McDonald's in Gilching

Voll katastrophe! Keiner fühlt sich für was zuständig, sogar der Chef selbst nicht!!!!!

Ein sauberer McDonald's und der Service ist wirklich gut. Für mich bleibt es jedoch ein Rätsel, warum Rauchern in Deutschland solche Sonderkonditionen gewährt werden. Obwohl sie in der Minderheit sind, müssen alle anderen den Rauch einatmen. Der Raucherbereich befindet sich direkt vor dem Eingang. Wenn man das Restaurant betritt oder verlässt, muss man durch dichte Rauchwolken gehen. Zudem zieht der ganze Qualm nach drinnen ins Gebäude. Warum kann man die Raucherecke nicht zumindest um die Ecke einrichten?

Einfach nur schlecht. Das Essen war alles andere als überzeugend und kurz danach musste ich mich übergeben. Das war für mich eine der schlechtesten McDonald's Erfahrungen überhaupt. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht mehr essen, allgemein in jedem McDonald's

Mc D halt. Kann man aber und zu mal machen.

Leider gestern wieder enttäuscht worden 😕 Wir hatten in der App zur Abholung bestellt. Es ist in der Vergangenheit bis jetzt IMMER vorgekommen, dass etwas bei der Bestellung fehlte - mal ein Burger, mal eine Beilage - gestern war es die 20er Packung Nuggets. 🫠 Aus unserer Erfahrung haben wir gelernt: Noch im Restaurant sollte man direkt prüfen, ob etwas fehlt. Daraufhin haben wir dem Mitarbeiter Bescheid gegeben, der uns ohne Entschuldigung die fehlenden Nuggets gegeben hat - es geht mir an dieser Stelle nicht um die fehlende Entschuldigung, vielmehr darum, dass ständig Produkte ganz weggelassen werden und es nur durch eigenes Überprüfen im Restaurant gelöst werden kann. 😅 Zuhause ging die Enttäuschung leider weiter: Die zwei Burger mit je extra Pattys hatten diese beide nicht drauf (sorry, aber das kann ich nicht auch noch im Restaurant überprüfen!). Außerdem waren wir leider vom Wrap negativ überrascht, da dieser gerade mal bis zur Hälfte befüllt war. Immerhin hat die Eismaschine gestern funktioniert. Nächstes Mal fahren wir dann aber doch lieber nach Germering oder meiden Mc Donalds besser einfach ganz.

Seit dem dem neuen Pächter kann man nur noch bar zahlen und die Burger werden lieblos zusammen geklatscht. Auch waren sie teilweise kalt.

Was ist nur aus McDonalds geworden. Anonymer Laden, wenig einladend.

Eine der schönsten McDonald's Filialen im Münchner Umland mit sehr freundlichem Service.

​Ich habe mir einen Cappuccino bestellt, der jedoch eiskalt serviert wurde. Als ich das Personal darauf ansprach, wurde mein Anliegen komplett ignoriert. ​Zusätzlich hatte ich am Terminal einen Salat bestellt und bezahlt. Der Mitarbeiter brachte die Bestellung und behauptete einfach, es gäbe keinen Salat mehr. Erst als ich darauf bestand, dass er die Sache mit dem Schichtleiter bespricht, ging er los – und siehe da: Zwei Minuten später wurde mir der angeblich ausverkaufte Salat doch noch gebracht. ​Dieser McDonald's-Store ist eine absolute Enttäuschung. Unmotiviertes Personal, schlechte Organisation und mangelhafter Kundenservice. Ich kann diesen Laden absolut nicht empfehlen!

Frech wenn man einen Donut zum Mitnehmen bestellt und zuhause merkt dass er hart und trocken wie ein altes Brot ist. Sowas ist lausig.

Ham mir nen McPop statt nem Donut eingepackt. Geht gar nicht!

Sauber. Das Essen geht so. Das französische Croissant hätte man in Frankreich nicht verkaufen können. Statt nach Butter hat es nach Margarine geschmeckt. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Ansonsten waren alle freundlich und es war sehr sauber. Drum trotzdem 4* von mir für das Gesamtpaket.

Seitdem die Ukris den ganzen Laden übernommen haben funktioniert hier gar nichts mehr. Bin übrigens nach der letzten Bestellung krank geworden 🤢

Durfte mein Hopfensmoothie drinnen nicht konsumieren... . Aber während ich gegessen habe. War der Verzehr von einem wunderbar gebrauten Bier kein Problem. Essen war oke. Aber Personal.....

Das Essen und der Service waren in Ordnung. Es gibt von mir nur zwei Sterne, da für die Parkplatzbewirtschaftung eine Abzockfirma beauftragt wurde. Man darf 2 Stunden parken, was auch ok ist. Wenn man allerdings die Zeit etwas überzieht ( bei mir 39 Minuten, da ich einen medizinischen Notfall hatte und nicht weiterfahren konnte), dann wird man zur Kasse gebeten. 35€ in meinem Fall. Ich habe an die Fa. ParkDepot eine Mail geschrieben und erklärt, wieso die Zeit überzogen wurde. Als Antwort bekam ich eine Standardnachricht mir der Aufforderung zu zahlen.

Ich habe zwei große Cappuccino bestellt und leider zwei billige Automaten Cafés bekommen. Echt traurig, obwohl die große Kaffeemaschine an war und betriebsbereit😭

Durchschnittliches McDonald's-Erlebnis!

Wir mussten über 20min auf unser Essen warten, dieses wurde auch erst auf Nachfrage zubereitet. Als es dann kam waren die Pommes wie auch die Cheese Snackers kalt. Eine Entschuldigung haben wir nicht bekommen. Das Restaurant war gut besucht aber definitiv nicht überlaufen. Seit dem Umbau find ich das ganze eh auch nen bisschen trostlos, aber das ist wohl Geschmacksache. Wenn es nicht das einzige Schnellrestaurant in der Gegend wäre würde ich es nicht unbedingt empfehlen.

Ich habe nach einer Bestellung über 20 € Ketchup bestellt, woraufhin der Manager 0,50 € verlangte :D Bitte verlangt bei jedem Liefern kostenlosen Ketchup für so ein Verhalten!

MC Drive gibt es nicht mehr, anderer Eingang, Bedientheke deutlich geschrumpft, Preis für einen Royal 6,70 EUR Frechheit dann lieber Leberkässemmel statt Schachtelwirt

Schlechteste McDonald’s, den ich je besucht habe. Essen kalt, Cola schmeckt nach nichts und beim Tisch Service gibt es auch kein Hallo und es wird nur Englisch gesprochen. Im Anschluss noch ne Apfeltasche bestellt weil man dort ja eigentlich nichts falschen machen kann, aber selbst diese war kalt und nicht mal mehr der Kleber drauf wie lange diese noch gut ist.

Guter und höflicher Service aber nach dem Essen ein bisschen Bauchweh

Ausgezeichnetes McDonald's-Restaurant: sauber, ordentlich und von hervorragender Qualität. Schneller und freundlicher Service. Hervorragendes Frühstück.

Nach dem Besuch bei diesem McDonald's in Gilching hatte ich eine Lebensmittelvergiftung mit starken Magen-Darm Beschwerden. Ob die Infektion vom Ekel-Klo ohne Toliettenpapier und ohne Seife kam, oder doch vom Milchshake, lässt sich nicht mehr sagen. Ich rate dringend ab hier zu essen!

Von allen neu umgebauten Filialen im Landkreis ist diese hier mit großem Abstand die gelungenste! Wirklich sehr ansprechende Inneneinrichtung, immer gepflegte, ansprechende Klo‘s und ein ausgesprochen Nettes Personal! Mit der Filiale in Germering mein Lieblings MC‘s

Das Essen war kalt; die angeblich entfernten Zutaten waren nicht entfernt worden.

Service am Drive In war trotz geringer Auslastung recht langsam. Ansonsten normale McDonalds Qualität.

Schlechtester McDonalds ever. Extrem langsam obwohl ganz wenig Kundschaft hier ist, unfreundlich, Toiletten dreckig.

3 mal mc diverse 3 mal mindestens 2 Burger gefehlt nicht zu empfehlen. Auf Nachfragen Personal sehr unhöflich aber zu 7t in der Küche stehen .

Ich liebe diesen Ort: Er hat eine tolle Atmosphäre, ist gemütlich und der Service ist hervorragend. Vor unserer Abreise bekamen wir noch ein Dessert, und meinem Sohn wurde sogar ein Luftballon geschenkt – eine kleine, aber nette Geste! ☺️

Mein erster McDonald's-Besuch in Deutschland Freundliches Personal Sehr schneller Service

Wartezeit über 15 Minuten für eine kleine Bestellung, Selbstabholung. Andere Bestellungen in der Gruppe dadurch schon kalt. Gab zwar eine Entschuldigung, aber davon wird das Essen der anderen auch nicht wärmer. Hatten auch schon des Öfteren falsche Bestellungen, besonders beim McFlurry und den Wraps.

Nette Mitarbeiterin und Mitarbeiter, schnell fertig vorbreiten. Nach dem Umbau und der Renovierung ist das Restaurant wirklich wunderschön geworden.

Essen wie bei allen MCs, schön umgebaut,dann sitz man dort ,ist am essen,und dann fangen die mit nem Dampfreiniger an zu säubern und stehen zu 5 da rum.Das geht nicht wenn Gäste beim Essen drin sitzen

Leider wurden die Burger alle mit Zwiebeln gemacht, statt wie bestellt ohne. Außerdem waren viele burger wie der Big Rösti nicht verfügbar. Das Personal war sehr nett und der Rest hat auch gepasst.

War im Drive in, die bedienung total unfreundlich.... Die Burger total lieblos gemacht, mc Rip kaum zwiebeln bei 2 von meinen 5 Cheeseburger sind leider ohne gurken.. schon wieder -.- Die Nuggets sind leider echt hart darüber hinaus fehlen die soßen... Die fehler heufen sich leider beim Mc's, ich überlege ob ich es in zukunft nicht einfach sein lasse... Ich hab für knapp 50 Euro essen gekauft das quallitativ wirklich echt den preis nicht rechtfertigt.... Es wurde auch nicht wirklich auf meine Kritik am telefon eingegangen..... Einfach Schade

Wie immer erstklassig, und es ist toll, dass sie sonntags geöffnet haben. Exzellenter Service.

Typical McDonald's style. Nothing special, but nothing negative either.

Unfortunately, I've had consistently bad experiences with takeout orders from McDonald's. Almost every time, something is missing from the bag—be it a side, a sauce, or even a whole burger. It seems like the orders are often not properly checked or not fully packed. McDonald's is now even known for the advice that you should absolutely check your order before driving off. That pretty much says it all. It's incredibly frustrating to only realize something is missing once you get home—especially if you've paid extra. My tip for everyone: Always check your order right at the counter before you leave. This will save you unnecessary frustration.

After the renovation, the establishment became even more comfortable, with more seating. It was the right decision, and its popularity is growing. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

Everything is standard except for the toilet... who comes up with something like that? Installing a urinal next to the entrance of a toilet cubicle.

The fries are never fresh, and McCafé coffee orders are made with the standard coffee machine. The restaurant has new furnishings, but the furniture is incredibly cheap and plasticky.

It used to be really great, but now they don't even have the veggie burger on the menu anymore?! Why? :(

Even after the renovation, it's still the same: all show on the outside, but a mess on the inside. The employees there are terrible. An apple turnover falls on the floor. No one will have noticed, they think, and off to the customer. A cake lands on its head in the packaging. Absolutely no one there cares about standards. It's still true: you really have to check everything at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, something always gets overlooked.

Unfortunately, there's always something wrong with the McDonald's drive-thru order. Today, the drinks from the Happy Meals were missing, and there was only ketchup once. The fries were lukewarm. Often, the wait is also very long for a fast-food restaurant.

Highly recommended, the place is very clean, and the service is of a high standard.

The new decor is a success, the honey mustard wrap has just the right amount of mayonnaise and tomato, and most importantly: the tables are clean, unlike before, and it's a Sunday afternoon.

The fries were cold, but they were replaced immediately. Great service! 👍

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was very disappointing. The restaurant seemed disorganized, and the service was quite chaotic. The order took an unusually long time, even though it wasn't busy. The food wasn't fresh and didn't meet the standards one usually expects from McDonald's. Cleanliness also left much to be desired – both in the dining area and the self-service area. Overall, the experience left a very negative impression. I really hope they improve things soon, because the potential is definitely there.

Food was cold, fries were like pudding, drinks were forgotten, and the wrong drink was served. No apologies, nothing :-(

They had an event with free gifts. Everything was great

Meanwhile, McDonald's was being spruced up. Service took a long time and it wasn't busy. The wait was about 8 minutes, and the tables hadn't been wiped down. The fries were fresh and delicious.

I was at the McDrive today and ordered a McFlurry. The employee was very difficult to understand and mistakenly charged me for two ice creams, even though I definitely only ordered one. No insight or solution was offered at the counter – very disappointing service.

Same thing again today 😡: Lately, something's always been missing from my order. Ordered via app, picked up at the restaurant. Guys, please check your orders on-site so you don't end up paying for empty food‼️

It's getting harder and harder... We've actually been customers at this McDonald's for many, many years; we've patiently and understandingly endured the many pitfalls during the transition to the terminals... we've accepted incorrect orders for takeout without complaint... It's becoming increasingly difficult and unbearable. EVERY one of my last 6 visits has had the wrong items in the bag. Today, McSpicy instead of McCrispy... now I'm just still hungry because I can't handle the spicy stuff. I hope the service and orders become more reliable and error-free again.

Bad service. Ordered at a McDrive, and the employee didn't know the difference between "medium" and "maxi" on the menu. Medium meals "don't exist, only large," according to the employee. One of the fries was missing, and the burger had the wrong sauce and jalapenos. It's really bad when you accidentally put jalapenos on a child's burger. After complaining, there was no sympathy, just an "Oops, hehe, sorry." Truly abysmal service and unfriendly, irritable staff.

No good German, hardly understood anything

Wanna picky wife like it because it tasted like McDonald’s. Lol I think we visited McDonald’s and seven different countries on this trip.

Ordered 20 chicken nuggets, got one sauce too few.

Absolutely unfriendly employees, the fries were cold. Even before this McDonald's was remodeled, when I was at the drive-thru, there was hardly any friendly service. If you can't understand the employees on the microphone because the subway is right next door, they become so unfriendly that I don't want to buy anything else. Unfortunately, such situations aren't isolated cases.

Best store! Everything is always top-notch!

We waited over 10 minutes for the food, and then it wasn't right either. We specifically ordered it without pickle slices, which was stated on the package and the order confirmation, but the burger still had pickle slices on it. The tables and restrooms weren't clean.

No information on when the branch will reopen.

On the evening of October 3rd, I ordered various burgers, lattice potatoes, and chicken nuggets in Gilching. It took forever to prepare. The burgers had minimal to no toppings. Half of the lattice potatoes were fries. The ambiance, after the renovation, resembles a cafeteria. Lots of gray, simple chairs and tables. A significant deterioration compared to before.

I ordered my food in the car in the parking lot. When it arrived, the bag was handed to me through the window. The Coke cup, however, was already leaking at the bottom, and the employee was already carrying it with two fingers, obviously knowing it would leak. Nevertheless, it was shoved into my car, splashing both me and my vehicle with Coke. When I complained directly to the employee about the situation, he just shrugged and left without helping me. There weren't even any napkins in the bag to at least temporarily clean up the mess.

Waiting time >30 minutes at 8:00 PM on a Thursday, unfriendly staff, and rather dirty tables. There's something wrong with the logistics here.

The new renovation should perhaps be planned a bit better to ensure everything runs smoothly. The paper bags are absolutely rubbish. They tear easily.

On September 11, 2025, at 8:45 a.m., I ordered a Fresh Chicken and a Bacon & Egg McMuffin for breakfast at the McDonald's branch at Landsberger Straße 90, 82205 Gilching. Due to ongoing renovations, coffee was unavailable and card payments were unavailable, and I didn't receive a receipt. Both McMuffins I ordered had obviously been left on the hot counter for far too long; the bottoms were completely dry. To make matters worse, one of the buns even showed signs of mold. This is absolutely unacceptable and in no way meets the standards one would expect from McDonald's. Under such circumstances, a branch would be better off remaining closed during construction than serving customers such poor and unhygienic food.

Bad service, good food, but not enough

McDonald's employees were super unfriendly. They are currently rebuilding so you can only order at the drive-thru. It's just poorly organized.

I swear, they hire people who are completely incompetent at this store. I ordered a McChicken and thought it was available at this location. The employee told me in a raised voice and with poor German, "You know, we don't have that." I wondered, how was I supposed to know? At the checkout, they told me, "Yeah, maybe something else?" 😂 It was truly ridiculous, and I swear, the person in charge even shouted. I don't know why.

Not enough shadow in the outside sitting area. A lot of noise from the road. Cleaning inside can be improved.

Waited almost 10 minutes! FAST is something else! Besides, the restaurant is under construction.

Unfortunately, it was really rancid. Dirty tables, dirty toilets. Disgusting 🤮

McDonald's is the same everywhere

The purple shake tastes great... and of course my Big Mac does too.

A classic McDonald's with seriously dirty restrooms. The pungent smell of old urine is very unpleasant, so it really takes away your appetite.

The service was excellent, and what I like about the ambiance is that you can sit outside. Otherwise, all McDonald's are the same. The burgers we had, however, tasted like they were ancient. Update: The food has been tasty again for a while, but today they forgot the ketchup and barbecue sauce in my takeout.

There's no air conditioning there. Avoid at all costs!

The food is cold and disgusting! The sauce is on the burger instead of in the burger. The coffee tastes like water. The tables are sticky. A disgrace for McDonald's.

A very nice shop with very friendly staff. Otherwise, as usual, good MC standards.

I'm digging for coins at the checkout, and the cashier taps my coins on the table to signal me to count the money faster. I've never experienced anything so rude at McDonald's.

Well, overall, the MC D is pretty okay. The food could have been warmer, and the fries were very soft.

Waiting 20 minutes only to be told the pickup code doesn't work?! Totally unfriendly to the customer. Never again.
