aber bei den heutigen Preisen nicht wirklich lohnenswert und man kann woanders besser und leckerer essen.

Sehr netter, schneller Service. Einfaches, aber sehr leckeres Essen in großzügigen Portionen. Extrawünsche kein Problem. Große Getränkeauswahl. Wir können die Bar in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen - perfekt vor oder nach dem Kinobesuch! ☺️

Der Salat war gut, das Brot vom Burger eine Katastrophe - von unten komplett nass … die Lage ist gut !

Das Personal ist super höflich und aufmerksam. Das Essen (ich kann die Burger empfehlen) war sehr lecker und der Preis stimmt auch.

Wir waren zu zweit, das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Ich hatte einen BBQ-Burger, der großzügig belegt war und schön serviert. Dazu Süßkartoffel-Pommes, die war große Spitze. Nette Bedienung und schöne Atmosphäre draußen. :) Auch sehr ruhig gelegen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, schnelle Bedienung, das Essen war innerhalb von wenigen Minuten am Platz, frisch,- lecker und super angerichtet auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen 👍

Essen war sehr lecker, alles frisch zubereitet. Freundliche Bedienung, Ambiente im Außenbereich ganz angenehm, aber leider ein bisschen viel los. Das sei aber der Örtlichkeit geschuldet {direkt im Einzugsbereich eines Kinos}. Sonst, meiner Ansicht nach, sehr empfehlenswert.

Leider muss man sehr lange auf den Service und auf das Essen warten. Pommes waren verbrannt. Der Burger war auch nicht besonders. Wir waren mehrfach dort, kommen aber nun nicht wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend!! Die Bedingungen waren sehr freundlich und das Essen sowie die Cocktails waren sehr lecker!! Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei das war auch kein Problem. Die Bar war modern eingerichtet und es lief sehr gute Musik!

Heute erst wieder da gewesen: Die Burger und Salate die wir hatten waren alle mega lecker, genauso die Cocktails und Whiskey. Die Bedienungen sind junge Leute und alle wirklich freundlich nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder.

Um vor dem Film schnell einen Drink zu bestellen ist nahezu unmöglich, obwohl nichtmal halb volles Haus haben wir echt lange auf eine Bedienung warten müssen, erst nach mehrfacher Ansprache hat man sich dann endlich um uns gekümmert, das ist nicht professionell.

Sehr gute Burger und Cocktails zu vernünftigen Preisen. Burger macht schon ohne Beilage gut satt. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne hin. Lässt sich perfekt mit einen Kinobesuch verbinden.

Gehe öfter vor einen Kinobesuch hin. Das Essen ist sehr gut und der Service ist auch freundlich. Burger muss man leider getrennt von pommes und Co bestellen, was aber einzeln für mich und Freunde immer zuviel ist. Besser wäre, wie man es von anderen resteraunts gewohnt ist, gleich Pommes mit einer beilage anzubieten und diese auf den Burger von der Menge abgestimmt ist. Einzeltische sind mir etwas zu klein.

Wir haben ausgezeichnete Burger bekommen und schöne heisse Pommes. Sehr freundliches Personal und alles sehr schnell und professionell. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben hier, eine Ofenkartoffel mit Gemüse gegessen. Sehr köstlich und ansprechend angerichtet. Kann ich nur empfehlen 😉

Mein erster Veganer Burger, sowas von lecker. Tee war nach dem dritten Anlauf dann heiss, sonst alles super.

Essen war lecker, aber Bedienung verdient keine Sterne. Es war 1/3 befüllt, 5 Jungs für die Bedienung zuständig und jeder Tisch hatte leere Getränke. Auch nach mehrfachen Blickkontakt hatte keiner der Jungs das Bedürfnis mal nachzufragen. Wir wurden auch nicht gefragt, wie das Essen ist, ob noch was fehlt etc... schade

Preis/Leistung passt für mich. Ich würde es in die Kategorie "Imbiss mit Restaurant Flair" einordnen. Das Ambiente modern und gepflegt, aber wirklich frisch wird hier wenig zubereitet, denn die meisten Speisen sind TK-Gastroware. Die Burger sind trotzdem wirklich sehr gut und wenn wir ins Kino gehen kommen wir vorher regelmäßig hier zum Essen vorbei. Schade, dass es kein gezapftes Bier gibt. Angeboten wird Hütt, allerdings "nur" aus der Flasche. Vom Fass schmeckt es nochmal etwas besser ;)

Gutes Essen hatten Burger und Pommes, die „Käse Pommes“ sind einfach normale Pommes mit einer Scheibe Käse drauf. Der Tisch reicht definitiv nicht für 2 Leute. Bestellung wurde aufgegeben und die Hälfte wurde vergessen. Während wir noch gegessen haben kam der Kellner und fragte ob er schon abräume könnte. Finde ich persönlich sehr frech. Für Familien ist es nichts, es ist ebenfalls sehr laut.

Trotz komplett ausgebuchtem Restaurant war der Service sehr freundlich und wir wurden schnell bedient. Die Bedienung hat uns darauf hingewiesen, dass das Essen etwas länger dauert da ist sehr voll ist. Essen kam nach 25 min was völlig in Ordnung ist.
