The restaurant is on the first floor with a large terrace overlooking the canal. The drinks and food (for a birthday party for 20 people) were brought very promptly. And it was delicious.

Just a nice pub to have a beer or wine; you can even bring a Leberkässemmel (meatloaf sandwich) and eat it there.

Too bad, the hotel will close soon and will be used for other purposes in the future

We were ripped off by the waitress – she brought us two large pizzas instead of one for two small children and made us pay for her mistake (we have witnesses). The service was very arrogant and rude. The food was mediocre and the wait was long. Never again.

This is a great price. The pasta tastes just like home, and the pizza is simply amazing. My favorite from now on. 👌

A quaint, rustic restaurant with local cuisine, absolutely reasonable prices, and delicious food. Special children's menus are available, and the service is always warm and friendly! Stop by, relax, and enjoy the Allgäu! We'll definitely be back.

The "Zur alten Post" inn has everything you need to feel at home right away. Incredibly friendly hosts, exceptionally good food on the terrace, and comfortable rooms create an atmosphere like visiting friends. It's a shame we were just passing through!

Complete catastrophe. We ordered for 17 men in the office and received a confirmation. Then we wanted to order something more and didn't get one. The phone was unreachable and no one responded to the email. We then drove past to see that the store was being cleared out. Apparently a renovation is taking place. The workers just looked at me blankly. Very unprofessional. Luckily, Mulino in Heidingsfeld was able to help us quickly.

It used to be good, I ordered/received a huge doner kebab that was completely raw, not even warm, and they threw three huge chunks of meat into it at the very bottom. For €12, it was absolutely disgusting!
