We had them delivered. Unfortunately absolutely unacceptable regarding delivery. The entire order was mixed up, so neither the bread, sauces nor anything else was right. We kept the order because we didn't feel like making a complaint, but this is the second time. It's a real shame because otherwise the food is as expected.

Big YouTube advertisement that doesn't correspond to the quality of the food. On July 7th, 2025 I went to the snack bar to eat the tasty Hänschen. Unfortunately the chicken was very small, very dry and probably from the day before. I paid €6.80 + fries and mayo €11.00 without a receipt. The fresh chickens were grilled in the grill. I didn't see the dishes that were shown on YouTube in the store. Been there once and not anymore. Had stomach constipation for a day.

Unfriendly, slow and in general not a great experience. Giving out food to there friends before serving paying customers...

Meat not fresh. I ordered Döner Teller and didn't touch anything. The staff dismissed me as usual without asking why I hadn't eaten.

Unfortunately I have to express my disappointment. For the second time, my order arrived in a completely unacceptable condition - this time the soup had completely leaked, the bag was soggy and the food was no longer edible. When I called, there was no response or solution from the restaurant. What makes the whole thing even more disappointing: I have always valued Citta very much, eaten there often and ordered regularly. All the worse that after these repeated experiences I now have to decide against it. It's really a shame how things turned out

Had spare ribs, which were super tasty, the chicken wings were a bit too dry, ice cream for dessert was also delicious

The quality of the kebab is okay. The prices are quite high. Unfortunately, customers' wishes are not taken into account because the employees process the orders far too hectically and cause a lot of confusion.

We had burgers (large) as well as schnitzel (children) and Maultaschen salad - all generous portions, which were very well received. Everything tasted very tasty. I'm always very happy when I find a gin fizz on the drinks menu instead of a gin and tonic - it was also very tasty. We would definitely come again. The service would benefit from a smile or two.

The Bolero in Wandsbek in the UCI Center is no longer. It's a shame, we used to go there often to go to the cinema. Now the entire center has a rather dystopian impression.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I received this portion for €9. This is more than an absolute disgrace. For comparison, my 6 year old son's hand in the photo. It is a standard side salad packaging, approx. 10x10cm When I raised the subject, I was assured that this was the normal portion size. Unfortunately I paid in advance! Thank you NEVER AGAIN

The food is no worse or better than at other Asian restaurants, but the service is extremely unfriendly. Even my very generous tip of €9 on a €7 order didn't improve the mood. Another lesson learned.

Very dirty employees. Handling the food is very dirty. This store is not recommended. The food inspection once again excels in refusing to work!

The service is terrible. The waiters are rude instead of friendly. We got salad with rotten shrimps and pizza with imitation cheese. We told the waiter that. He said without thinking: "I don't know. I don't eat shrimps myself." That's it. 🥴
