We recently made a reservation for two people and were really looking forward to it, as we hadn't been there in a while. We ordered cevapcici and liver. I wanted less fries and a bit more rice with the cevapcici. I was a little shocked by the owner's reaction when he said that wasn't possible; it was either fries or rice, or an extra portion. He seemed a bit annoyed about it. So I ordered as it was listed on the menu. I wanted some ketchup with the fries, but instead, a small packet arrived, and we were then charged €1.00 for it (which we didn't think was fair). The food was hot and otherwise quite good. Since I don't want yogurt dressing on my salad and can't tolerate it, no other dressing was offered, unless I made it myself with vinegar and oil. The vinegar—and I really used very little—was so incredibly sour that my tongue swelled up. I couldn't eat the salad after that. Why can't they simply offer a second good dressing? The same thing happened at the next table when they asked to change the side dishes. I don't understand it, because that's part of good service. We didn't appreciate the forced friendliness. The prices have also been significantly increased. We will avoid this restaurant, as there are better options.

It's really hard to find a freshly prepared burger in the Augsburg area. The burger at Burgos, however, is juicy, cooked to perfection, and slightly pink in the middle – neither too rare nor dry. That's exactly how a good burger should be, even if you do need to know what you're doing. It's one of my absolute favorite places. My only wish: a lamb burger on the menu would make it perfect. Overall, a solid 10/10 – highly recommended! This time, I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and it was, as always, delicious: freshly prepared, crispy bun, perfectly grilled chicken, and noticeably fresh ingredients. I can only recommend it – we'll definitely be back.

Great, the pizza was still warm, and the salad was delicious. The delivery man was friendly.

Maybe we were there on the wrong day, but our food was bland and tasteless. It was like something we had just thrown in the microwave... The pizza bread was good and fresh from the oven...

The food was awful: pasta topped with cheese, dry and spicy. The sauce was just imaginary, since it was on the pizza bread. Sorry folks, no stars. The old boss is irreplaceable. No ordering from them again.
