Absolute disaster – never again! If I could give zero stars, I would. This store is the epitome of incompetence and unfriendliness. The staff is so rude that you feel like a nuisance. The wait times are ridiculous, and when it's finally your turn, you're treated like you're asking for something for nothing. Cleanliness? None. The floor is sticky, the shelves are dusty, and the smell in the store is simply disgusting. I seriously wonder if anyone ever cleans here. Conclusion: Save yourself time, money, and hassle and avoid this store at all costs!

Food was good, but the service was very poor and almost nonexistent

Were there on Monday, the service was unfortunately very chaotic, everything was written down, but half of it arrived wrong. It's ok, but when you pointed this out to the waitress, they reacted rather annoyed, even though they served the order incorrectly. The burger was ok, but unfortunately the fries didn't taste good. I found it very crowded and loud, but it's also a bar. Unfortunately I wouldn't go there again because of the service.
