My fiancé and I were having our date night here this Saturday and we were more than extatic about the experience. Everyone was really friendly there, my fiancé doesn't speak German very well and they were really patient with him, which he greatly appreciated. The food: OMG, it was fire! The Fajita pescada was out of this World and also the Burger was very delicious. We will definitely come again for future date night's ❤️

It's great that they have vegan burgers! Keep it up! Unfortunately, my clothes always smell pretty bad after eating there. Could there be something wrong with the ventilation system?

We were on a short weekend getaway to Lake Starnberg and Lake Ammersee. Saturday evening we had dinner at El Diablo. Reservation - no problem Service - fast and friendly Food - excellent We can only recommend it... We had TexMex and a turkey burrito. The fries were fantastic.

Absolutely outrageous. Spare ribs are now sold as three halves instead of two whole racks. So it's less noticeable that you're getting a quarter less?! That's a truly outrageous net price increase of a whopping 25%. When asked, the waiters act clueless. A real shame! Lost a regular customer.

The entrance is somewhat hidden to the side, and the restaurant has a large beer garden that feels inviting and authentic. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu selection. The restaurant is cozy but a bit too dark for my taste. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and even the dips were homemade, in my opinion! It tasted very good and, if you like, fiery hot. Unfortunately, the food is quite greasy, "typically Mexican."

Everything was excellent. Super-large portions, they often ask if you'd like anything else, etc. Everything was really great! One thing did catch our attention, though. I was the only one in our group of three who didn't have an appetizer. My friends got their appetizers, and after about 10 minutes, they got their main courses right along with me. We were starting to run out of space at the table. It was a bit chaotic, because I think you should finish your appetizer completely before getting the main course. Otherwise, the whole thing feels like a bit of a time crunch.

We had a reservation and sat in the dining room. The dining room is somewhat rustic and reminiscent of a quaint pub/bar. The service was very attentive, friendly, and very pleasant. The price-performance ratio was good, but we've had better Mexican food. The spare ribs portion was very large and arrived quickly – unfortunately, the meat was very firm and a bit dry. The appetizer plate was also brought to the table quickly, but unfortunately, it was all frozen – nothing homemade. The dips were good, but didn't blow us away. Jarred jalapenos were everywhere, supposed to create a Mexican spice. My chili con carne was very bland and also showered with jarred jalapenos. The baguette that came with it was a bit hard and cold. It's possible that we simply chose the wrong food. Other customers looked very happy, satisfied, and full. The place gradually filled up, creating a pleasant atmosphere that reminded us of a lovely, rustic pub with music and dancing, in a positive sense. We really enjoyed it. The noise level remained moderate, so you could still have a good conversation. It's a busy restaurant, and reservations are recommended. The location is very central, close to the S-Bahn station and cinema—making it convenient if you're arriving by train.

We've always enjoyed going to the cinema after the movie, even though the acoustics inside are rather poor. So we gave a gift voucher, which we paid for and picked up on-site rather than online. We were asked if we needed the receipt, so we took it with us on principle. Luckily. When the recipient tried to redeem the voucher at checkout, they were told that it wouldn't be redeemed without a QR code or receipt. The waitress who refused to redeem it on our instructions was the same one who had given us the voucher (she had the stamp and signature on the voucher). Luckily, we still had the receipt, so we complained the next day and got our money back. There was no apology for the "misunderstanding." For us, the store was dead because of this very questionable behavior.

Super delicious, I've rarely eaten so well. Even the most hungry will be satisfied here. The waiters are all extremely friendly. I'll be back and can only recommend it to everyone.

I remembered this place as being better. My last visit was rather disappointing. The spare ribs were disappointing in taste, and there was too little dip in an unattractive container. The server made so many mistakes with the drinks that she probably felt even more uncomfortable serving us over the course of the evening. At least we were successfully ignored several times, despite clear signs that we would like to order more. It may have been an unfortunate evening, but unfortunately, given the crowd, it's worth mentioning :/

Nice place,nice location,nice outside sitting,reasonable service. I was waiting 10 minutes for my 2nd beer after a great,huge size burger (double). It was too long for me. When I was trying to pay I find out that the beer was already on my bill. All sort it out,all good.

Weird and unpolite waiter. When ordering we ask if the sauce can be separated he answered “ja ja ja”. No cutlery and no Napkins served. My friend went smoke, no ash tray. He put the cigarette on the ground, the waiter is angry. We only get cutlery box with 4 cutlery and 2 napkins inside and we were 5 people When we shared the chicken wings there is no bone bowls so we put on the table. He saw it and came and said to us dont put it on the table I will bring plate. He immediately bring plate and explain to us “when you finish please put it on the table” we were like why you teach us how to eat bro 😆 My Bos want to pay and come to the waiter. Then the guy come ask each of us do you want to give tip, we said no. He asked why you dont give tips, are you not happy? We said yes and this is our last time eating here 😂 Then He started to talk “oh in Germany you have to give tips”, “And its not polite to put bones on the table, the cigarette on the ground” Oh my God… We just want to eat here and got blamed for everything that we do.

Today was our first visit to El Diablo Gilching. The food was excellent! We had tacos and fajitas. We've tried several Mexican restaurants in the area and were never satisfied, as the food was always under-seasoned and tasted rather monotonous. Not so at El Diablo; it was super delicious, well-seasoned, a little spicy, and above all, you could taste the individual components of the dish. The cocktails were also very good. The service was all very friendly and prompt. We'll definitely be back and are already looking forward to trying more delicious dishes!

We arrived very early with a small group; the restaurant was almost empty. The dining room seemed a bit rustic at first glance. But because the food was very good and reasonably priced, and the service was prompt, the place filled up very quickly. This created an atmospheric ambiance; even when things were busy, the noise level remained moderate, making it easy to have a good conversation. Customers seem to like the restaurant so much that guests who arrived later and didn't have a reservation—even if it was midweek—at least couldn't find a seat right away. Reservations are highly recommended. The location is very central, close to the S-Bahn station and cinema, making it convenient for those arriving by public transport, but finding a parking space can be tricky. Conclusion: It was a lovely evening with good food in a pleasant atmosphere, and at very reasonable prices—especially for the Munich area.

Today we were rated as "very pleasant guests." I think that would be 5 out of 5 stars. 😁 But I can only return the praise. The food, ambiance, and service were simply top-notch. We'll be stopping there more often on our way home in the future. 🤗

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant didn't impress us. After being shown to our table, it took a full 20 minutes before we were even asked for our order. The three cocktails we ordered also took a long time to arrive and weren't served until about 30 minutes later. What was particularly disappointing was that the restaurant was hardly busy at that time – so the long wait couldn't have been due to high occupancy. The ambiance was fine, but the poor service seriously spoiled the overall impression. Unfortunately, it's not a place we would visit again.

Scheinbar macht sich auch hier inzwischen der Fachkräftemangel bemerkbar. Nicht viele Gäste, trotzdem war für die Bedienung das Handy wichtiger. Die Fajitas haben nach gar nichts geschmeckt, scheinbar sind die Gewürze ausgegangen. Das bestellte Wasser kam in einer angebrochenen, halb vollen Flasche. Erst nach einer Bemerkung wurde eine ganze Flasche gebracht. Beim servieren des Cappuccino kam ihm dann wieder sein Handy dazwischen. Aber er hatte es ja doch noch geschafft, die Tasse auf dem Tisch abzustellen. Tja…schade. Das war definitiv der letzte Besuch dort.

The food at El Diablo is always delicious. Whether fajitas or a simple baked potato, everything is delicious. The dessert platter is a little highlight. The staff was very friendly.

This was our first time at EL Diablo. The food and service were really good. The decor is a bit dated and could use some updating.

I went to the restaurant last night and ordered the shrimp fajitas. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The guacamole had a strange taste – I only took a small bite and immediately realized something was wrong. Today, I have severe stomach discomfort, and I suspect it was due to the food. Apparently, something else was also bad. This is really disappointing and will definitely be my last visit.

We were in the mood for Mexican food and chose this restaurant. There are several parking spaces nearby, and we were immediately greeted by the lovely and cozy outdoor area. There's plenty of seating here, and there's plenty of room inside as well. A bar stands out in the middle. Very inviting! We had a fried platter as an appetizer and a burrito and quesadillas as our main course. It was delicious. The meat was very good. The waiters were all attentive and super friendly! The food was delicious, and we felt well looked after! We'll be back :) Best, Lale PS: Please fix the light by the stairs to the restrooms. The stairs are very dark, and I couldn't see the last few steps clearly.

We ate there again almost after 2 years. Are totally disappointed. I ordered a vegetarian burrito. It was miserable. The filling, just beans and hardly any seasoning🤮Rice was totally dry. We definitely won't eat there again. Is not recommended.

This is my favorite grill restaurant in München. I love the dish Chicken wings and rips are perfectly prepared, crispy surfaces and tender meat inside. Tacos are also great, a big portion.

Were there on Monday, the service was unfortunately very chaotic, everything was written down, but half of it arrived wrong. It's ok, but when you pointed this out to the waitress, they reacted rather annoyed, even though they served the order incorrectly. The burger was ok, but unfortunately the fries didn't taste good. I found it very crowded and loud, but it's also a bar. Unfortunately I wouldn't go there again because of the service.

Food was bad, music was too loud and even the request to turn it down was ignored. Even when almost all the guests had left, the music was not turned down. Since Corona, the level has continued to fall.

This is the greatest restaurant we could end up in, my girlfriend and I. We came in and Madonna greeted us warmly by honestly kidding us that we couldn't get any more tables. There has to be a bit of fun ;) Great food, the burgers were just juicy and delicious and the bun was anything but dry. The service is super fast and attentive and anything but annoying. We had been there again for a long time and were really looking forward to the evening. We reserved a table several days in advance (number 16) in a quiet corner! When we showed up the table was occupied, as an alternative the first table in the entrance area (looks like a stable door and full on the train - in winter...) After we rejected this table and were alternatively placed in the winter garden and made it clear that we weren't in the mood for Halligalli, as we wanted to spend a nice evening with friends and have a normal conversation... As a highlight, I have an employee ask me what my problem is - doesn't work at all!!! the services and food provided have decreased significantly Moral of the story - in the future without us - it's a shame ☹️ but do your thing...

We were guests on Tuesday, February 11, 2024 at 6 p.m. Ambience great but the burger was bad! The meat was ice cold, had probably just come out of the freezer and the bread was watery on the inside but also brittle and dry on the top? Won't forget this anytime soon!

How lucky we were to get a table spontaneously! Very, very tasty... fair price-performance ratio, nice, humorous staff... in short 5 stars...

We went as a group of 8 people for dinner during the week. The truth is that the waitress served us very well and was very attentive. Since he saw that we didn't speak German well, he attended to us in English. The detail is appreciated. The food was served very quickly. I ordered some meat tacos that were very good. As seen in the photo, they come with rice and beans and the portion is large. Some colleagues ordered the salad with roast potato....the dish was spectacular! I think if I come back that's what I'll ask myself. The price isn't bad either and the beer was delicious. The atmosphere is a little dark or at least the table where we sit. I liked it. A nice place.

Unfortunately, it is always so crowded that the staff simply get to and from the borders. We had to wait about 30 minutes before we could place our drink order. When ordering the food, patience was again required. The food itself came quickly and was delicious and plentiful as always. The ambience only gets three stars from me because the noise level is so loud that it is unpleasant and makes normal conversation almost impossible. The service itself is not bad or unfriendly, but simply overwhelmed. We will come back. It's probably more pleasant and not so crowded during the week.

We were there around lunchtime today. Unfortunately, the service staff was completely overwhelmed, overloaded and understaffed. The rice with our tacos was very dry, and the prawns were also prepared with more love. It's a shame, we always had positive memories of the restaurant in the past.

The appetizers came before the drinks. Complaints were only laughed at. The spare ribs were just fried and dripping in fat and not even served with a decent BBQ sauce. The service used to be much better, the waiters preferred to chat rather than take orders and clear the tables. From dessert (chocolate souflet) Was served cold. All in all, everything has developed negatively, hopefully the kitchen performance and service will improve again, but before that it is definitely no longer recommended!

I went to have dinner with my family and when I was about to pay, the server told me that the restaurant does not accept Amex nor Visa card. The server told me that they only accept local banks credit cards or cash. The server should have let me know before taking the order that they only accepted local cards or cash. Luckily, I had euros and was able to pay.

We almost didn't go here because the food photos looked bland on other reviews, but I gave it a shot because I wanted something Mexican adjacent. The server was excellent and very helpful. The cheese quesadilla was delicious; it was hard to get excited about a quesadilla, but it was probably one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was pleasant as well. The decor was black light, sugar skull art with some Oktoberfest (Wiesn 24) items. I would thoroughly recommend stopping by for some food. We didn't partake in the drinks, so we cannot comment on the quality, but there was a section in the menu for strong drinks.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The burrito was tasteless and just disgusting. The fries were undercooked and the burrito was so poorly made that you couldn't eat it with your hand. In addition, the price was far too high for the quality offered. It tastes like yesterday and looks the same.. I wouldn't be surprised if they fry the filet for €31 beforehand and then warm it up in the fryer.. I spent €60 today just to test it and all I can say is.. I'm not going there anymore

We are regulars at El Diablo and really like the TexMex cuisine. Since this year the beer garden has been completely redesigned and has become really beautiful. We were always warmly welcomed and looked after here. Very good PLV for food and drinks.

Some of the staff are extremely unfriendly, you are simply thrown out even though you haven't finished eating because the organization back and forth is not right. And if you say something, people say you're lying. All in all, the food was good, but the service was really bad. Not again so soon!

Super delicious food! Four of us had dinner and everyone was really excited. The beef tenderloin was perfect! Better than in some "steak houses", the spare ribs are also very tasty! We just had to wait a little, but we already knew that before Corona times. It's always best to reserve in advance! We always enjoy coming here!

I'm sorry, but I went there with five colleagues and we had a terrible experience. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be served. After eating we were talking among us, but they set the music so loud that we could not speak anymore (to kick people out?) and we therefore decided to leave. Zero stars to service. The food is basically a bag of frozen stuff from a supermarket. However, the worst thing was a pina colada with an incomprehensible taste, nothing even close to what it should have been. Never ever again.
