We are a young belgian couple and stayed in Gasthof Zur Brucke for 1 night and we had the most lovely dinner here (we added some pictures). Also the breakfast was delicious! Price - quality 10/10! If we could give more stars, we would absolutely do it! 🧡🙏🏽🇩🇪 Thank you so so much. J+C

Very nice hotel and very nice owners. The rooms are great and the beer garden... so good that we didn't want to leave. Only sleep with the window open, it was around 30 degrees outside, which isn't so good because the street is very loud. But still full marks and we will definitely come back.

Not cheap, but worth the money!

Unfortunately, the bedrooms faced the beer garden and so the children couldn't sleep well due to the noise. The food and service were great! Breakfast was ok and completely sufficient for us. The best thing was the huge playground behind the guest house and the beer garden was a dream :)

Very nice beer garden, friendly service. The sausage salad wasn't what you'd expect given the price, so the kitchen still needs to work hard on it. The salad dressing was just vinegar and water. Disappointing.

Nice, cozy stay in the beer garden, attentive service. Food of high quality and taste, therefore reasonably priced. As a Kauferinger, I'm there often anyway, but I'd like to have visitors like last time more often in the future :-)

The restaurant impresses with a very nice beer garden. Unfortunately, the kitchen absolutely cannot keep up. The selection on the menu is now very limited; typically Bavarian dishes such as roast pork, bratwurst and sauerkraut are completely missing. The cordon bleu was super thin and bone dry, the salad must have been sitting somewhere for some time.

I can't rate the room. Great little menu, even though there was a company event taking place at the same time as we were visiting, the beer garden was filled to capacity and the gas room was also well stocked. The service is attentive, competent and quick. The menu is not overloaded and the food is of excellent quality. The often traditional-sounding dishes were presented in a “modern” way and left you wanting more. We'd love to come back.

I sat in a very nice, small beer garden under a beautiful, old chestnut tree 🌳 My large mixed salad was very good with fresh ingredients. If it is located directly on a (little busy) street, I give it one star less. I didn't visit the room.

We were able to celebrate our wedding reception at the Gasthof zur Brücke. The Fischer family and the entire team made sure that we felt completely comfortable and that our expectations were more than exceeded. Food, rooms and ambience, service, rooms - we were completely satisfied! Thank you very much for everything!

Good Bavarian, Swabian cuisine. The opening times stated refer to the warm kitchen. Breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. with coffee and cake in between. Unfortunately it always fills up very quickly. Recommendation: onion roast. Update July 2024: Nowadays, hefty prices that do not justify the quality of the food and service. This place has been removed from my favorites list.

The food tastes wonderful, the rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. In the beer garden you can sit under large chestnut trees and enjoy. Any time!

A really great modern inn, with a very good kitchen and if you want you can also sit under the chestnut trees in the Biegarten (nice, large playground for children next door). We love it, especially as a stopover when we cycle along the Lech.

What a special beer garden with excellent food, very friendly service

We were there for dinner. Great location, nice staff. The food was quite expensive > €20 and was okay. But unfortunately nothing more.

Had a couple dunkle weisebiers and a brezen and talked to a regular during my return visit after 25 years when I worked a bit for Hilti. Central Kaufering is still a beautiful, traditional Bavarian, town.

The room was visually really pretty and modern. However, it could have been a little cleaner. I obviously had strange hair on the shower wall. The room, especially the bathroom, was dusty. The room in the neighboring building was probably unoccupied for a long time. This brings me to my next "problem": Opposite there is a utility room where, of course, people work early in the morning. But what was really annoying was that long after 11 p.m. at night there was a constant beeping coming from the room. Probably a washing machine or something similar. After 1.5 hours I put earplugs in. I slept there for three whole nights. What, in my opinion, is absolutely not okay is that a room doesn't have a mirror. I think even a 1 star motel now has mirrors. So for three days I had to climb onto a wooden stump that I had pushed into the bathroom in order to be able to see how my outfit fit in the mirror. Even a call to reception couldn't solve this problem. I'll put it this way: there was enough space and space in this room. But that's why I had a microwave. My colleague, who did have a mirror, didn't have this. I wouldn't stay here again because I felt really uncomfortable leaving the house without seeing what I even looked like and in a professional context. But certainly a great hotel for hikers. I only had breakfast once, pretty average. Small, a bit limited selection but ok. In any case, very nicely presented and extremely friendly, service-oriented staff. Coffee and egg dishes are freshly prepared.

Great experience. Family establishment where a welcoming and warm atmosphere reigns. Local atmosphere very popular for tourists looking for authenticity. Excellent dinner and pleasant service. The bedding encourages you to stay in bed 👌. Very clean rooms. Go for it !

We were in the immediate vicinity and got hungry, which is why we were drawn to this restaurant. Due to a lack of free seats, we were given a seat inside with the verbal statement that we would be given a seat outside as soon as something became available. After about 15 minutes, the employee kept his word and seated us outside, which was really good because there was a large playground further back. We found the ambience to be very nice inside and out. There is also nothing to complain about in terms of service. Unfortunately, we ordered food and drinks, which didn't suit our taste at all. Fanta was ordered and orange soda was delivered. In terms of taste, it's simply something different, which, in our opinion, needs to be communicated accordingly. We also ordered 3x Kässpätzle, one of which was a children's portion. The portions were the same size, except that the normal dishes each came with a salad. These tasted good, but unfortunately the Kässpätzle didn't. The Kässpätzle completely lacked taste! On all plates! And in our opinion the latter cannot and should not happen, especially since the prices are set on the higher side.

Super great inn. Although it more deserves the name hotel. Even the 2 stars are far too understated. The rooms are very modern and have everything you need. The service from the staff is perfect. Always friendly, quick and accommodating. We were there with the car, trailer and 2 Vespas for 2 nights. The car and trailer could be parked in the parking spaces without any problems. A space was even made available for us in the barn for the Vespas so that we could store them safely and dryly. Upon request, closing and opening the barn was also completed within a few minutes. This is really a top service. If we are in the area again we will book there again.

Staff was very friendly. The service and food was great. We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately no recommendation anymore. We used to enjoy going to the beer garden regularly. The beer garden is nice and the service is friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the menu is very expensive and the food is not worth the money.

We were in the beer garden there after a walk around the reservoir. We ordered sausage salad and burgers for the children. The portion sizes were very manageable. It wasn't busy but we had to wait a long time for our food. The sausage salad was very little, 5 measly slices of bread for 3 salads. The sausage slices looked like they had been arranged with tweezers, hence perhaps the longer wait. It's really nice that you make an effort, but unfortunately that doesn't make up for the measly portion and the high prices. The burger was also a mini mini burger. The taste was okay, but nothing you couldn't do yourself. We didn't think it was quaint, rustic or Bavarian enough for a beer garden, but it was still very nice to sit there in the sunshine. Toilets super clean and staff very friendly.

We were invited to a baptism party at the Gasthof Zur Brücke. Because of the wonderful weather we were able to sit in the beer garden. Looking forward to lunch... We started with a festive soup. Beef broth base with addition. Just chopped beef, liver spaetzle and a marrow dumpling. Very delicious. Others chose the potato and wild garlic soup. Good reviews. For the main course I chose the Wiener Schnitzel with potato salad. Very good, breading was not the main ingredient :). The majority chose the 200g burger. Only good reviews! Dessert: a brownie with fruit and sorbet. Plus plenty of chocolate sauce. What a flavor explosion. The three types of sorbet are not just pleasing to the eye. Served on a bed of ice that was reminiscent of the typical gold bar in size and shape. I had never seen it like that before. Great praise. My neighbor was very happy with the sorbet varieties. Biggest praise to the ladies in service who, in addition to our table, also had to serve a first communion party and the many cyclists and other guests. And praise to the kitchen, which delivered very tasty dishes, but not like they were off the production line. If the weather is good, a reservation is definitely recommended.

Stopped on drive north back from Italy travelling along the Romantic Road. Excellent place to stay with very good restaurant. Good selections of wines. Breakfast good. Parking in front and back.

This is really an absolutely mega family-run inn with an absolutely fantastic atmosphere, everyone is super friendly and the food is “insanely good” and can only be recommended!!! And if you're interested in cool events. Remember this inn ☝️

Our second stay was also wonderful! We became aware of the inn because of its proximity to the Lechtalbad (approx. 350m). The very friendly & courteous staff, the good location & beautiful rooms as well as the outstanding cuisine prompted us to book the next trip straight away. We are already looking forward to September :-)

Mein Freund und ich besuchten kürzlich dieses Restaurant. Ich war angenehm überrascht von der vegetarischen Auswahl, insbesondere dem vegetarischen Burger, auch wenn die Auswahl veganer/vegetarischer Gerichte überschaubar war. Der vegetarische Burger, den ich bestellte, fand ich sehr gut. Leider war der Salat auf dem Burger etwas kälter als üblich. Die Zusammenstellung der Zutaten und die saftige Textur des Burgers haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist erfreulich zu sehen, dass das Restaurant sich um eine ansprechende vegetarische Option bemüht. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Da der Restaurantbereich voll belegt, bzw. die noch freien Plätze reserviert waren, wurde uns ein Platz im Saal im ersten Stock angeboten. Ein Saal ist halt mal ein Saal und nicht so gemütlich von der Atmosphäre her. Die Preise liegen im gehobene Niveau, was die vegane/vegetarische Gericht betrifft. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Wahl für alle, die auf der Suche nach einem gelungenen vegetarischen Burger in einer gehobenen Umgebung sind. Preis/Leistung waren für mich in Ordnung. Gäbe es noch mehr vegetarische/vegane Gerichte und dies zu einem niedrigeren Preis wäre ich sicher öfters dort.

Eine dramatische Enttäuschung! Im Sommer noch 99% aller Gerichte sensationell und jetzt??? Das (viele) Geld nicht wert. Kanarienvögel grosse Entenbeine, trocken gebraten, Zwiebelrostbraten mini mit 2 matschigen Zwiebeln, Sauce identisch mit Suppe zuvor. Grauslig. So ging es die Speisekarte durch inkl. Eis, auch nix Besonderes, ABER richtige Sahne. Was ist los? Verausgabt? Muss die neue Einrichtung finanziert werden? Sehr schade. So schnell gehen wir nicht mehr hin.

Wir waren zum Essen dort und sind mit den Speisen und den Preisen sehr zufrieden gewesen und werden wieder dort hingehen, guter Service und wurden rasch bedient, über das Hotel kann ich nichts sagen

Gasthof mit Tradition, Familien geführt, was positiv zu bewerten ist. Da wir über Weihnachten zu Gast waren, kann ich persönlich das Essen nicht bewerten. Das Restaurant war geschlossen, Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Positiv zu erwähnen, Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet und liegen nicht warm gehalten. Personal sehr zu vorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, das ganze Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis könnte nicht besser sein. Wir kommen wieder, definitiv! Dann werden wir auch das Restaurant besuchen, wir sind gespannt. R. Helbich

The pumpkin gnocchi was incredible....I thought I would have room for dessert but it was so lovely I was complete. We stayed in the guest house across the way and all was fine.

Schönes modernes Hotel mit süßen kleinen Zimmern, die aber gut ausgestattet sind mit allem was man braucht. Auch die Parkplätze für Gäste sind super. Die Lage am Fluss ist schön idyllisch und im Gasthof kann man gut speisen. Danke für den erholsamen Kurzaufenthalt bei euch!

Ganz hervorragende (vegane) Speisen! Sehr frisch, lecker und große Portionen, auch mit saisonaler Speisekarte. Wir hatten eine Familienfeier in einem extra Raum. Jeder war glücklich mit dem Essen, die Bedienung war aufmerksam und freundlich, wir konnten eigene Kuchen mitbringen und hatten einen tollen Tag. Gerne wieder!

sehr schönes , geschmackvoll eingerichtetes ruhiges Hotel , es fehlte wirklich an nichts . Nette Betreiber , ich war auch mit Hund willkommen . Auch das Restaurant ließ für mich keine Wünsche offen , es war sehr schmackhaft , große Portionen . Sehr freundliches Personal. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet , es fehlte an nichts , mir wurde z.B. frisches Rührei gemacht . Ich bin sehr oft in Hotel unterwegs , lange habe ich mich nicht mehr so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Man muss sicher im Umkreis lange suchen und etwas gleichwertiges zu diesem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu finden . Immer wieder erste Wahl wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende Anfang Oktober im Brückenwirt. Werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Sehr gute Küche, toller Service, beste Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und Inhaber. Toller Biergarten und für Kinder ein toller Spielplatz. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Man hat viel Platz und auch die Ausstattung kann sich sehen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und geben auch gerne eine Auskunft wenn man sich so gar nicht auskennt. Frühstück ist umfangreich und auf Wunsch werden auch zusätzlich verschiedene Sachen wie zb Rührei und co. Zubereitet. Die Lage ist ruhig und man hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Definitiv ein Besuch wert.

War bei einer Vereinsveranstaltung da und habe zu Mittag gegessen. War wirklich Lecker.

Immer super Service und gleichbleibende gute Qualität!

Mein Mann und ich waren dort essen. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Räume sind schön und sauber. Preise hoch. Portionen dagegen geradeso ausreichend. Meinem Mann wurde statt dem bestellten Cordon Blue ein Schnitzel gebracht. Doch das passiert jedem mal. Zwei Sterne ziehe ich für mein Pfifferlingsrisotto ab: Es war zu heiß zubereitet oder schon früher gekocht, länger gestanden und dann zu kurz erwärmt, denn der Reis war außen schon zerkocht und in der Mitte noch roh und hart. Ich hatte Mühe, das Gericht aufzuessen. Mir tat nur die Bedienung leid, die ohnehin schon Stress hatte und deshalb die Bestellung verwechselt hat. Sonst hätte ich das Gericht zurückgehen lassen. Das war ungenießbar.

Zum wiederholten Male ..Meine Frau mit Tochter waren wie immer sehr zufrieden mit Essen, Bedienung,Service. Bitte weiter so

Es ist nahezu unglaublich, auf welch hohem Ross die Betreiber mittlerweile sitzen! Da hat meine Tochter im März 2023 schon Reservierung und Plan für die Feier des 50sten ihres Lebenspartners festgelegt: Tag der Veranstaltung am 23. Juni, benötigter Raum (hier der angebotene Stadel), Zahl der Gäste, Menu-Vorschläge und 4 Zimmer. Knapp eine Woche vor dem Fest wird ihr mitgeteilt, dass der reservierte Stadel nicht ausgeräumt werden kann und sie in den Saal ausweichen müßte, dass sie nur drei der vier reservierten Zimmer haben könne und dass auch die Menuplanung so nicht durchgeführt werden könne! Daraufhin wurde ein Ausweichen in den gemeindeeigenen Stadel mit Eigencatering erwogen, was dazu führte, dass nunmehr die restlichen Zimmerreservierungen auch abgesagt wurden!!! also wurde durch das unglaublich unverschämte Verhalten des Brückenwirt-Teams eine langfristig vorbereitete Veranstaltung quasi zerstört und meine Tochter richtiggehend "verarscht". Das von einem "Gast"Wirt, der sich in der lokalen Presse für seine überteuerten Menüs feiern lässt. Mein Resumee: Brückenwirt-nie wieder!

Essen mit zwei verschiedenen Fleischsorten. Vorsuppe und Nachtisch. War OK aber nichts besonderes. Der Gastraum war auch Durchschnitt. Man kann dort einkehren, muss man aber nicht.

Zum Empfang wurden wir an den Hintereingang verwiesen, wo vom Empfänger in einem kajüteähnlichen Kämmerchen, unsere Personalien aufgenommen wurden. Zu den Zimmern ging es, unserer Meinung nach, einer relativ schmalen und steilen, Treppe hinauf. Glücklicher Weise bewohnten wir ein Zimmer in der 1. Etage. Denn wir, im Alter zwischen 85 und 90 Jahre, waren froh mit unserem Gepäck nicht in die 2. Etage hinauf zu müssen. Das Zimmer war einiger maßen geräumig aber die, bis zum Boden reichende, Fensterwand war ohne Gardinen. Eine Flasche Mineralwasser mit 2 Gläser wäre ein freundlicher Willkommensgruß Der leere Kühlschrank, bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen, war die nächste Enttäuschung. Der leere Schreibtisch ohne Festnetztelefon, TV-Programm und ohne Papierkorb hinterließen einen schalen Eindruck. Ein Spiegel, um sich bei angezogener Garderobe ansehen zu können, vermissten wir sehr. Die Wasch- und Duschgelegenheit hinterließ einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Im gut besuchten Biergarten ging es recht Turbulent zu, und statt des bestellten „Halbtrockenen“ nach fast 30 Minuten einen “Sehr Trockenen“ zu bekommen, das zu beurteilen überlasse ich dem Leser dieser Zeilen. Als wir um 8 Uhr des nächsten Tages die Übernachtung bezahlen wollten klärte uns eine Hotelangestellte auf: Der Chef schläft noch. Wir haben die Rechnung dann um 8:30 Uhr bezahlt. Über das „Frühstücksbufett“ nur so viel: Ein koffeinfreier Kaffee war auch nach einer ¾ Stunde nicht zu bekommen.

Hotel: Leider hat dieser Betrieb noch nicht verstanden, dass es wertvoller ist Stammgäste zu gewinnen, als den Kunden schnell das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen.

Wir waren heute spontan.. Platz bekommen.. Dies ging schnell... Mussten dann aber der Kellnerin bescheid sagen das wir gern mal die Karte haben würden.. Da haben wir aber schon 15 Minuten gesessen... Dann Getränke bestellt lauf die wir nochmal warten mussten... Beim Essen ist der Salat vergessen worden für die kasspatzen... Man hatte das Gefühl von leichter überforderung..

Sehr netter Biergarten. Man sitzt unter Kastanien und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Essen ist Mal nicht das typische Biergarten Einerlei. Pfiffige, gehobene Küche zu vernünftigen Preisen. Wir können es nur empfehlen

Gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Zimmer. Freundlicher Empfang. Die Gasttube war in unserem Fall gleichzeitig die Rezeption. Frühstück für 6€ in Ordnung. Andere Mahlzeiten konnte es wegen Corona nicht geben. Ruhige Lage. Ein Biergarten ist in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.

Gut: - Service (schnell und wirklich aufmerksam) - Ausstattung - Essen wird optisch sehr schön angerichtet - gute bürgerliche Küche "Schlecht": - in meinem Crispy Chicken Salat war sehr viel Käse und ich bin Lactoseintolerant. Das war echt schade. Würde ich rauslassen.

Sehr gut geführter Gasthof mit Zimmer , gleich neben Landsberg liegt das beschauliche Kaufering , und einem schönen Freibad in der nähe . Netter Biergarten , nicht so überlaufen - Tipp: Tisch unter den Kastanien reservieren. In der Küche kocht der Junior Christian Fischer. Freundlicher und flotter Service ! Das Essen war echt lecker !! Der Service auf zack , der Seniorchef Herbert hat mich platziert.

Auf der Durchreise aufgrund vorheriger Bewertungen angehalten. Hat alles gepasst. Gepflegte Räumlichkeiten, gutes Essen und angemesse Preise. Kann man bedenkenlos empfehlen. Auch viele einheimische Gäste waren da.

Bodenständige Küche, bereits seit Jahren gute und konstante Speisenqualität. Immer einen Besuch wert.

Ich bin regelmäßig zum Übernachten in der Brücke. Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Frühstücksbüffet für den Preis angemessen. Personal ist immer freundlich. Das Essen ist für einen Gasthof ausgezeichnet und wechselt auch saisonal. Bis jetzt war ich immer zufrieden.

Eine perfekte Symbiose aus Dorfkneipe und gehobener Küche zum moderaten Preis. Die Wirtsleute bieten von einfachen Traditionell Gerichten angefangen bis zu raffinierten Gerichten alles an. Gerne immer wieder.
