This was the best fried rice I have ever had in my life. The service was excellent, the waiters were very helpful, the decor was nice, and the food was divine! It was so good that I wanted to hug the chef. Well seasoned, a huge portion, and hot. A pleasant surprise. Both my husband and I chose this as one of the best Asian restaurants we have ever eaten at.

The quality of the products leaves a lot to be desired, the prices are too high for the bad food! I do not recommend this restaurant!

The food here was good, had pizza and pasta, the salad tasted like almost nothing, very bland. The waiter was very rude, we were given a bottle of oil and vinegar with the salad and a bowl of parmesan, everything was placed right in front of us and while we were still eating, the waiter came to our table and started eating them Clearing away vinegar and oil bottles and leaning completely over our table while we were still eating was very inappropriate. He then did the same thing again with the parmesan bowl, very strange. We then asked for the bill, the restaurant is not recommended, the service was anything but appropriate.

Ausflug Tegernsee mit Wanderung und Einkehr im Berggaststätte Riederstein am Galaun. Ausgesprochen freundliche Bedienungen, schneller Service trotz voller Terrasse, gut eingeschenktes Bier, große Portion Käsespätzle und im Anschluss ein Traum von einem Kaiserschmarn … frisch zubereitet mit wunderbaren Apfelkompott. Weil alles so gut war ein zweite Runde Tegernseer Dunkel bestellt und noch eine Weile den grandiosen Ausblick von der Sonnenterrasse ins Tal genoßen. Zu erwähnen, wenn auch nicht genutzt, das „Selbstbedienungs-Häuserl“ mit gekühlten Getränken und einer Vertrauens-Kasse. Sehr cool. Auch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um die Gasthof-Terrassen zum Verschnaufen und Selbstversorger. Zudem weit genug entfernt ein Fussball-Tor für die Kids. Alles im Allen ... VERY NICE

This establishment never disappoints. The staff is professional and friendly, the atmosphere is elegant but relaxed, and the culinary offerings are excellent. An absolute recommendation for all connoisseurs of all genders; a true pearl of high-quality gastronomy on Lake Tegernsee!

Decent food, nice view and good prices

Food wasn't good for the price, I ordered pasta with scampi and only got two scampi. Pasta costs €19.90 😕

We can only agree with the critical reviews here. We have been frequent guests at the Hotel “das Tegernsee” in recent years and have always reserved a table in the Senger Restaurant for dinner. The first few times everything was fantastic. Great location, great view, good service and very tasty food, which was cleverly and creatively prepared. On our last visit we were more than disappointed. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right here. Starter, main course, side dishes and salad without any sophistication and no taste highlight, as you would expect in this price range and as we knew it from the past. You feel a bit ripped off. It's a real shame because the hotel is highly recommended. We can only advise you to save your money and invest in a delicious restaurant in Tegernsee.
