Wir waren als Familie beim Essen. Das ganze Team war einfach bezaubernd und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch die der Kinder 🥰 vielen Dank Lg Familie schmitt

War früher eine TOP Adresse, heute geht man nur auf Grund fehlender Alternativen. Essen war und ist immer gut. Preislich spielen sie mittlerweile in einer Liga mit Monaco … auch das Personal war schon mal deutlich entspannter (wenn man das so nennen kann) selbst ein Leihe erkennt dass es hier intern wohl nicht passt. Schade ☹️ wäre cool wenn ihr euch wieder auf das, was euch früher ausgemacht hat konzentrieren würdet „zufriedene Kunden = Stammkunden“ …

In der Lasagne al Forno (Bolognese) war Kochschinken (!) (siehe Foto) und unten undefinierbarer brauner Käse und harte Nudeln, die dort nicht hin gehören (? wirkten wie vom Vortag) sowie die Rigatoni mit Sardellen war gerade eine Sardelle oben auf. In der Soße hat man nichts salziges geschmeckt. Auch wenn die Bedienung es behaupteten hat, die Sardellen wären in der Soße. Sie schmeckte wie einfache Tomatensoße. Für diesen Preis nicht in Ordnung. Leider kein kulinarisches Erlebnis 😭 Eigentlich wurden wir auch nicht wie Gäste behandelt. Zur Ehrenrettung, wir waren schon öfter dort und hatten immer Pizza gegessen. Die Pizzas sind sehr gut und auch sehr gut gemacht, der Belag ist wirklich gut und sie streuen auch vor dem Servieren Kräuter darauf, sodass es ein schönes Erlebnis für Auge und Magen war. Trotzdem war die unfreundliche Behandlung und das sehr schlechte Essen ein Schock für uns. Hier wurde leider schon öfter berichtet, dass der Chef auf Kritik sehr schwierig reagiert. So auch bei uns.

Die Nudeln waren extrem salzig und haben leider nicht frisch geschmeckt – eher so, als wären sie schon älter gewesen. Ich habe das Essen deshalb zurückgehen lassen. Was mich aber noch mehr enttäuscht hat, war der Umgang mit meiner Kritik. Statt professionell damit umzugehen, kamen gleich drei Kellnerinnen und später auch der Chef dazu, und man reagierte sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht kritikfähig. Obwohl ich das Essen zurückgegeben habe und es kaum gegessen wurde, musste ich es trotzdem vollständig bezahlen. Sehr schade, besonders weil ich dem Restaurant über lange Zeit treu war.

Kellnerin schüttete mir ein Getränk über meine weiße Hose, außer einem „Sorry“ war hier auch nach Nachfrage keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Selbst vom Chef war mehr als wir zahlen die Reinigung auch nicht drin. Ich bin hier sicherlich 10 Jahre immer gerne hier her gekommen aber das ist alles andere als gastfreundlich. Definitiv war das mein letzter Besuch hier.

Es war extrem heiß im Restaurant, zumindest in dem Bereich, wo die Pizzen gebacken werden, und ziemlich laut! Das Essen war köstlich, die Pizza ist riesig für eine Person. Ich empfehle, sie mit einem Partner zu teilen und etwas anderes von der Karte zu probieren. Die Preise sind angemessen und der Service ist schnell und aufmerksam!

Es war außerordentlich viel los, aber die Pizza kam dafür trotzdem sehr schnell! Und dann war diese absolut lecker!!! Eine Pizza mit Krabben, Lachs, Rucola und eine Calzone. Der Teig war schön luftig und lecker. Dir Pizzen reichlich belegt bzw. gefüllt. Nächstes mal probieren wir auch ein Eis aus der Theke, wir waren nur so gesättigt und hatten einen total leckeren Pizzageschmack im Mund. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe und im Sommer kann man sicherlich toll draußen essen. Klare Empfehlung! 😉🍕🍽🤤

Sehr netter und extrem schneller Service trotz bis in die letzte Ecke voll besetztem Restaurant. Geschmacklich top! Leider um 22 Uhr am Freitag schon Schluss, das ist ein bisschen schade, grade wenn man noch gemütlich sitzt. Und es ist etwas voll bestuhlt, also man sitzt sehr eng am Nachbartisch, aber alles in allem wars ein toller Abend dort! Gerne wieder!

Hatte gestern Abend leider einen unschönen Abend in der Pizzeria. Es kam zu einem. Disput mit dem Chef, nachdem ich meine, Spaghetti Bolognays reklamiert habe. Da die Nudeln, definitiv nicht mehr frisch waren. Dies wollte der Chef nicht akzeptieren. Er war sofort auf Kriegsfuß und wollte von mir nichts hören und nahm meine Reklamation so persönlich und aggressiv auf, dass Er mich auch noch ständig mit seinem Finger in den Arm gestupft hat. Sodass ich ihn bitten musste damit aufzuhören. Damit Er nun den Tisch verlässt habe ich dem Chef mitgeteilt, dass ich das Essen bezahlen würde. Wenn er uns denn nun in Ruhe lassen würde. Meine Freundin wollte eigentlich noch ihre Pizza essen. Nachdem, Er der Chef ist, wollte Er auch das nicht akzeptieren und Wir wurden gebeten zu gehen und nicht mehr wieder zu kommen. Schade, denn normalerweise ist das Essen immer sehr gut gewesen und das Personal war auch immer nett.

Leider unprofessionelle Bearbeitung bei Reklamation.. Inhaber hat sich aufgeführt wie ein kleines HB-Männchen... Da war das Geburtstagsessen schnell vorbei.

Gut und angenehme Atmosphäre. Nur die Bedienungen sind meistens nicht sehr freundlich, mit wenigen Ausnahmen.

Ich war an Silvester zum essen mit meiner familie da, einfach nur wow das Essen war wirklich 1A und es war eine sehr angenehme Stimmung drinnen. Wir hatten ein jungen tätowierten Kellner der war einfach top für sein Alter Respekt! Ich komme gerne wieder hier her !

It's getting on in years, the waiter (young with tattoos) is arrogant/unfriendly and at the same time simply forgets two out of five orders at the table. It used to be a great place to go, but now there are much better alternatives!

The food was fantastic, and it arrived immediately. We finished eating in half an hour. I've been there several times, and it wasn't always that quick, but otherwise it was still very good.

The worst pizza ever. I ordered the Mare Chiaro pizza, which was completely soggy. The dough was completely sloppy in the middle. Arugula wasn't fresh, and I had to hunt for the remaining toppings. The service was unfriendly. Well, there's still room for improvement, or get a frozen pizza.

Our food arrived very quickly and was delicious. I can't recommend the ice cream. I was expecting a creamy scoop of Italian mocha ice cream. I got a crystalline milk ice cream scoop that tasted very little like mocha.

Too crowded, you can't get your food

Unfortunately, there is hardly any friendliness anymore and the cleanliness and general ambience leaves much to be desired.

Disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional!!! I ordered a Quattro Formaggi and unfortunately discovered that it tasted absolutely unconvincing. The tomato sauce seemed watery and lacked any fruity flavor, the dough was soggy, and the Quattro Formaggi had feta cheese cubes on it 🤦 – unfortunately, that had nothing to do with a real Italian pizza. When I politely expressed my criticism, the owner simply replied, "If you don't like it, go somewhere else." – a very unprofessional and disrespectful response. We had previously ordered an antipasti platter that included baby corn on the cob and pickled onions – ingredients that, in my opinion, have little to do with authentic Italian cuisine. The price-performance ratio here is completely out of this world. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place – there are much better alternatives in the area.

Unfortunately, the pasta wasn't al dente – mine tasted okay, but nothing special. My husband's, on the other hand, was really good, with very fresh chanterelles – that was a pleasant surprise. We were less impressed with the cleanliness: the knives and spices (vinegar, oil, salt, pepper) didn't seem very well-maintained, the tablecloth had holes, and the paneling in the conservatory was quite dirty. Unfortunately, the ambiance suffered somewhat as a result. Overall, a mixed impression – the taste was good in some places, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail.

The service has lost its smile and friendliness. The quality and taste of the ice cream have suffered considerably; the cups are overfilled with cream, and the fruit is reduced. The pizza remains delicious.

We've been eating here for years, but not anymore. Ordered pizza to go for the second time, and we were once again extremely disappointed. Barely any toppings and the crust was so salty... well, guests are supposed to drink a lot... and on top of that, it's so outrageously expensive, sorry, it's just not acceptable!

Achtung ! In this restaurant they serve not pizza. It’ s something what looks like pizza but not taste like pizza. I ordered Romana and got untasty , thick cake with something looked like salami but for sure not being this . If you don’t know how to make a real pizza - do not make it. And this arrogant young waiter…rest of team were very polite especially the older waiter.

Basically, yes, but I was disappointed. I ordered a cappuccino, and it was undrinkable. When I told the server, she said that couldn't be right. The cup was made by another server who didn't say a word about it. A small apology would certainly have been appropriate.

The food was delicious, but that didn't disguise the unpleasant atmosphere. The staff seemed very listless and annoyed. With such an unfriendly demeanor and repeated dirty looks, it was difficult to enjoy one's meal. We won't be coming back. The reason for this, however, was the suspicious instructions from the manager that we should clear our UNO cards from the table, as playing cards was not allowed here. What we initially took as a lighthearted joke was completely serious. The reason given was that it had been banned for two years because there had been a fight, and even children weren't allowed to play cards here. Unpleasant, ridiculous, and absolutely not hospitable. Bye.

Wood-fired pizza can be better! There were three of us there, and we were all disappointed. Some of the pizzas were very burnt and covered in liquid, which made them soggy. The shrimp on my seafood pizza had varying textures; some were okay - others were so dry, as if they'd been baked twice... The amount of dressing on the mixed salad would have been enough for five salads, which unfortunately wasn't very appetizing either. The knife for cutting was a total disaster, and it wouldn't have hurt to have cleaned up under our table. And to top it all off, the conceited waitress wasn't even remotely interested in any of this, so I have no choice but to share our experience here.

The pizzas were good and we enjoy them often. However, dear people, the knives are absolutely unacceptable. They're a disgrace and so blunt that a friend of ours preferred to take half the pizza home with her. Please provide knives that aren't BLUNT.

The staff is very reserved. Even though they've known us for years, they don't smile or say a kind word. I can't understand that. We don't eat there as often anymore because it actually bothers us. The restaurant is clean, and the restrooms are usually clean too. The food is good; the food is delicious.

Unser Essen (Pizzen) waren wirklich sehr lecker, jedoch hat uns der Service eigentlich schon zu Beginn an abgeschreckt, diese arroganten Blicke der Kellnerinnen (jede Einzelne), kein einziges Lächeln, nichts, den ganzen Aufenthalt über, wirklich schrecklich. Man hat sich an einem Punkt irgendwann sehr unwohl gefühlt, leider. Wie gesagt, unser Essen war wirklich gut, jedoch ist der Service für uns ein Hauptgrund dort nicht mehr hinzugehen.

We were there as a larger group and ended the evening together - with pizza, pasta and seafood. And we weren't disappointed - from the friendly welcome to the hospitality, food and even a nightcap on the house, that's what I call hospitality. I think everyone liked it too, we'd love to come back 😋👍🏽

We are passing through today, especially off the motorway. Didn't feel like eating at a rest stop. Despite the fact that we were three families (13 people in total), we were warmly welcomed and the boss had a table set up for us. The food and service were great. Great Italian cuisine. Found this restaurant using maps and I can definitely recommend it. It's about 7 minutes from the exit and you're back on the highway in about 5 minutes. (Munich-Austria).

Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. The waitress seemed slightly arrogant, which was further reinforced by the conspicuous chewing of gum. The drink order was taken late and two people received their appetizer before they had their drinks. The wait for the pizza was unreasonably long. When it finally came it was very salty and not particularly big for €12. The tiramisu was tasteless. It was only thanks to the additional chocolate sauce that you could taste anything at all. The spritzer tasted very old and the glass looked as if it had not been washed. After paying, we were treated really unpleasantly when we remained seated for a moment because someone was finishing their drink. There were also discrepancies in the opening times: online it said 10:30 p.m., on Menun.de it even said 11:30 p.m., while we were told that the store closed at 10:00 p.m. The checkout was quick, and I would have liked it to be the same when eating. In addition, despite the presence of customers, Inter Milan's goals were loudly cheered.

We have been going to this restaurant for years but have decided not to go again. As always, I ordered a Carpaccio di Manzo and was completely disappointed. The taste was always okay but nothing special, but the quantity was right. Two years ago the dish cost 12.50 euros, last year it cost 14.50 euros and now it costs 15.50 euros. I understand that everything is becoming more expensive, but then reducing the portion size by a third just seems cheeky to me. The Margherita pizza is also the most expensive in the area and costs 11 euros, but I now go to other Italian restaurants where the quality is a little higher and I don't pay 10 euros.

Waren diese Woche zum MIttagstisch im Piazetta und sind maßlos enttäuscht. Wir kommen seit ca. 15 Jahren in dieses Lokal, mit den Kindern oder mal mit einer Freundin zum Abendessen....der Blick in die Speisekarte erstmal ein Schock: Preise wie in München. Meines Erachtens gibt es, trotz aller höherer Kosten, keinen Grund, seine Preise um mehrere Euro zu erhöhen. Mein Gehalt tut es schließlich auch nicht. Eine Pizza Margherita mit über 11 Euro ist bei uns auf dem Land nicht akzeptabel, genauso wenig wie ein gemischter Salat für 7,50 Euro oder eine kleine Nudelvorspeise für 9 Euro. Einfach alles teuer. Das Personal unfreundlich (diese Gesichter!), das Essen leider auch nicht gut bzw. schmackhaft, der Salat für das Geld zu klein und nichts Besonderes. Die Sahnesoßen nur noch Pampe. Selbst der Schnaps am Ende war mit Wasser gemischt. Ich verstehe es einfach nicht. Die Eisbecher inzwischen 9 Euro und mehr. Nach diesem Mal sind wir bedient. Das war unser letzter Besuch. Den Kaffee haben wir dieses Mal lieber zuhause getrunken, war zuvor schon teuer genug. Da holen wir uns lieber wieder ab und an eine Pizza beim Italiener vor Ort....dort sind die Preise für die Pizzen um 5 Euro günstiger und es ist leckerer. Nebenbei: draußen sitzen ist auch nicht mehr schön. Zuviele Tische, jeder Nachbar direkt neben dir und der raucht dich dann auch noch zu. Nein danke!

I was there with my wife and ordered a Romana pizza on two plates. The drinks were placed on the table without a word. The pizzas were served lukewarm. I complained and asked the pizzas to be served hot. They were taken back without a word and brought back after about 10 minutes. Still lukewarm!!! But then I didn't feel like complaining again and just ate them lukewarm. In the end I told this to the head of the house. But he wasn't interested; on the contrary, he accused me of aggressive behavior. He can do without guests like me (72 year old man and wife). I shouldn't come back. He was about to get physical. Disappear and never be seen again. All I can say is: never again La Piazetta Romana! I have never experienced such a rude, rude host! I can only recommend to the guest: Just don't criticize anything, otherwise the boss will throw you out!

The three of us wanted to have lunch on Saturday lunchtime. In the entrance area there is a very unpleasant smell, reminiscent of extremely chlorinated water, also on the floor, everything else but clean. Well, it can only get better. There wasn't much going on inside. Smell there too, not good. The three of us just looked at each other. Then a friendly hello and we were escorted to a table. Then the unbelievable thing happened, I've never seen anything like it. The two chairs we wanted to sit on had to be cleaned by hand by wiping them several times. Only then did we see the bench...unbelievable...so dirty. Breadcrumbs not from one predecessor but from several...it looked so shameful. We looked at each other and I said, I don't want to sit there or eat anything. What does it look like in the kitchen then? We told the waitress that we wouldn't sit at such a dirty table. You just have to take a brush and a cloth and clean it. The answer, we don't have to stay there, exactly.....Fuiteufel.....left the restaurant. Never again, unbelievable, the waitress didn't care at all and laughed the whole thing off. I'd rather take my money somewhere else.

Haben eine Pizza und eine Lasagne Bolognese bestellt. Leider war die Pizza etwas versalzen und anstatt die bestellte Lasagne, bekamen wir eine ohne Bolognese und diese war auch noch oben verbrannt und zuviel Käse darauf. Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht.

The service was very friendly up until our criticism, but after the comment it looked different. The food was way too salty, when we commented the waitress said “It’s on purpose so that you order more and become thirstier”. Apart from that, the ambience was pleasant and cozy.

We had a fantastic evening in the restaurant! The service was first class - friendly, attentive and always there when you needed something. The food was absolutely outstanding, from the pasta to the pizza - everything was fresh, perfectly prepared and full of flavour. We particularly enjoyed the wine recommendations from the staff, which really impressed us. A big compliment to our service – we will definitely be back!

The first thing I don't like is the acoustics when the restaurant is full - you have to talk very loudly to be able to communicate. Then the prices are too high for me compared to other restaurants. Wood-fired pizza or not, I expect the pizza to be edible and not have such a burnt edge that you think you have charcoal on it. Of course I complained and received another one. The staff is always friendly and competent.

Reservations were made for coffee and dinner in the afternoon. When we arrived we were told that you could only stay for 4 hours and then you had to leave. Then I ask myself why didn't they say this directly when making the reservation? Then you could have looked elsewhere. The very last one can no longer be recommended.

Went there to eat again today - but also for the last time. Unfortunately, we noticed a deterioration in the quality of the food and service the last few times. The once delicious, crispy pizza was now just soggy, a trainee left alone - poor girl - struggled through the service, while the rest of the team was probably on their lunch break. And today, unfortunately, the food wasn't worth the money. One dish of tortellini, but not freshly prepared - as you would expect in an Italian restaurant - but bagged tortellini. And a pizza that was completely chewy on the edge and just soggy in the middle. Topped with salmon, among other things, which tasted inedibly sour. I complained about it after a few bites, but there was no reaction from the staff, no apology, nothing. Instead, we were visibly annoyed and just slammed the bill onto the table. Sorry La Piazette, that's it...
