The Lechtalbad in Kaufering is a nice pool in itself. However, the toilets should be cleaned more often. What also bothers me is the unfriendly, grumpy reception at the cash register. One employee, in particular, stands out negatively with her rude, unmotivated manner.

Great pool. Lots of variety for the kids. Wonderfully warm water. Very friendly staff, even when we lost a chip bracelet.

I've known this pool for a long time and was amazed when I returned after many years. The interior hasn't changed. The big slide is still there, too. Ideal for families. BUT - the outdoor area was a very pleasant surprise. A lovingly landscaped natural pool with plenty of space to lie down and play areas for the kids. And if swimming makes you hungry - there's the on-site restaurant. I've been here several times now because it's simply a beautiful pool. Oh, and another positive: the prices are very family-friendly.

Well, I'll be honest, it's actually pretty cool with the Earmen pool and all. The slide is also great, and it's always fun. The toilets are a bit dirty, but that's okay; it's like that almost everywhere. I recommend the pool.

I go swimming 2-3 times a week and discovered the evening classes at Lechtal Bad. Aqua jogging, abs, legs, bums, and back fitness, simply fantastic. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the bathroom, shower, and toilet are always clean. Keep it up 😃

I think the swimming pool is great, and the water in the indoor pool is nice and warm. The slide is great, kids love it. The playgrounds are also recommended for families. I can't confirm the reviews about rude staff. Everyone is very friendly. I was there on August 20, 2025, and it wasn't busy even though it was vacation. Enough space for a lot of people. Unfortunately, the restrooms are really not clean. Please hire another cleaning lady for that, thank you 🤗 I've known the pool since I was a child, and it wasn't like this back then.

We were there on Saturday for the Long Sauna Night, and we didn't like the excessively loud music playing in both saunas. Relaxing and finding peace and quiet is no longer possible here; it would have been sufficient to do so in just one sauna.

Worst pool in the area. Overpriced. Feces, etc., are constantly floating in the slide pool. This is often sectioned off for swimming lessons, etc., meaning the much too small pool is even more restricted. Partially sectioned off without a lesson, which will come at some point. Lifeguards are often seen on their cell phones, etc., and some of them also give the impression that they wouldn't be able to handle an emergency... ;) Suggestion: Retake the lifeguard exam annually. There's still more to improve, but recognizing this is up to the pool management, Mr. Lindner.

Nice, inexpensive swimming pool for families! You can even eat your own food in the bistro! I find that very remarkable!!! The sauna is really great and pleasant!!

Constantly reserved loungers - unfortunately, no real relaxation possible We visited this sauna on Saturday and were actually looking forward to a relaxing day. Unfortunately, the relaxation room was constantly overcrowded – not with people, but with towels, bathrobes, and bags that seemed to reserve loungers for hours. It was almost impossible to find a free spot to rest, even though many loungers were empty. Despite several reminders, the staff seems to ignore this problem or not take it seriously. This is a real shame, because especially in a sauna, you expect consideration and relaxation – not territorial fights over loungers. We hope management finally addresses this issue and ensures clear rules and their implementation.

I spontaneously wanted to go to the sauna on my day off today. Unfortunately, the pool has a women's sauna on Thursdays, which meant I was denied access. So I drove 40 minutes for nothing. PS: Of course, there's no men's sauna day. I find that discriminatory.

Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend it. The visit to the pool was a huge disappointment. - Almost all of the pools were constantly occupied with classes. There was hardly any space for regular bathers – there was no indication of this on the website. - The staff was very unfriendly and responded to simple questions in an irritated and loud manner. - We were told that one pool would be "free again in 30 minutes" – this wasn't true; the next class started immediately afterward. - My 12-year-old nephew was almost yelled at for briefly sliding on his knees – completely exaggerated. Conclusion: • Hardly any free water area for regular guests • Rude staff • No reliable information online Overall: By far the worst swimming experience so far. I certainly won't be coming back.

Overall, a great facility, apart from the unfriendly reception at the ticket office, which has been particularly unfriendly to families with children for years. It's always the same employees who take out their incompetence and bad mood on the paying guests. We were at the Kaufering outdoor pool yesterday and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Right at the exit to the outdoor pool, there was a metal sign with sharp edges indicating the water temperature – right in the middle of the path, right where many people walk by. My brother-in-law accidentally ran into it with full force and suffered a deep cut on his arm. We informed the staff at the cash register about the danger, especially for children, as the children's playground is right next door and the edge is at the head height of small children. The reaction was shocking: The lady at the cash register was extremely rude and dismissive, with statements like, "We all have our eyes on things" and "If something happens, that's just how it is." It was made clear that the sign would remain there – no sympathy or concern, even though an accident had just occurred. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've encountered the unfriendly attitude of the cash register employees. Upon arrival, we were immediately told – apparently "jokingly" – that "the hotel was on the other side," simply because we were traveling with a handcart and a bit of luggage. This comment was neither appropriate nor friendly, but simply rude. Overall, we were left with a very bad impression – a lack of security, a lack of responsibility, and a noticeably unfriendly attitude toward guests. It's a real shame, because the outdoor pool itself is actually very nice. But the way they handle criticism and security leaves a lot to be desired.

On our way to Munich this summer, we were looking for a swimming pool that also had an indoor section, as the weather forecast was mixed. We had a perfect family experience here on a Friday morning - late afternoon. Very large outdoor area with several natural pools, one of which is perfect for small children and also large. There is also a huge lawn and a great playground on the grass. The indoor area is very warm - both air and water. A small toddler area with various cool water attractions, a larger 25m swimming pool and a non-swimmers pool with a slide. Bistro is surprisingly good, prices OK. Family entry day ticket for the pool €13.40 (2 adults + 1 small child) absolutely great for what you get inside and out. The showers/toilets were perfectly clean, although very quiet when we were there. It was perfect for our purposes - but as I said, there was hardly anything going on on the first half of the Friday morning.

The bathing rules are not always enforced, which was understandable given the crowds 🤣, I think this is great for swimming and using the sauna. Swimming 2 km is no problem here!

The pool is really nice, and the indoor pool is also attractive and warm. I went to the sauna, which is really great. The infusions are fantastic—I can't complain. I didn't go to the bistro, but it looks very inviting. I'd love to come back :-) The bistro is really good; the salad tastes fresh and delicious, and the potato salad is just as delicious! I'm wavering between 3 and 4 stars here. But I'm finally settling on 4. I'd like to list what I don't like so much about the Lechtalbad. The restrooms, both indoors and outdoors, are always dirty. It's also pitch black outside, which is very annoying. The ladies at the entrance are almost always in a bad mood, and if you ask them something, they get annoyed. The price is rather high for what the pool offers. The food is okay, but nothing special, and the prices are also rather high. However, in the summer, when you can use the indoor and outdoor areas, it's actually quite okay. Especially for the kids. That's why I decided on 4 stars.

I often come here to swim and use the sauna, because the whole facility really has potential: The food is delicious, the water is pleasant, the sauna area is magical. Everything is perfect until you enter the shower area or have to go to the bathroom. And I'm honestly surprised that so many people here praise the cleanliness... Hair and wet "dust balls" regularly collect in the showers, and the toilets seem to be forgotten to be flushed. I've never seen a cleaner there before – and I've been there quite often. PLEASE have a cleaner go through the restrooms regularly, preferably hourly. I want to feel comfortable there and not have to close my eyes every time, watching where I'm stepping. My conclusion: I'll be back – as always with flip-flops and closed eyes, and hoping that you'll be using the mop more often soon. Then I'll give it 5 stars again. 🌟

We went to the thermal baths. The price is OK. We missed a bit of variety in the saunas; there are four large saunas that are very similar. The small steam bath with peeling salt was the best. I wish there were more "unusual" saunas. Everything was clean and looked well-maintained. The staff was also good.

Everything is ok... but not a luxury pool, price/performance ratio is bad if you only compare the indoor pool without open outdoor areas with other indoor pools in the area... although there are slides and regular waterfalls... if you need something like that

Don't trust any internet - The homepage promised a lot! Meaningful images! So went there immediately. Now we know why we were asked at the checkout if we were serious about wanting a day ticket for ONLY the bathroom. We should have listened better to the lady. What is shown and read on the Internet is either well photographed or well sold as advertising. Conclusion: Bought a day ticket - quickly left the bathroom after 40 minutes due to overcrowding, availability and cleanliness! The bathroom is not recommended 👎🏼

Generous, a bit neutral, but quite acceptable for every now and then. Beer is served in a plastic cup, without a calibration mark, I think it's only 0.4l not 0.5l. Not really convincing when asked.

A beautiful swimming pool for young and old. Unfortunately the "mushroom" is very loud. If you swim back to the current channel with small children, you have to pass very close to it and when the "mushroom" makes the water thunder down, fear is inevitable for the little ones.

Small, modern swimming pool with swimmers' pool, adventure pool with stainless steel slide and a toddler area. Everything is very well maintained and clean, but some jets and water attractions in the adventure pool don't work. Otherwise the price was okay, we liked it for a short stay. 🫧🏊

I only visited the sauna. Everything is clean modern and beautiful! Every half hour was an infusion. However, I have to deduct a star because the bistro is much too small and there was no place to sit and unfortunately there is no swimming pool in the sauna area. Otherwise I'll definitely come back!

We were in the sauna all day on Monday, a total of 9 hours. Friendly welcome, nice outdoor saunas. Infusions got better and better as the day went on. In the evening it became more crowded, with infusions every half hour. Inexpensive, gastro was ok. Daily entry 24 EUR.

The swimming pool is fantastic! Clean, well maintained and the water temperature perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. A perfect place to relax and swim. Highly recommended!

We like the bathroom. Water is pleasantly warm. Great slide, stream canal etc. There are no loungers in the bathroom and the chairs are uncomfortable/impractical. Unfortunately, the bistro doesn't open until 10 a.m. (the pool opens at 8 a.m. on weekends) and you're not allowed to eat anything in the pool. (Staff are also very careful about compliance). It's stupid if the children get hungry beforehand. At 10 in the winter it was always freezing cold in the bistro. Food is quite good and reasonably priced. In summer there is a great playground outside

I have never been told in such a rude and condescending manner that the sauna doesn't open until 9. I actually tried to go in and shower at 8:45.

I'm happy every year when I get started again in the Lechtal Bad. Swimming, sauna, switching off. There is nothing else in my area. The prices are humane again this year. You always only meet friendly staff. For people who don't value mutual consideration, the bathroom can't help it. I haven't tried the restaurant yet this year, but I will follow. Then maybe it's 5 stars.

The Thursday women's sauna could be shown larger! You only see it on the homepage if you explicitly search for it. Very annoying if you drive an extra 40km there.

Outdoor swimming pool in Landsberg with wave pool. Always open from May 1st to the last day of the Bavarian summer holidays. Built in 1972, but is currently being modernized over the winter in the coming years.

Was there on Saturday with my son. Nice clientele and nice staff ;-) A great bath in summer and winter. Pulling lanes, a great slide and lots of experiences for the kids. In summer the outdoor area is really nice and has a natural pool :-) and enough parking spaces too ;-)

Great swimming pool, always clean, friendly staff and there is a separate area for the little ones. The bistro is great. Sure, it's not 100% freshly cooked, but it doesn't have to be. The goods are fresh and of good quality and, for example, the veggie burger is prepared imaginatively and is not a crude imitation of meat, but made from and with vegetables. So far we have never had a problem in the bistro. Everything clean, fast, friendly staff, etc.

We were there today for the 1st and. last time here during the long sauna night. We have been doing a wellness/sauna day at Titania Neusäß once a month for over 6 years and wanted to try something new. We have never seen such unmotivated staff making infusions or in the bistro area. Even the food is unreasonable and there is a very limited selection of drinks in plastic bottles or plastic cups. The price/performance ratio doesn't match at all and unfortunately we have to give 1 star for our review.

It's actually a nice indoor pool that we enjoyed using. Unfortunately, lowering the water temperature is not acceptable for small children. Freezing children in an indoor pool is very nonsensical. Update... 2023 will be a little warmer and more pleasant again after the energy crisis.

Sauna is really great, highly recommended. Unfortunately, at the moment there are more and more children in the sauna area. Especially where you want peace and relaxation, it can sometimes be very loud. The swimming pool is too cold for me. In the swimming pool there are often lanes for students etc. blocked. Some of the competitive swimmers also think that they have rented the pool. On weekends it can be very loud and crowded. I don't really enjoy swimming here.

2 out of 5 stars, but only because I actually like going to the Lechtalbad. My daughter wanted to practice a new type of swimming with fins on Sunday for her bronze badge and was highly motivated. With seahorses and pirate badges on their swimsuit. When they got in, a man just said: "Bad idea". When asked what he meant by that, he simply said "forbidden with swimming fins" and that we should just come in the morning during the week. There's not so much going on...great for a school-age child. (The pensioners in the area would have more time...). When I asked the lifeguards, one of them simply said "risk of injury" and a colleague "then everyone wants to do that" (no, because it's a swimmer's pool and you could use the presumption of innocence!) We can practice in the children's pool. ...because it “only” hurts children!? By the way, in the whirlpool no one complains if children have fins on or something similar!? So our daughter would have been allowed to practice backstroke in the children's pool, otherwise not... totally unrealistic :D It's very sad to see that children are not encouraged here but that all children are treated as if they were inconsiderate troublemakers and that the swimming area is only reserved for adults. But when we were pirates, we proudly told our daughter that she had to practice a lot :/ was a moment where unfortunately a lot of motivation was destroyed... what a shame Lechtalbad. We'll be back, even if we're no longer as motivated as we are just splashing about. :/

Super nice for. Children and swimmers

Price performance for a sauna visit is extremely reasonable. Probably because it is/was mainly a swimming pool and the sauna area was added to it. Unfortunately, you notice that at the place. The entire interior area is designed for maximum use of space. Space for retreat and relaxation None -1 star. No fresh air is blown before the infusions. You sit there in the 100-person infusion sauna and your breath is literally taken away. It is incomprehensible why the responsible staff here is not appropriately trained. -1 star and for me a sufficient reason not to visit the bathroom again.

The bathroom is actually really great and sufficient. The water is pleasantly warm, especially for babies. But I don't understand it, if they're already renovating it, why aren't they thinking about the smallest ones? There are no places to put the little ones in the bathroom. There are changing pads so that you can at least put your baby in the changing room. I really hoped that the renovation work would take young families into consideration. Unfortunately, this was not taken into account. Maybe next time.

I was visiting there for an explicit sauna visit. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable compared to other saunas. The staff was consistently friendly and had solid experience despite the high volume. The outdoor area is well thought out and the two Finnish saunas (small and large with glass walls) are well designed. There are plenty of rest options and a plunge pool inside. However, one fact that cannot be ignored is the lack of ventilation before the infusion. If there is a large crowd, the audience gathers ten minutes in advance (since, in the best case scenario, the sauna will be closed in advance for ventilation), thereby reinforcing the poor air quality. It's a shame, but it was a successful sauna experience!

The sauna landscape is a dream. We love coming here to counteract the stress of everyday life. The value chip with a possible 20% discount is also very successful. Keep it up!

Actually a nice swimming pool, whose indoor pool we like to visit in autumn/winter. Today, on Bridge Day, the program was to learn to swim with my daughter. Unfortunately, we found a cold water temperature of 27 degrees on site. The renovation has been completed and the indoor swimming pool was already open the day before, but the heating was probably turned on too late. Men's showers are also closed and the temperatures in the bistro are freezing. There is no mention of this on the homepage; Not OK with the full entrance fee. Went back cold and with a sad child. Very unfortunate.

Today, December 15, 2021. We were really happy to visit the Lechtalbad with our little daughter. The woman at reception, who urgently needed to work on her etiquette, ultimately refused me entry because the booster vaccination was not yet sufficient. Funny, I was already at the gym today and when asked, the booster vaccination wouldn't be a problem when we went to the cinema this evening. HOWEVER, THE WOMAN IN FRONT OF US WAS ALLOWED TO PERFORM A RAPID TEST THAT HE BROUGHT HERSELF - which in this case actually violates the Infection Protection Act. Too bad!!!

Very nice bathroom with indoor and outdoor areas. There is a lot of space, especially in the outdoor pool, so you can always find something here. The outdoor pool is a natural pool with a diving tower and is fed by a spring. Inside there is a 25 meter pool, a great slide and a large children's area. Overall, it's always pretty clean, but the price is comparatively high compared to other pools in the region.

It's a nice natural swimming pool, but when the weather is nice it's very full, even from people from outside the area, so there are no parking spaces to be found.

Unfortunately, this is no longer a given; we only found nice, helpful employees here. The fact that it gets very cramped and crowded, especially in winter, as you can read in other reviews, is probably unavoidable in the Munich metropolitan region and also affects all the other pools I know.
