Very fine food, friendly service - lemon sorbet and espresso are on the house after your meal. Only the ambience leaves a little to be desired, but this is also due to the location on a relatively busy street (for a city center). All in all great, the price-performance ratio leaves nothing to be desired.

Really nice little Italian restaurant, somewhat hidden in a side street. Just a small card, but that's okay is offered is really tasty. This was our second time there and it certainly won't be the last time. The very friendly service goes hand in hand with the really good Italian dishes. Really recommended

Yesterday we happened to eat at Cortina due to train problems. We really enjoyed the pizzas and the salad. The ingredients are high quality, you can taste it. The operator, his mother and the waitress were very friendly, so we felt comfortable.

Funny, was I at another restaurant 🤔? It was pretty cold there, comfort is different. But the unfriendliness of the boss/cook surpassed everything. One of our group complained about his pizza, rightly so - everything in the middle was sticky/liquid - probably not enough heat on the bottom because the thick edge was already burnt. The blast, we've been waiting for 55 minutes, right at the border!!!! The delivery service was more important - I naively always thought local customers had priority. The boss/cook came to the table and said the pizza was fine and was completely unwilling to fix the mistake in any way. "We should eat up, pay and leave quickly and (while leaving) not come back!!!" What a disgrace - something like this has never happened to me/us. The guest in question left hungry. Very sad!! The young waitress was very nice and still received a tip. We did not behave in an unacceptable manner towards the staff, we simply drew attention to a grievance. The reaction could also have been: 'Sorry, I'll put the pizza back in the oven quickly' Maybe the pressure between the delivery service and the guests on site was too high and/or we were just unlucky, but that doesn't change the feeling!

Unfortunately we were charged €38 for a bottle of very average wine that wasn't chilled.

Very tasty food. Neapolitan delicious pizza with super tasty dough. The starter was also very good. The service was super nice even though we came in shortly before closing time. The sorbet on the house was also good.

Noodles were super tasty and the prices are fair. We even got a lemon sorbet and an espresso on the house! Very friendly staff. The only negative point is that the menu is unfortunately very small...especially if you want something without meat, there is hardly any choice.

Unfortunately the menu is very small. There are a few pizza and pasta dishes to choose from and a few other specialties that I didn't notice because they aren't my taste. The spaghetti my wife ordered was very tasty. The base of my pizza tasted very good, unfortunately the pizza topping in the middle made it very soggy but still tasty. From the ordering process to bringing the food to the table, everything went very well. When we wanted to pay it took a very long time, even though there were only 4 people in the restaurant. Maybe the waitress didn't understand us properly. The friendliness wasn't bad either. We would go there again for dinner.

We have rarely eaten such delicious pizza! An Italian restaurant with a very special flair! Everything was perfect, we felt very comfortable and we will definitely be back :) And we were served very friendly and attentively!

Delicious food, fast good service

Had a spontaneous meal there. The small but fine restaurant is simply furnished. In summer you can still sit on the terrace. Service was nice and not intrusive. I had a Pinsa Margarita (10.80), which was definitely fresh from the oven. Fresh ingredients and very fluffy, delicious dough. Would come again. Price performance is right. Small note you can only pay in cash

We went there spontaneously and were very happy with the choice. The food is great and the service is really very accommodating. The map is selected and clear. Here the focus is clearly on quality and taste!

As a Vegan I was taken care of well, the food here is made with passion and love not for money, I came here once to try and ended up having dinner here every night for the entire week because it was so good Highly recommend you visit this place Also one of the only kitchens in town that opens late, others advertise a late opening time but if it isn't busy they close the kitchen, this isn't the case here. The owner is a friendly nice guy always a a pleasure to share the space with him. The pasta is amazing, the pizzas are to due for and the beer was always crisp The lemon sorbet was absolutely the best thing I have ever had

Unexpectedly, but even greater was the joy of excellent mussels, a fantastic pizza and wines at very reasonable prices. The grappa was on the house, thank you very much!!!

Very tasty little restaurant where you are warmly welcomed as a guest. The pizza was incredibly tasty and the staff was very friendly. At the end there was a schnapps from the boss. We will definitely go there more often.

Es wäre sehr schade, wenn kleine Restaurants mit liebevollem Service so langsam von der Bildfläche Kaufbeurens verschwinden. Hier kocht die Mama selbst und das merkt man auch. Es schmeckt einfach gut. Probiert es doch einfach mal aus, es lohnt sich bestimmt 😃👍🍕🍝 Und sagt der Mama und dem Team einfach mal "Hallo 👋" (Best Carbonara in Town😉)

La Cortina restaurant located in the center of Kaufbeuren in the pedestrian area. Place recommended by my partner's brother. Welcoming and familiar atmosphere, we ate spaghetti with seafood, pizza bread, bruschetta, spaghetti Bolognese and peppered mussels, wine and drinks. Excellent quality and fresh food. Congratulations to the chef and all the staff at Cortina, keep it up, you are the first in the Kaufbeuren area. RECOMMENDED PLACE TO EAT ITALIAN PRODUCTS

The three of us were there for dinner, 😊The atmosphere is cozy, the hospitality was very warm. The food was really delicious, you can taste the love for cooking! Anyone looking for a mega Italian restaurant in Kaufbeuren has found it here

War heute eher zufällig als Kurzurlauber aus München im CORTINA. Der Service war super freundlich, die Pizzen mega lecker von hand gemacht und nicht aus der Pizzaform. Das bestellte spontan-Dessert sehr fein und hübsch präsentiert. Dann gab es noch ein selbstgemachtes Zitronen-Sorbet aufs Haus. Bei der Tochter ohne, bei mir sogar mit Alkohol verfeinert. Und am meisten überraschte mich, dass selbst kurz vor Ladenschluss, sogar noch ein Kaffee möglich war ohne dass die Maschine bereits stundenlang gereingt war, wie ich es so oft erlebe. Beim nächsten Kaufbeuren Kurzurlaub, weiss ich wo ich zum Pizza essen gehe. Tolles Team !! Tolles Lokal !!

bester Italiener in Deutschland

Klein, italienisches Radio, längere Wartezeiten weil alles ganz frisch zubereitet wird, hervorragendes Essen.

Ich besuche regelmäßig dieses Restaurant, weil es vom Geschmack einfach unübertrefflich ist. Man merkt, dass ausschließlich mit frischen Zutaten gekocht wird. Das Essen wird wunderschön angerichtet und die Stimmung in dem Laden ist immer total entspannt. Leider musste ich die letzten zwei Male etwas länger als üblich auf mein Essen warten, deswegen nur 4 von 5 Sterne. Die leckeren Gerichte haben den kleinen Ärger, aber sofort wieder vergessen lassen.

Ein ganz süßes, italienisches Restaurant. Und damit meine ich wirklich, italienisch! Die Karte ist relativ klein, aber mit tollen Gerichten und landestypischen Zutaten. Wir haben sehr selten - ja man könnten sagen, noch nie - so etwas Leckeres gegessen. Als Geschenk zum Abschluss bekamen wir sogar noch wahlweise Espresso oder Limoncello. Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön. Ein kleines Gässchen in der Innenstadt, wir saßen bei tollem Wetter Abends außen. Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Die Qualität sehr überzeugend! Preise waren beispielsweise: Margarita Pizza 7,40 Pinsa mit Rucola, Mozzarella und Tomaten 10,40 Sprite / Cola 3,20 Helles Bier 3,60 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es war ein fantastischer, leckerer Abend!

Sehr leckeres Essen. Kleine Karte aber Pizza wird auf Wunsch zubereitet und schmeckt super. Spagetti waren auch sehr lecker. Damit man den richtigen Wein bekommt gab es vorher zum probieren. Espresso gab es gratis und der Nachtisch, ein Eistörtchen mit innerem Kern.... UNVERSCHÄMT LECKER. Der Chef sehr nett wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pinza e primi piatti eccellenti sapori italiani gestione di famiglia napoletana assaggiando questi piatti ricordo quando ero piccolo buonissimi un congratulazioni in particolare e alla Mamma del titolare la signora Imma ed il marito Signor Lorenzo.

Die Pinsa war leider ziemlich geschmacklos (bei einigen sogar zusätzlich auch kalt in der Mitte) und es hat sehr lange gedauert, bis das Essen da war. Zusätzlich kamen dann auch noch falsche Bestellungen, sodass der Rest von uns am Ende circa 1 Stunde gewartet hat.
