It's clean, but a lot of crap. Service is good and fast

As expected, good! But sometimes during peak times, can be crowded.

Still my favorite McDonald's. Good location right on the highway. Staff very friendly and quick service.

Wrap and cappuccino were totally okay. However, the table from the predecessors was unclean. While I was there, an employee worked diligently around the floor and the other tables.

The visit was a pure fever dream

Ate double cheeseburger and fries there. Severe diarrhea and abdominal pain followed shortly afterwards. So it's really bad

We were really looking forward to McDonalds again today. Bon with my son to the mc drive. I ordered 3 maxi menus. With the first one it worked, with the second one Mc chicken said she didn't exist, with the third one she didn't react at all. I asked her about it at the counter. She waved and said drive up. Everything in broken German, of course. Oberhammer my Mc Rib fart was dry... once again super disappointed with the store.

The food should actually taste the same at every branch, but here it was just bad. The fries weren't salted and tasted like cardboard. Three different burgers were just way too dry. At least the cola was poured correctly. The service was very satisfactory

There is enough potential for improvement at this branch. Everyone has to have their own experience there.

Rarely have I experienced such a dirty hole, the toilets were completely filthy and that was on a Wednesday morning. The floor sticks with every step, absolutely disgusting. The armchairs in the waiting area were completely worn out. Why aren’t you looking for a capable franchisee?

Nice, not so big McDonald's, nice staff, everything was fine as usual. There could have been a few more umbrellas outside, there were only two and we sat in the blazing sun.

I can't say anything about the service because you no longer have any contact with the terminal. But I think the cleaning lady quit. I've never seen a McDonald's as dirty as it is here. The toilet probably hasn't been cleaned for days, there were already so many drops of urine that it couldn't be from today. The children must be safely disinfected after the playground.

Food is quick but employees are not always nice

One of the worst Mc Donald ever. If you are staying more than 2 hr you can only get parking ticket ( Park Strafe) . This camera ticketing was installed by restaurant so they can kicked customer out. or chanrge them 35€ extra

The staff at McDonald’s were really friendly and accommodating, which made the visit pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience at the drive-thru was quite disappointing due to the poor speakerphone system - it was almost impossible to understand the order properly. The wait was okay, not too long, but not particularly fast either. The food was typical McDonald’s standards – nothing special, but exactly what you would expect.

What happened to this actually wonderful fast food chain... Annoyed and bored employees who don't even give out the products you order. (Possibly too little knowledge of German)

Place was all good - except for no soap in either of the bathrooms. Not a big deal, since they did have hand sanitizer! The ice cream was really really good!

I would like to see that an order in the juice shop is completely delivered in the drive...sometimes burgers are missing, sometimes sauces. When else do you miss fries?

Such a dissonance: the cashier was served by such a nice girl from Western Europe - very friendly with an excellent level of English, willing to give advice and help! And literally right there at the pick-up window, the entire impression is spoiled by her employee - boorish attitude towards the client, inappropriate personal questions and a very long preparation of regular coffee. We won't go there again and won't recommend it to anyone.

Have ordered mc crispy and said 2 times my husband has an allergy to mayo, unfortunately they gave mayo, no German man in the cash register, totally zero suffering McDonald's needs to find better staff

Yesterday at 10 p.m. for an apple and an ice cream you had to wait 25 minutes.

Parkdepot is a serious criminal company, it is incomprehensible to me that such methods, which are otherwise only available in the mafia, are allowed in Germany. My mother, who is disabled, needs nursing care and is 93 years old, was with me at McDonald's because it took her a long time to get in and out of the restaurant. We parked for 2 hours and 26 minutes. She also went to the toilet which took a long time, now I received a fine of 30 euros for parking too long. That can't be right, my mother is 93 years old and has walking difficulties, needs care and we only ate at McDonalds. As compensation we got 2 menus, thank you very much to McDonalds.

Although I asked my colleague beforehand whether I could also have the coffee as decaf, her supervisor then said she had to discuss it with me. "Yes, you have to enter this as a special request via the app." I stated that I wanted to take it with me, but it didn't arrive. It said "pick up" on the note, which was a second opportunity for the supervisor to reprimand me, even though picking up at the counter and taking with you is not a contradiction. When I then asked if I could have a sip of milk in my coffee (there's no milk coffee anymore) he had to educate me a third time, "that's only possible in a cappuccino." As an Italian, he should know that cappuccino and coffee with milk are two different products. All the other employees were very friendly, the big question remains: WHY do you have to discuss banalities with the customer?

Unfortunately it's now a disaster, especially at the drive through. Something is missing at least 9 times out of 10 orders. In the last 4 orders, there were no toys at the happy meal. Very annoying for the children at home. Before that, there was only the same donation book for months. Even that was always forgotten. No toys again today, complained in the rain and discovered at home: a portion of fries was also missing. I have already sent a complaint. No response for ages, then a single call to my mailbox and then no longer reached and no more calls. Conclusion: be sure to check everything.

A McDonald's the way you want it 👍🏻 From ordering, at the regularly freshly cleaned terminals, to the very quick preparation of the food, everything was perfect. Due to the high number of visitors, the food is always freshly prepared, so it is very hot and tasty 😋 Cleanliness is also very important here, thank you for the efforts of the employees in this beautiful McDonald's 🤗 We like to remember the address 😉

Drive in was the same as always. Quality is good, everything is made fresh it seems. Sometimes you have to wait for the food to be brought to the car.

Correct staff, ordered the wrong things and then got what we actually wanted for free. Very nice

Parkdepot ist ein schwer krimimelle Firma, es ist mir unbehreiflich dass solche Methoden die es sonst nur bei der Mafia gibt in Deutschland erlaubt sind. Meine Mutter gehbehindert, Pflegefall, 93 Jahre alt war mit mir im Mc Donalds da sie lange brauchte im ins Lokal und auch wieder heraus zu kommen parkten wir 2 Stunden und 26 Minuten. Sie ging auch auf die Toilette was sehr lange gedauert hat, jetzt erhielt ich eine Strafe von 30 Euro wegen zu langem Parken. Das kann doch nicht sein, meine Mutter ist 93 Jahre und gehbehindert, Pflegebedürftig und wir haben nur gegessen im McDonalds.

I can't say that the food is bad, because I don't like this type of diet, so it's up to the individual. The only thing I order here is salad and ice cream. Only those two suit me. If I didn't know how hungry I was, you'd have a hard time getting me to eat at McDonald's. What's worse, no matter how varied your order is, all the food always tastes the same. I thought that at least the coffee was easy to make, but theirs is also terrible.

We came from an event at night and ordered at the counter and immediately paid with a card. After three quarters of an hour we asked what was going on... The result was that my order was forgotten...

Sometimes they can't make the Hamburger Royal TS without onions, even though they even stick it on the package. I'm usually lucky enough to catch the onion in the last bite, so the whole aftertaste is ruined. Seems like rocket science, there's no other way to explain it.

We added the Playmobil animal to the order for 300 points. We did not receive. Points gone too. Fries were cold. We waited forever. There was something unchewable in my burger...

We are over 80 years old. We wanted to try kebab. Help from all employees. Boss very accommodating. If grandmas and grandpas want to make their grandchildren happy, then this is it. We recommend. Thank you all and we'll be back again

Unfriendly staff with zero enthusiasm.

I don't know if it's McDonald's in general or just this one in particular. However, the customer is being intentionally misled here. The duo regular is advertised on the value board for 4.39. If you want to order it in cash at the checkout, you will only be directed to the terminals. The fun there costs 5.39. The boss doesn't want to know anything about it and just says that McDonald's headquarters controls the advertising banner and he can't do anything. As ignorant and arrogant as he reacts, I assume that he knows exactly what is going on and is deliberately doing nothing. Because it was the same two weeks ago and I'm definitely not the first to notice it. I'll check back and give updates.

Wrong order received, same cake ordered twice, one on a plate, the second on a torn piece of cardboard (the answer to our comment is no plate available), half of the drinks are not given to the others. When I complained at the checkout there was a very unfriendly employee who had no idea about the service. It's really a shame about McDonald's reputation

Most disgusting rip off! Anyone who stays a little longer will receive a fine of €35. Happened to myself and a friend a week ago. Despite ordering from the menu. Quality feature: "run by women..."

I ordered a Mc Crispy in the drive in and it said 5.90. I then had to pay 5.99, but well, I may have misheard. At home I looked at the McDonalds website and it only cost 2.99. I then called their branch and asked for the price, at first the man said 9.00, when I asked the price dropped to 6.79...

The employee was extremely unfriendly today. After a wait of 1/4 hour I asked where my food was. There was only one answer at the counter: “no service today”. I ordered via the mobile app. Of course, after a quarter of an hour the fries were cold and dry, the Chicken McNugetts were only lukewarm. What a shame then the app should tell you that there is no service.

A standard McDonald's as you would expect. The staff often served me less friendly, which is why I only give it four stars. My general criticism of McDonald's is that not all burgers are available as vegetarian options, as is the case with its larger competitor.

Nice location, right opposite the Allguth gas station. I met friends here for coffee. Unfortunately we received less than we ordered. We ordered 3 Latte Macchaito each with 5 pieces of white sugar, 5 pieces of brown sugar, 5 pieces of sweetener, 5 pieces of coffee cream. But we only got 12 x white sugar (instead of 15), 10 x coffee cream (instead of 15), and no sweetener at all & no brown sugar. That's why we couldn't enjoy the coffee.

The nuggets were warmed up. The burger was cold. Bacon only on one burger instead of two. Etc. So not a great experience

After concerts in Munich, a perfect stopover on the way home to Lake Constance.

Three months ago: The Asian employee in the drive once again exceeds all expectations when it comes to niceness March 15, 2022: once again a wonderful experience: Unfriendly employee in the drive, we were then allowed to go into the branch twice because you can only use one voucher per order. Idea: just order a second one and hang it on the back?? No, we have to do another lap. I'm sorry, what???? No other cars in the drive. Understood 7.6.22: once again a cheeky employee who says that she has been available for 10 minutes (at 00:50? You don't have to understand) and replies quite cheekily that you should have come earlier 6/9/22: Ordered burger without bacon, what came: with bacon of course :)

We had already stood at the order counter for 10 minutes without receiving a response, while two employees stood outside and smoked. When my friend asked loudly several times what was going on, the only answer I got was that we should be a little quieter and it would work better... after another few minutes we just drove. Service zero. The bad reviews seem to be justified. thanks for nothing

Everything that was ordered and paid for was missing - called, the comment was: Do you have to check when you pick it up!? Ok, do I have to cut up all the burgers in the Mc Drive in the future?????

Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. There were 5 sauces for nuggets, fries and not a single one. Instead of ketchup 2 x mayo. Based on experience, I checked the burgers for completeness and there was actually a burger (Mc Chicken Classic) missing... Wouldn't have been a bad thing, because unfortunately it tastes old and is therefore not eaten... a shame

Essen, war unterirdisch hatten 2 Salate um 20.45 h bestellt Aufkleber sagte um 17.39h abgelaufen und leider sah er auch so aus, inkl. dass der Caesar salad Box nur zu 1\3 befüllt war. Das chicken oben war ok & die Burger der restlichen family auch, Ambiente na ja, alles etwas alt, aber Sauberkeit im Lokal sowie Toiletten echt Top, auch das Personal war recht freundlich & flott.

Leider zum 2x zu wenig Essen beim Mc Drive erhalten. So kann man die Kasse auch aufbessern.

Food was slightly different than the US.

Ist ein McDonalds, aber einer der sehr schnellen und das Essen ist meistens noch so warm das man mal merkt das es gerade eben gemacht wurde. Macht es besser als andere definitiv.

Sehr freundliches Personal, habe bei meiner Bestellung über dass App übersehen dass ich bei einem meiner 2 Menüs kein Getränk genommen habe stattdessen 2 mal Curly Fries. Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe kam noch ein zweiter des Personals dazu der mir gezeigt hat dass ich die Bestellung ohne Getränke aufgegeben habe. Mir wurde daraufhin trotzdem eine zweite Cola gebracht. Ich wollte bezahlen worauf mir geantwortet wurde das ich auf gar keinen Fall bezahle und mir die Cola geschenkt wird. Mein Fehler.... vielen dank für die Kundenfreundlichkeit in diesem MC Donalds

Es fehlt bei JEDER einzelnen Bestellung IMMER etwas. Mega nervig, wenn man nicht nebenan wohnt. Bei größeren Bestellungen muss man leider immer alles kontrollieren, da sie es NIE NIE NIE schaffen alles in die Tüten zu packen.

McDonald direkt neben der Allguth Tankstelle und direkt an der A96. Stark frequentiert. Ansonsten ein McDonald wie andere McDonald's auch. Absolut ok.

Waited 30 minutes for my food, had to ask for a refund. There were no apologies.

Eher eine bessere Filiale, alles frisch ind lecker.
