Das Essen war absolut überzeugend, sowohl vom Geschmack her als auch bezüglich der Größe der Portionen. Die Preise sind angemessen. Das Personal wirkte allerdings deutlich überfordert. Die Wartezeiten in unserer Gruppe waren extrem unterschiedlich, und man hatte überhaupt größere Schwierigkeiten, die Bestellungen an die richtigen Tische zu bringen. Am Ende passte es dann aber doch irgendwie.
Schönes Wetter, im Cafe eine lange Schlange von Gästen. Es gibt 2 Kassen. 1 für Bargeld, die andere für Kartenzahlung. Das beide Kassen für alle Gäste offen sind, ausnahmsweise, wurde natürlich nicht kommuniziert.
Hinter der Theke liefen 4 Damen und ein Herr auf und ab, ohne die Gäste zu bedienen. Der Herr war nur mit seinem Handy beschäftigt. Dadurch war die Wartezeit unverhältnismäßig lang und viele Gäste gingen wieder. Etwas mehr Struktur und Organisation der Abläufe wäre wünschenswert.
I regularly pick up my pizza myself and in the last 10 orders I have always received fresh and delicious pizza.
Buying recommendation: Pizza Sunshine without pepper salami. 😉
Totally overpriced, €21 for a small plate and the meat was raw, the service brought us the wrong food 3 times, 6-7 employees behind the counter and after ordering it took almost an hour..
We ordered via Lieferando, but the delivery was significantly late. A call to clarify the delivery time only resulted in inadequate information: “Yes, immediately…”
It used to be very good, I've now eaten a kebab twice, unfortunately the bread wasn't fresh (probably from the day before) and the meat was cold and probably had been cut off for a long time if not from the day before or even Saturday (döner kebab was eaten on Monday, as it should have been). it should actually be fresh since it's closed on Sunday).... What a shame 🙄

The food is good, home-style, which is perfectly fine for a sports and club restaurant.
I ordered through uber Eats two days ago.
After an hour I called the restaurant and asked when my food would arrive. He says that because I used a €15 voucher, he won't buy my meal for €6.22. I don't have any food now and my €15 voucher is gone too.

I was in the McDrive from this branch 20 minutes before closing time and my experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that it can be inconvenient to work close to closing time, but I was there within opening hours and expected a professional service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.
At first I wanted to order a McFlurry, but the employee said the machine was “broken”. It was obvious that this was not true and the machine had probably been cleaned ahead of time in order to close earlier. This is a clear lack of respect for customers.
I then ordered a McMenu Der M MM and two additional plant-based burger patties (just the patties). I repeated this twice and confirmed with the employee that these were plant-based products. When I checked my order outside McDrive, I noticed that the burgers were not plant-based patties, but regular ones.
I had to drive back to complain about the error. Although the employee exchanged the burgers, he showed an indifferent attitude, did not apologize and simply said: “Try it now”. As a vegetarian, I find this mistake extremely serious. Failure to follow specific orders can be problematic for people with ethical, religious, or health dietary needs.
I hope that the service will be improved and that customers' concerns will be taken seriously. I cannot recommend this branch.
