How can someone be so unfriendly, especially when speaking to people, the boss should think about hiring new staff. The old blonde woman is simply in the wrong place!

I was just here with my 3 year old son, the service was the worst, the unfriendly people I have ever seen. I wanted to order two chips with nuggets for 6.90 and she told me no, you're not 11. She said you don't pay for children's entry, such nonsense, even the tables next to me were shaking their heads. I didn't order anything out of spite and I won't order anything from you in the future either, the measly portions alone show how inferior you are and how much value you place on children and people. The staff definitely need to go, they were just as unfriendly last year, no laughter, no hello, nothing.

I wanted to wholeheartedly praise the Auszeit team 👍 I often go to the swimming pool with my son because of the food at Auszeit. The service is friendly and accommodating to individual requests, and the food is fresh and made with love! Keep it up 👍👍👍

Absolutely unfriendly service! They're not allowed to add a chair to a larger family because they wouldn't be able to serve anyone else. During busy holidays, it's difficult when only 2 to 4 people can fit at a table! Given this rude attitude, we gladly forego the coffee and the overpriced waffles!

I can't comment on the food, as I didn't even make it that far... The staff was definitely unfriendly. We had to steal a menu from the neighboring table. When the waitress finally came and we said we needed a moment, we received an annoyed look and a rude comment. We then waited for 15 minutes without being asked again, even though the restaurant was half empty. After seeing the visually unappealing plates at the neighboring table, we finally decided to leave and save ourselves the €11 (???) for a small cheeseburger. The atmosphere also didn't seem inviting, as there's no traditional bar (like in almost every swimming pool), but rather a collection of tables and a door next to it that seemingly leads to the kitchen. This makes the whole place feel very isolated and cold. Apart from that, I find the concept of table service in a swimming pool more of a hindrance than a good one, as self-service simply saves a lot more time when I can think about it first and then queue up, and don't have to wait until staff finally come to me, which means I can get my food faster.

I've been there several times and as always the food is delicious, the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I always enjoy coming here.

Our family was thrilled with our visit to Restaurant Auszeit. We received a warm welcome upon entering and immediately felt at ease. The inviting atmosphere and diverse menu made the evening truly special. The children enjoyed the crispy chicken nuggets with perfectly cooked fries. My wife opted for the vegetable stir-fry with farm-fresh potatoes and was impressed by the freshness and flavor of the ingredients. I myself enjoyed the Jägerschnitzel (hunter's schnitzel) with fries. The schnitzel was tender, and the sauce was divine. For dessert, we shared fresh waffles with vanilla ice cream, a sweet ending to our evening. The service was friendly, attentive, and always on hand. Restaurant Auszeit provided us with a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back soon!

We ordered the Hessian schnitzel today. It was served quickly, was delicious, and the price was right, too 👍🏻

€3.50 for a portion of fries that consisted of 24 fries. The staff was unfriendly and really bad. The fries tasted like they'd been spit in them. Absolutely not recommended.

It couldn't get any worse. Currywurst and fries for €7.90. Old, burnt sausage with few fries and unfriendly staff.

A small meal is okay for one person. There's a selection for children. But the service was awful, unfriendly, and rude, even to a child. Half the drinks were missing after we ordered. Among other things, we ordered a salad with squid rings with yogurt dressing. This salad was absolutely inedible. We even let other guests smell it, and they confirmed it. After we spoke to the waitress and then the manager, who said it was normal and tasty. She then became very rude and I asked for my money back (€10.90, which is also cheeky for this quality), and one of us was hungry, we will be staying well away from this restaurant! BUT the swimming pool and all the staff are great and very friendly!

The food was good, the service friendly. The ambience was just so-so, the prices felt quite hefty for some dishes. Fries around €3.40, but with currywurst it was €6.90

The food and portions were good for the money and the service was friendly. The cappuccino was also hot and delicious. We'll be happy to come back. 👍😊

Very tasty food and the staff is very nice

My worst restaurant experience this year. Despite staff's best efforts to communicate with us in English/broken Polish and some form of Russian, they didn't bother to serve us until asked. The food came in a strange order and half of our dishes came much later then the first ones. The food was tasteless, like an average English school meal and we had to ask for cutlery. The waitress looked at us but didn't gather that the schnitzel is not a finger food. I understand it is a pool restaurant but some air conditioning would be a welcome commodity in the 35°C heat. AVOID.

Ich finde AUSZEIT absolut klasse! Euer Essen schmeckt 1A, Euer Service ist TOP und aus der Location habt ihr das Beste rausgeholt, mega SCHÖN (vor allem wenn ich an andere "Restaurants", die im Schwimmbad integriert sind, denke!! Macht weiter so! Komme immer wieder gerne zu euch, auch wenn ich Mal nicht ins Aqua Park zum schwimmen gehen sollte. Liebe Grüße von einem sehr zufriedenen Kunden! :-)

Wir haben die besten Burger hier bekommen ! Super nettes Team, nicht typisch Schwimmbad essen ! Die Preise sind faire. Die belgischen Waffeln mit allem sind ebenfalls sehr lecker. Das nächste mal werden wir Schnitzel essen und unsere Bewertung abgeben. Weiter so !

Sehr leckere Gerichte und Süßspeisen. Das Personal ist sehr höflich. Fahre oft zu meiner" Auszeit hin".

Die Ambiente ist schön, sehr gemütlich, die Bedienung ist immer freundlich und nett, und das Essen schmeckt immer lecker
