A big compliment to the gastronomy at the Gasthof Zur Brücke Kaufering. At the annual dinner for the approximately 50 volunteers of the BRK-Schatztruhe Landsberg, we were all completely thrilled by the culinary quality as well as the service and ambience. Without a long wait, every table was served almost at the same time, despite different dishes from a small menu that was put together according to our wishes in consultation with the boss. A mix of traditional dishes and menus with a surprise effect. For example, as a starter, parsley root foam soup with baked black bread and goat cheese dumplings, served on a bed of lech pebbles. An original decoration. Fortunately, no one ate them. So we didn't have to call on our colleagues from the rescue service...

The three of us wanted to have lunch on Saturday lunchtime. In the entrance area there is a very unpleasant smell, reminiscent of extremely chlorinated water, also on the floor, everything else but clean. Well, it can only get better. There wasn't much going on inside. Smell there too, not good. The three of us just looked at each other. Then a friendly hello and we were escorted to a table. Then the unbelievable thing happened, I've never seen anything like it. The two chairs we wanted to sit on had to be cleaned by hand by wiping them several times. Only then did we see the bench...unbelievable...so dirty. Breadcrumbs not from one predecessor but from several...it looked so shameful. We looked at each other and I said, I don't want to sit there or eat anything. What does it look like in the kitchen then? We told the waitress that we wouldn't sit at such a dirty table. You just have to take a brush and a cloth and clean it. The answer, we don't have to stay there, exactly.....Fuiteufel.....left the restaurant. Never again, unbelievable, the waitress didn't care at all and laughed the whole thing off. I'd rather take my money somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a particularly good experience at this restaurant. Some of my food was raw, which I kindly told the boss about. Although he agreed with me, he said the rest of the dish was fine. When I pointed out that there was no way to know, it didn't seem to be taken seriously. I had the dish returned and received neither a new dish nor an apology. Particularly disappointing: I had to pay full price for the half-finished meal. As a small consolation, we received dessert for the table (4 people). However, this was just one dish divided into four small portions - and even then some ingredients were missing. Overall, the service was disappointing and the value for money left a lot to be desired. It's a shame that with a little more attention and customer focus the situation could have been solved much better.

I really like it here. Delicious food, great cocktails and also a large selection, authentic ambience. I find it a bit expensive now, so unfortunately not for every day for me.

Simply bad... especially the one driver... you're already waiting for an hour for your food and then the driver gets out, runs in circles twice because he can't find the house number (it's clearly legible on the wall of the house) and gets in and drives again. After 3 calls from us and sending directions with location, the guy only shows up again after 15 minutes. The best part was the cold pizzas and the forgotten tzatziki sauce. It was similar the first time but now definitely never again!!
