Very tasty kebab and dürüm. Nice operator. We'd love to come back. Like most kebabs, the ambience could be nicer with a few tweaks and small investments.
This was a bar in the early 1980’s. I was a young American army soldier (22yrs old) and I dated a waitress (Roswitha) there and was friends with the owner, Brigette. Renout (Spelling incorrect) was a bar tender. I drank beer, played pool and had a great time with the locals there! Roswitha and I were eventually married for a few years.
Insider tip category: Rather inconspicuous and rustic from the outside. However, the rooms are extremely modern and all in a completely newly renovated condition. The service is first-class (suitcases can be carried up, perfectly temperature-controlled rooms, high-class Franconian cuisine and one of the few hotels with a classic minibar at acceptable prices). Parking is a bit tricky, but the landlords are happy to help you find places in your own or public parking space.
Prices are high for a snack bar, but that's not a bad thing if the quality is right. Food tasted like nothing, beef looked rotten and spaghetti was used instead of Asian noodles 🤷🏻🙅
I won't get anything more here...
Food is great - price is right too. We've been getting sushi there for years and everything has always been great, even if the cuisine etc. seems a bit "unusual". The owner has his own way, which some people interpret as rude, but I don't think so. Possibly due to a language barrier. tldr.: The sushi tastes good!
Think about it, you write your own comments about the crispy base and fantasize about something, ordered pizza again today on January 12th, 2025, very bad pizza base, not crispy at all, base was like raw and very floppy and way too moist because of that, the pizza It's not worth a cent if the floor doesn't fit, it'll never fit again, so it's better to open it up on site and take a look
It was very, very loud.
Bad advice because it cost one of my companions more money. Tables were not cleaned. It was very chaotic when the food was served.
