Sorry but conscientious employees don't even open their mouths, neither hello nor a sum that has to be paid. So really poor performance if you don't feel like working with guests you should change jobs!
I ordered a glass noodle salad and got fried glass noodles. The lady then vehemently and shouted that I had ordered number 47, which is simply not true. A colleague kindly offered me a salad, which helped a bit. Other customers would have left without paying if they behaved like that.
I think it's unfortunately because German is hardly spoken. otherwise the situation probably wouldn't have come about in the first place.
Die Lage des Restaurants ist großartig. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Wasser. Der Besitzer spricht wenig Englisch, aber er war geduldig genug, um unserem gebrochenen Deutsch zuzuhören und es zu verstehen. Das Essen ist traditionell deutsch und in Ordnung.
Wir wussten bereits, dass Bargeld in Deutschland noch immer König ist und viele Geschäfte keine Kartenzahlung akzeptieren. Als wir jedoch bezahlen mussten und der Gesamtbetrag 150 Euro betrug, hatten wir nicht erwartet, dass wir auch das in bar bezahlen müssten. Wer hat denn so viel Bargeld bei sich, dachten wir. Der Besitzer fand es ganz normal und schickte uns zu einem Geldautomaten, der zum Glück in der Nähe war. Als wir zu Hause waren, stellte sich heraus, dass die improvisierte Quittung, die auf ein Stück Papier geschrieben war, nicht stimmte. Es waren 10 Euro zu viel berechnet worden. Der Preis, den man als Gast zahlt, weil ein Restaurant nicht mit der Zeit gehen will?
Ordered at 8 p.m. and delivered at 10 p.m. - two hours of waiting isn't possible! We called the store twice and were repeatedly assured that the driver would be there shortly. Disappointing.
After Pizza Planet closed or was replaced by New York Pizza, I heard some people around me say that the pizzas, for example, no longer tasted good.
But today, after much deliberation, I decided to order a pizza to see for myself.
And what can I say? The pizza was still very warm when it arrived, it tasted delicious, and it was delivered very quickly. The delivery person was also very nice and friendly.
I simply don't have a single complaint and will definitely order from there more often from now on.
You can eat anything you want, whether Mexican, Indian, pizza, gyros, pasta, baguettes and the best thing is that it even tastes quite good. You can't compare it with a specialty restaurant (except Indian) but if you don't expect perfect food, but rather arrive with the standard requirements, it is simply top to recommend and the price performance is just right
CAUTION, food poisoning with pizza! We ordered from you again yesterday after months on April 21st, 2025 and we ordered two Hawaiian pizzas. The consistency of the pizza was very strange. Anyway, my partner is now at home with food poisoning which is giving him extreme stomach cramps. This was also confirmed by the doctor this morning. I personally find it a real cheek. Review at the time: We order quite often at the moment and there is a certain delivery person from you who I think is cheeky. Last time he forgot to bring a milkshake and then gave it to my boyfriend in a really annoyed way, but just now, no. Does he think he has to yell at my boyfriend because we ordered four Cokes with our meal (we had unexpected visitors, sorry??) like, "Yeah, next time you can just go and buy the Cokes in the store." And he did it again in a really annoyed way. If he doesn't want to do this work then he should look for something else? What's the point of making fun of customers? Especially since we always pay quite a lot at Domino's. It's a real disgrace. I liked the other suppliers before me a lot more than the current one.
The other reviews are all lies. In just 2 years, this "restaurant" has been so run down that they can no longer even afford fresh produce or a real chef. What you end up with has nothing to do with Asian cuisine and only coconut milk and fat. And I pay €12 per portion for the simplest dish on the menu? Really ashamed of you. You used to be good. But apparently it's been a while. I don't even get a fortune cookie for an order of €30. No thanks, no see you next time.
You get what is promised. Delicious food for a reasonable price, great for lunch on the go. Portions are good, the employees are friendly. Even if the line is long, you can get there quickly.
Otherwise, it's just a restaurant in the main train station so you shouldn't expect too much from the ambience. Still recommended!
Unfortunately the food was incredibly tasteless, bolo and tomato sauce were cooked without tomatoes but with more water (don't confuse it with sea water, otherwise there would at least have been salt in the food). The pizza calzone had a very high egg content, probably because the chicken mistook the calzone for a nest, and the water sauce was again excellent.
In a bolo you will find pureed tomatoes with individual, rare minced meat crumbs that taste like Styrofoam.
All in all a worthwhile experience. I hereby energetically close the space to this restaurant, aka Italians, aka waterbenders.
We ordered a lot yesterday, but unfortunately we discovered at home that the menu we ordered was missing. Since we didn't want a receipt, we wondered how we would prove that we didn't get everything we paid for. The next day, we went to the store and found that they had left the forgotten one refrigerated and had been waiting for us the previous day, hoping we would come back and pick it up. In the end, the menu we had forgotten was remade for us free of charge and we came out of the situation with 2 menus. Great, very nice employees 👍🏻👍🏻
