Delicious pizza The four of us had two 50cm pizzas, which were served on a raised platter. Both were delicious. The servers were friendly and quick. The seating isn't particularly pleasant, as you're sitting in a space that opens onto the shopping mall, but it was manageable for us. Unfortunately, beer was only available from bottles.

The service is terrible. The waiters are rude instead of friendly. We got salad with rotten shrimps and pizza with imitation cheese. We told the waiter that. He said without thinking: "I don't know. I don't eat shrimps myself." That's it. 🥴

Food very good. Staff very friendly. But the staff should flirt with the female guests if they are accompanied by men

We were actually regular customers, but today pizza was underbaked and raw! Ordered a large pizza to take away for 27 euros, at home first children ate it, then adults... only then noticed that the chicken was half raw. This is dangerous, especially for children! Very disappointing.

We ordered pizza, the pizza was hard, tasteless, burnt. It wasn't fresh, it was just reheated. There was no tomato sauce or cheese, the onion was raw, the peppers were old and the olives were old. All the ingredients on the pizza were not fresh. A disaster. The waiters were unfriendly. Only the coke was good. The price-quality ratio is zero. Change the pizza chef.

Enjoyed an excellent pizza 🍕 on site. I can't comment on what the previous reviewers have said, as I generally don't order much. The ambiance is well-designed for the size of the restaurant, and the presentation is pleasant. The pizza tastes exceptionally good! I shared a 50cm pizza with my family, and it's absolutely huge. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

As described in the current reviews - at first greasy, nice and friendly, when it came to the bill, my mother's pizza was supposed to cost 3 euros more because it had ham on it<< It has to be said that my mother actually only wanted a pure Champions pizza. My vegetarian pizza with gorgonzola and mozzarella didn't taste like anything and the dough on my pizza wasn't cooked through either. The cellar was extremely unfriendly when paying and he didn't like the fact that I brought up the extra cost for the ham. Absolutely incapable of criticism. Better go eat pizza somewhere else!

We came across this shop while strolling the mile. The coffee bar looks very Italian with Illy branding. We naturally expect Italian flair in the service and the coffees. However, we were completely disappointed. The only thing that tastes good is the purchased Nata. A burnt taste of milk and/or espresso dominates all coffee drinks. The complaint was dismissed in an unprofessional and very customer-unfriendly manner. A paltry 10% was due to the overwhelmed service. If you want a delicious drink, you should definitely avoid this franchise. Any fully automatic machine produces better coffee than this shop.

I particularly noticed the nice service - thank you very much. Very attentive and friendly staff. Considering that this restaurant is in a residential complex, they have brought out the best. The food is good, decent portions, everything tastes good. The prices are rather high, but these days they are almost normal. If I'm hungry while shopping, I like to go here. I pay the same if I go to the food court so the ambiance isn't that nice.

One of the most disgusting restaurants I know. The pizza tastes like nothing but the worst thing is the staff there!!! At first greasy nice and then very unfriendly with the feeling that you are being cheated with the billing by incorrect verbal price information (oral price increases). Absolutely not recommended. One star is too many!!! Pizza has no taste! Very unprofessional! Verbal price increase. Explanation from the waiter: “My colleague is new and gave the wrong prices.” Very unfriendly and rude waiter. I've never experienced anything like that. Avoid this store!

Ciao Bella is an Italian food outlet. I have tried it in Hamburg as well as in Berlin. My experience was good both times.

You can forget you're in a shopping mall. Great food, freshly prepared at the best prices. As a bonus, very courteous service with short waiting times.

Very nice atmosphere, you feel comfortable here! Very nice and courteous staff. And of course the food makes you want to come back again and again!

I didn't like the pizza at all, it was too greasy and the bottom was burnt.

We had the Ciao Bella Burger. According to the menu it should have pesto and onions marinated in balsamic vinegar. When I took a closer look at the burger, there was no pesto or balsamic onions on it. Just put plain onions on top. There was no sauce at all on the bottom. When we asked where the pesto was, we were given two small bowls with pesto and the 'buger sauce'? kindly brought. I felt the burger patty was made from a ready-made product. Here I also noticed that I should always specify the size of the drink I want to order, otherwise you always seem to get the large glass. Well then, we won't be coming back.

I often went there for a drink. Today I noticed that we were charged 7 euros more every time. When asked about it, I was insulted and treated like trash. Impossible!!!!

I ordered a slice of pizza, but that didn't feel fresh neither the taste was great. I had ordered pasta last time and that was also fine but better than their pizza.

Ambiente nicht schön, ist ja mitten im Einkaufszentrum. Kellner nett, aber nicht sehr aufmerksam. Essen leider nicht gut. Nudeln aufgewärmt mit hartem Rand, Sossen Fertigprodukte. Preise viel zu teuer.

Wir hatten hier Latte und Schokolade sowie zwei Stücke Apfelkuchen, alles einwandfrei und die Bedienung höflich und gut, nur der Preis mit 17.70€ erscheint unangemessen. 5.50€ für eine Schokolade (Pulver), da würde ich mir als Betreiber Sorgen machen ob es wirklich ein angemessener Preis ist, wir werden hier nicht wieder so schnell einkehren. Sollte ein Betreiber nicht daran interessiert sein Kunden an sein Lokal zu binden? Offenbar nicht, man stelle sich mal vor wenn jetzt noch die MwSt. wieder erhöht wird.....

War ganz lecker. Kann man mal machen. Die Portionen waren wirklich sehr groß. Preis völlig Ok.

Wir waren zum Mittag hier, das Essen kam rasch und war gut angemacht. Portion war verhältnismäßig groß, leider waren die Nudeln aufgewärmt und deshalb etwas hart am Rand, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Für den Preis (inkl 1 Flasche Wasser 37€) muss das nicht sein. Dennoch: Kann man gut hingehen.

Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Essen ist gut. Für eine Pause während des Shoppings ist es zum Sitzen und Essen in Ordnung.

Schneller und freundlicher Service, hatte Spaghetti Carbonara bestellt, sehr gute Portion und sehr lecker...vielleicht weniger Sahne!

Bolognese und pasta quattro formaggi einfach lecker 😋 wir kommen gerne wieder. Zur fiesen Bewertung unter mir : ich finde es angenehm, dass die Mitarbeiter versuchen den italienischen Flair zu präsentieren mit der Musik und den italienischen Wörtern. Ist doch egal, dass es keine Italiener sind. Die u.a Bewertung ist einfach lächerlich

Essen ist ok. ABER : Warum macht man hier auf Italiener ???! Die ganze Deko und das ganze gehabe incl. der Musik ist auf Italienische Inhaber und Köche gepimpt...Aber weder die Köche noch die Angestellten noch sonst irgendjemand der hier arbeitet ist Italiener was soll der Quatsch ?! Ich tue doch auch nicht so als wenn ich Spanier oder so bin...Fakeladen unnötige verarsche..Personal war sehr humorlos...Essen war gut

Der Service ist wirklich super freundlich und das Essen im Bistro ist wirklich gut. Wir hatten einen Salat und Nudeln, der Salat war super frisch und es waren sogar mehrere Sorten gemischt. Es gibt frischen Parmesan zu den Nudeln und kleine frische Pizzabrötchen mit Dip gab's so dazu. Für eine Shoppingpause genau das richtige!

Super Laden. Meiner Meinung nach waren das die besten Tortellinis mit Cabonara die ich je gegessen hab!!! Außerdem das mitgelieferte Brot schmeckt sensationell:) liebe es!! Wirklich netter laden!! LG Lotti

Πολύ όμορφο περιβάλλον και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.Παραγγείλαμε μια caprese σαλάτα(μοτσαρέλα,ντομάτα)η οποία ήταν καταπληκτική!!!Ενώ η πίτσα(margerita) με τέσσερα τυριά,δεν μου άρεσε...θα έπρεπε να έχει και κάποιο αλμυρό τυρί,για να της δώσει γεύση. Οι τιμές πολύ καλές.

J'y ai mangé lors d'un séjour à Hambourg et j'en garde un bon souvenir. Pas d'attente, sûrement lié à l'heure. Les pizzas étaient succulentes et pour le mojito, j'ai connu mieux mais il se laissait savourer. Mention spécial au serveur, très aimable et professionnel.

Tolles Essen und super Service. Was will man mehr?

Hallo, diese Lokalität besuche ich regelmäßig und immer wieder gerne. Bei meinen Einkäufen in der Hamburger Meile lege ich hier häufig eine Mittagspause ein. Die angebotenen Speisen sind klasse und auch preiswert. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und sie sind auch immer für einen kleinen Spaß aufgeschlossen. Dieses italienische Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Very nice hosts who try their best to pick up something from you language and feel you comfortable. It is very noisy but I think normal for a shopping mall restaurant.

Schlechtererer im Geschmack als Vapiano zu Preisen eines durchschnittlichen Restaurants in der City. Dreimal aufgewärmte Nudeln, rohe Beilagen auf der Pizza. Muss nicht sein für diese Preise. EC Zahlung möglich, ein paar Sitzmöglichkeiten, sonst freundliche Bedienung.

Irgendwie ist die Meile langweilig ...

Waren jetzt zwei Mal vor Ort im Laden essen und haben zweimal bei Lieferando bestellt. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Essen war immer sehr lecker. Wir hatten gestern einen kleinen Extrawunsch, der problemlos umgesetzt wurde :)
