Very homely, good food at a reasonable price.

We went there for the first time yesterday during our vacation, but certainly not the last. The food was very good, the owner friendly – ​​all in all, very good.

Beautiful scenery, though not a distant view, steep climb on boring gravel. We were looking forward to refreshments. Closed! The weather wasn't great. A sign at the parking lot would have been nice. There are better tours with guaranteed refreshments!

They charged me €8.50 for a pizza even though it cost €10.50

Great landlord who still cares about the well-being of his guests and shows it every day, instead of just chasing sales and money! And the food, yes, within a radius of at least 50 km, probably the best schnitzel with homemade potato salad! Of course, the schnitzel is also freshly breaded and deep-fried in bitter lard!! Who still does that?? Who even makes the sauce for the currywurst themselves?! Just someone with a love for cooking and their guests and who loves their job as a restaurateur!! Great, honestly 5 gold stars!! Actually, not enough!! So, I'll give it a 6th star!!

A dream from the wood-fired oven! The pizza was simply perfect – a light crust and a thin, crispy base with just the right roasted flavors from the wood-fired oven. The topping of fresh mushrooms and juicy ham went perfectly together, and the tomato sauce was beautifully fruity and full of flavor. You can immediately tell that the ingredients are lovingly prepared here. Highly recommended for all pizza lovers! 🍕🔥
