Yesterday I visited the "Schweinske" restaurant in Bergedorf and was overall satisfied, but not completely convinced. The ambience of the restaurant is modern and stylish, which immediately catches the eye. The house lemonade is refreshing and the service is nice, if sometimes a bit too personal. I prefer the service to remain friendly but also professional. 💬 I found it a bit annoying that when I left I was told again that I hadn't yet given a review. I think that should be left to the guest. 🙏🏼 Let's get to the food: the sour meat was unfortunately a disappointment. The meat itself was good, but the matching jelly was unfortunately missing. Instead, it was watery and didn't taste particularly good. The fried potatoes, on the other hand, were again very tasty. In addition, the price of €9.90 for a lunch special is great! 👏🏼 Overall, I would give the restaurant “Schweinske” 4 out of 5 stars. There is definitely potential, but also some things that should be handled differently.

The food was great, the service is really A1 with stars and super child-oriented. We felt really comfortable.

After the renovation, the "new Schweinske" 🐷 in Lohbrügge has not only improved visually but also in terms of service 👍🏻 keep it up.... We'd love to come back 😃

Was in the Schweinske after Langen. We don't like the modern style at all, unfortunately the rustic flair is completely gone. Food is good but the portions are also smaller. Overall it's ok, unfortunately nothing more.

I wanted to thank the nice staff from yesterday who gave me a non alcoholic treat for my birthday. Gifted a cocktail and played the super sweet music. 🥰 This made my birthday even better. The food was great and your new ambience looks bright and inviting.

The restaurant has been revamped quite nicely! The team is very accommodating and nice! The food was, as always, very good! I found it a little too open, the view of the neighbor or the view from the window outside! At the old Schweinske it was more separated because of the light! I would like a little privacy, be it a plant from the neighbor or a film for the window, for privacy!! You would have to give the guests more time, i.e. we had just taken the last bite and the plates were already being taken away !We didn't ask for the bill either, we were asked whether we wanted to pay in cash or by card! We felt it was a polite dismissal! It would also be enough if someone asked if everything was OK! The relaxed, carefree atmosphere is no longer there!

We liked it and will be there more often visit. The food was very good, as was the service very polite.👍

Our stay on March 30, 2025 was super relaxed. We found our place quickly (reserved). Were received in a friendly manner by the waiters. Food was tasty. And thanks to the friendly waiters, the children were even able to play with balloons and have fun. We were all satisfied. Many thanks to the team.

Newly renovated everything very nice, Food was tasty too… It would have been a nice evening, except that skirting boards were screwed on right next to us during the meal... that could have been avoided... unfortunately there is no bread anymore... but the food and service was still A1👍

Unfortunately, any changes come with a hefty surcharge. Skipping fries and coleslaw and replacing them with fried potatoes costs an extra €2.80, even though you get less. Oh well...

The food has become a lot better...last time it was very good...the portion too...the previous owner gave us burnt fried potatoes or green liver, and when you said something there was just a stupid answer

Ordered 2 meals and 2 mistakes, it doesn't work. Inventory can be renewed from time to time. Serving friends is more important. Long wait even though there wasn't much going on.

Went there spontaneously today; It wasn't too crowded, but we still had to wait forever before we could even order. The dish came with a choice of 2 side salads - because I wasn't asked, I specifically asked for one of these salads - but I still got the other one without a word. At the other meal there were only the side dishes, the schnitzel was completely forgotten. The food was disgusting. When asked about our payment request, an employee wanted to send the colleague - who then didn't come. We went to the counter and were left standing there again because here, too, the private chat session was felt to be more important. The service was more concerned with private meetings at the Schweinske than with the customers/the job. In addition, there was not a single intact chair in the area where we sat. We definitely won't be coming back.

It was a nice visit, unfortunately the waiter wasn't really motivated, otherwise sales would have been higher, but if you can't get any drinks without shouting across the shop... It's a shame, but we'll definitely come back anyway.

We ate there with our lively three boys under the age of 6. The food was very tasty and generous portions. The service staff was very child-friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable with our boys. Gladly again!

I ordered fried potatoes and they were disgusting and only lukewarm. I then ordered new ones, which were hot but only warmed up and not freshly fried in the pan. The waiter spoke perfect German at the beginning, but when I complained he didn't understand it either. Then I had to pay the full price. I won't eat there again in my life, even though I'm actually a fan of Schweinske because of Billstedt.

I'm disappointed. Friday evening, shop almost empty. Service still felt overwhelmed. Forgot cutlery, it took a long time for him to bring the cocktails, forgot dressing for the salad. The cocktails were really bad. Otherwise they're doing pretty well there. The food, well. I try again and again and am always disappointed. Toilets not clean. Toilet paper on the floor. The sink was really scary. The "towel dispenser" didn't work. Sitting outside in the summer and having a drink was always comfortable. Maybe you had a very bad evening. What a shame!

Actually no star. Although the Schweinske in Lohbrügge was not well attended (why?), the waitress only walked past me a few times. Other guests complained to the bartender that no one came to take an order. After the employee walked past me again without asking me what I wanted to eat/drink, I left the store and went to eat somewhere else... Since the Schweinske in Bergedorf/Lohbrügge has been run by people who are obviously from outside the industry, the service has been subpar . But of course the private cell phone is more important than the guest. 😡 Addition: I was there again today, January 10, 2025, to give the store another chance and experienced the same thing. I sat at the table for about 10 minutes. There was no service - really unbelievable. 🤬 Never again, at least not with the current operators.

Unfortunately you have to give one star to be able to write a review. My stay there was a disaster, I had the feeling that I was being attacked by the cockroaches there. It's unbelievable that a shop like this is allowed to be open. And I really mean cockroaches. I spoke to the staff.

Despite reservations for 5 people, no table was reserved upon arrival. It took a very long time for drinks and food to be brought. The cocktails, what can I say... Unfortunately inedible, Pina Colada and Caipi not recognizable and not drunk either. The food order came to the table incorrectly and was not prepared as expected. The service person excused it by saying that she was new and alone in the whole shop. Of course that's not possible and mistakes can happen. So Schweinske boss, please don't let your employees work alone, that's unreasonable for the staff and paying guests! and therefore only 1 star. Happy new year to 2025

We had to wait over an hour for the food, with no information in between, as if we were air. Instead of wedges there were suddenly fried potatoes. There was no bread. The waitress took forever to process the billing. Terrible.

The pepper sauce tasted like it came out of a bag, unfortunately the potatoes also were not cooked through and were still partly raw, the schnitzel was tasty, but the drinks were also good, the schnitzel can be missed,

I was here for breakfast. The cheese breakfast was very tasty and the huge rolls were a highlight. The service was really nice, humorous and very friendly.

We didn't get the food we ordered. When we asked, the right side dish came, the rest we wanted wasn't there (even though it was on the menu). When paying, €2 more was deducted, which we then saw on the bill. There was no excuse for that. We don't go there anymore.

Delivery service: Schnitzel and fried potatoes were cold, fried potatoes were only a small portion for an xxl dish and there were almost more onions and bacon than the potato slices, which were a maximum of 1 euro in size, felt like leftovers from a pan. the bread was completely missing.

Price performance is good. Food was appealing and tasty. Service was friendly and attentive. However, something could be done to the facility.

The restaurant makes a very run down impression. The food we ordered was so unsightly when it was served that it actually had to be returned. The plaice was shattered and tasteless and sometimes not served warm. Served with fried potatoes overloaded with onions floating in oil. It didn't taste particularly good and the price was too expensive for such a menu. We won't be coming back any time soon. Maybe a change in the kitchen would help here.

I had Schnotzel ABBA which was so delicious with Köttbullar with cheese sauce, egg spaetzle, preuselberries and salad. The Braumeisterschnitzel was an imposition - soggy breading, the "fried potatoes" were bacon potato salad and instead of cucumber salad ("it's out") there was mixed. Unfortunately it was a complete flop, which even the friendly service couldn't make up for.

Was everything better before? Maybe not always, but with these pigs it's actually true. Restaurant is no longer up to date, the prices for the food delivered are not appropriate. Cocktails and “homemade” drinks seem boring and made with little passion. It happens too often that something is forgotten or not delivered correctly. What shouldn't be missed is that every now and then the EC card payment doesn't work, of course it happens......🫢🤥 The furnishings seem outdated and the fabric on many of the seats is already worn out or patched with tape.

Great shop. Great food, moderate prices and competent staff. Unfortunately there is Pepsi instead of Coca Cola but that is up to each person. Even suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
